OBAMA’S WAR ON THE AMERICAN WORKER CONTINUES…
Well, it would seem that none of Barry key demographic groups seem to be fairing all that well in the area of being able to find some form of employment. We know that blacks, and especially black youths, aren’t doing too well, and we also know that women are being made to suffer under the economic policies that have been put in place by Barry. And now we find out that the labor force participation rate in 2013, for Americans in their twenties, hit the lowest level recorded since 1981. And that was as a direct result of the policies enacted by yet another Democrat, none other than Jimmy’ The Boob’ Carter.
Since 2008, or the last year before Barry "Almighty" officially took office, the number of Americans in their twenties who were not in the labor force during the average month has climbed from 8,756,000 to 10,511,000, or an increase of 1,755,000 which is equal to 20 percent. And, I might add, that number is the highest ever recorded by The Bureau of Labor Statistics. Now, that’s quite an accomplishment by Barry. And I can’t help but wonder how many of these twenty-somethings might have thought that it was a shit hot idea to vote for the guy who has made it so difficult for them to now be able to find a job.
The labor force participation rate for 20-29 year olds in the average month of 2013 was 75.5 percent. That is down 3.3 percentage points from 2008, when it was 78.8 percent. Labor force participation for Americans in their twenties peaked in 1989 at 81.3 percent, being able to take full advantage of was then the very robust Reagan economy. In 2013, the labor force participation rate for 20 through 24 year olds was 70.7 percent, the lowest it has been since 1971. In 2008 the labor force participation rate for 20 through 24 year olds was 74.3 percent. So we can see that during Barry’s tenure it has now dropped 3.6 percentage points.
So as Barry’s ‘fundamental transformation’ of America remains pretty much on track, it’s at the same time that the country is made to steadily come further off the tracks. And as it is made to do so, there is nothing that could please Barry more. And while Barry may love to talk about job creation, it is not his intent to actually create an environment that would actually encourage job growth. That because his real interest lies in being able to get as many Americans as possible firmly attached to the government teat which will result in his being able to more easily convince those people of the ‘importance’ for voting for Democrats.
A SAD STATE OF AFFAIRS…
I’m now this close to simply giving up on the fact that there remains in this country enough people who actually care whether it survives. At least in the same form as it was created by our Founders and entrusted to future generations for safekeeping. Because I think we can now safely agree that those generations have failed, and failed miserably, at the task with which they were entrusted to complete.
And really, I think it safe to say that things have been headed downhill for a very long time. It’s as if we, the American people, have had some sort of death wish for what has been, essentially, the last hundred years. Or, a period of time that began with Woodrow Wilson and will apparently end with Barry "Almighty". And the damage that has now been done, I fear, is irreparable. And yet, so few seem to care.
And now with the current sad state of our American electorate, I have little doubt that should Hitlery Clinton run, she will most likely win. And should that actually come to pass, then America’s fate will most assuredly be sealed. And those who’s mission it has been, for decades, to destroy this the last best hope of man on Earth, will be able to celebrate the fact that their mission has finally been accomplished.
Those of us who still believe in America, and in the values that made her great, now, and most definitely, seem to be in the minority. The well was long ago poisoned, so to speak. Decades of liberal policies combined with the fact that millions have now been brainwashed into believing that being reliant on oneself is bad and reliant on the government is good, have now greatly reduced our numbers.
Those qualities, or traits, that were once so easily identifiable as being those which made the people of America so truly unique when compared to other peoples of this Earth, have now, through a combination of exposure to a failed public education system and poor upbringing, been diluted to the point where they have now become all but completely non-existent. And what has resulted from that, should not surprise.
Plus, over the course of the last few decades, America has been forced to experience what has been nothing less than a massive influx of people into country who bring absolutely nothing with them and yet expect to be given everything upon their arrival. And it would seem that neither of our political parties is willing to take the measures that we all know have become necessary and so badly needed.
So, short of an uprising by those of us who still love this country and who desire nothing more than for a return to those principles that made America great, I fear we are about to reach what some have called the point of no return. We must now take it upon ourselves to remind our politicians, in what little time we may have left, that the path they now have us on is not the right one. We must demand change.

DEMOCRATS AND THE MYTH THAT IS ‘CLIMATE CHANGE’…
It seems that the Democrats are about to make what is a major contribution to that which many of them claim is the next apocalypse to engulf planet Earth, and what some of them have even gone so far as to label as the equivalent of a weapon of mass destruction. You see it’s a majority of Senate Democrats, beginning today, who will launch an overnight "talkathon" in an effort to draw attention to what is nothing more than the unproven theory of ‘climate change’.
This equivalent of a little overnight pajama party for Democrats, was organized by Sen. Brian Schatz, Democrat from Hawaii, the supposed home state of Barry’s, but which he seems to think is part of Asia. This latest circus is part of the recently launched Senate Climate Action Task Force which is headed up by that purveyor of all things nutty, none of than Babs Boxer of California and, in this case, her trusty sidekick, Sheldon Whitehouse from Rhode Island.
In a statement, Babs said Democrats want to "wake up Congress" to the dangers of climate change. What a cockamamie bunch of bullshit. While this marathon exhibition of insanity is not technically a filibuster, because there is no legislation currently under debate, since overnight sessions are rare it will still likely draw much attention to the topic by many Democrat allies in our state-controlled media. Which I think we all know is precisely the goal.
This idiotic exhibition by the Democrats is cause for much confusion because these senators are calling for action in a chamber that they control and in the absence of any specific legislation, or even any timetable for action this year. So what this should be reported as being, but most assuredly won’t be, is the political stunt that it is. But such labels are more often reserved for such events as the filibuster against the funding of Obamacare by Ted Cruz last September.
Whitehouse spokesmoron Seth Larson said the overnight event is "just one of a number of steps that the Senate Climate Action Task Force will be taking this year, and we hope it will help get more Americans engaged in the important debate about how we can act on climate change." The best way we can act on ‘climate change’ is to do nothing. This entire effort to promote ‘climate change’ is really nothing more than part of what is nothing but a very elaborate scheme.
The whole issue of ‘climate change’ has always proven to a rather politically volatile one. In the past Congress has tended to shy away from serious legislative efforts with the exception being when in 2010 House Democrats narrowly approved a bill to cap carbon emissions. That bill was ultimately viewed as contributing to the party's electoral losses that same year. Senate Democrats never even bothered to take it up. Maybe because it was a jobs killer!
At this point in time 28 Democrat senators have signed up to speak through Monday night, but as to be expected some of the party's most vulnerable senators facing re-election this year decided to take a pass. Such notables as Mary Landrieu of Louisiana, Mark Pryor of Arkansas, Kay Hagan of North Carolina are missing from the lineup. They seem to be in no hurry to add to their current problem of having to try to defend their support for Obamacare,
Hopefully what this entire exercise in political fantasy may well end up doing is to provide what could be some rather excellent campaign footage for the Republicans to go along with what is already an over-abundance of Obamacare footage. But I can only guess that Democrats somehow see this as being an issue that they can also win on. Even when faced with the fact that there is less and less scientific fact that can be used to back up their claims. There’s no there, there.

OBAMA’S FOREIGN POLICY IS A DISASTER…
It just never ceases to amaze how it is that so many in our state-controlled media complex, folks who seem to take great pride in referring to themselves as being ‘journalists, are always so surprised to find out that no one but them really ever bothers to listen to anything that Barry ‘Almighty’ has to say. I mean, the man lies like a rug and has this rather nasty habit of, at least when dealing with the enemies of our country, making nothing but empty threats.
Barry has now made it so that America is seen, by both friends and foes alike, as being nothing but weak. He repeatedly draws lines in the sand only to redraw them later and to the point where they become absolutely meaningless. He abandoned those in Eastern European essentially leaving them at the mercy of Putin and Russia. He sides with communist dictators in Central America, and it seems that the only country that he appears willing to makes threats against is, Israel.
Barry once made the promise that he would make it so America would once again be respected. But he seems to have a rather odd way of trying to accomplish that. Because in order for one to respect America, one must also possess a certain level of fear of America. And today, courtesy of what has been five years of abysmal foreign policy decisions, America is no longer feared by anyone. And as such, we are no longer respected by anyone. Which, I would argue, was Barry’s objective.
While many of us view both Barry’s foreign and domestic policy as being unmitigated disasters, he on the other hand views himself as making great strides on both fronts. Here at home through insane spending objectives he has our country on the verge of complete financial and economic collapse. Abroad he has made it so America receives about as much respect as does nearly any third world banana republic. He clearly sees himself as having achieved his goal of reducing America’s ability to influence.

RUSSIA ON THE MOVE AND WHAT DOES OBAMA DO? GOES ON ANOTHER VACATION…
Yup, it must be hard work spending trillions of dollars that you don’t have, gutting the military to levels that haven’t been seen since before World War II or getting as many folks as you possibly can addicted to the government. I mean how else can you explain the need for Barry and clan to be taking their third taxpayer funded vacation of this very short year? We should all have a job that is as strenuous as is the job of destroying our country.
But darn the bad luck, because rumor has it that Barry, Moochell and the girls may have to cut their latest vacation short because of those pesky Russian’s and their meddling in the Ukraine. Barry’s current plan for the weekend is to escape the cold, snowy doldrums of Washington, D.C. for some rest and relaxation in sunny Key Largo, Fla. But that too may be a ‘working’ vacation since I swear I read somewhere that Barry was booked for a fundraiser.
However, despite Barry’s silly threats that he’ll hold his breath until he turns blue, Putin has done little with pro-Russian forces and the Russian government making swift military and political moves in Ukraine’s Crimea region. Consequently, Barry’s Key Largo holiday could be in peril. "It is possible the president may return to the White House on Friday as events unfold in Ukraine," White House spokesmoron Josh Earnest said on Thursday. Oh well!
The excuse for this urgently needed break from the hurly-burly of the White House is that both Barry and Moochell are scheduled to speak about the value of education at Coral Reef High School in Miami. So, what the heck, why not spend the rest of the weekend basking on the sandy beaches and two golf courses of the Ocean Reef Club—a private, five-star paradise on 2,500 lush, tropical acres? Unless of course, some pesky world events get in the way.
It was just last month that Barry flew to Southern California over Presidents Day weekend to meet with King Abdullah II of Jordan and play some golf on the posh Sunnylands estate. The trip also included a round of golf on a private, 19-hole course owned by Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison, one of Barry’s billionaire supporters. Well I guess as long as it wasn’t owned by one, or both, of those dastardly Koch brothers Barry has no need to worry.
Then later this month, Moochell our globetrotting first lady, with the daughters in tow, will jet off to China for over a week of much-needed sightseeing. The president won’t be making the trip but his mother-in-law, Marian Robinson, will be tagging along on the federal dime. Well we quite the first family of moochers. Never pay for anything yourself when you can have the taxpayers pay for it for you. What a deal these creeps have going for them.
The first couple racked up an $11 million tab on travel to South Africa to attend Nelson Mandela’s funeral in December 2013. Amazingly, the presidential pair was on the ground for fewer than 13 hours. In June, Moochell felt compelled to go to Ireland for two days. She stayed at a $3,300-per-night hotel in Dublin. The total cost of her taxpayer-funded trip was $5 million. But hey, I suppose it could have been worse, after all it was only two days.
I have a rather difficult time watching these useless individual traipsing on their third vacation of the year at a time that I doubt very much if I’ll even get one vacation this year. And the reason for that is the very same guy who’s now going on his third. Thanks to Barry, my health insurance goes up next month, I’m paying twice as much for gas as I was when he came into office, and I’m paying way more for groceries and to heat my house.
So thanks to this socialist piece of dog squeeze, my disposable income has now been reduced to pretty much zip-point-shit, while he heads to a warmer climate on my dime. It’s a good gig if you can get it. And now he wants to spend nearly $4 Trillion next year. He’s already got the government bringing in more revenue than ever before, and it’s not enough. He’s bankrupted my kids, and that too isn’t enough? This insanity has got to be brought to an end!
THE BELIEVERS IN ‘MAN-MADE CLIMATE CHANGE’ ARE THE TRUE ‘FLAT-EARTHERS’…
Well it would seem that according to U.N. climate change chief Christiana Figueres, extreme weather events like the winter freeze being experienced here in North America and the devastating floods that are apparently occurring in England just might have, what she referred to as, a "silver lining". Meaning, I guess, that such events should be seen as being a reminder that urgently addressing climate change is not a politically partisan issue. But that’s exactly what it is. And it’s being pushed by the left.
It was while providing a recent interview that this ‘expert’ on climate change said, "There's no doubt that experiencing these weather events, which I call experiential evidence of climate change, does raise the issue to the highest political levels." While there’s no doubt that we have been experiencing these events, there does remain a great deal of doubt when it comes to why. I would argue that they are simply natural occurring events because, despite all of the nutty claims, there is very little actual proof that they are anything else.
But I guess when you’re a ‘climate change’ supporting loon under the employ of the United Nations, that possibility just never really enters your mind. Because she went on to say, "It’s unfortunate that we have to have these weather events, but there is a silver lining if you wish, because these weather events, what they remind us is that solving climate change, addressing climate change in a timely way, is not a partisan issue." Actually, what it is, is a completely insane issue that IS politically motivated!
She said, "It’s not like these weather events affect those who are on the left of the political scale or those who are on the right. It doesn’t matter where you are in politics, nationally or internationally, you get the same impact. The longer we wait to have policy that positively affects the trajectory of [greenhouse gas] emissions, the more of these events we’re going to have." And on what does she base this argument, on her bunions? The ones who are so eager to blame man, are those on the left!
Figueres, whose official title is the executive secretary of the U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change, cited some of the extreme weather events of recent times. Despite what this idiot may think or say, this is a very politically charged issue, and has very little basis in any actual science. It has been shown, repeatedly, that the numbers have been, and are continuing to be, fudged. And yet this continues to be portrayed as the next great apocalypse or as a "weapon of mass destruction."
Supporters of this theory use faulty computer models designed to support the complete nonsense that Ms. Figueres and her colleagues endlessly peddle. She goes on to say, "Who had ever heard of the [polar] vortex in New York, right, before that weird weather? Incredible heat that Australia has suffered, the floods in the U.K, and you name it, it goes on and on and on and on. Frankly, there’s no country that has been exempted from very strange weather over the past, let’s say, one or two years."
And again she makes the claim, "And these very strange, extreme weather events are going to continue both in their frequency and in their severity. It’s not that climate change is going to be here in the future; we are experiencing climate change." And she says, "We can no longer afford not to take very, very clear action." You know, it was loons just like Ms Figueres, here, that back in the 70s were warning us all to start preparing for the coming ice age. Whoops, missed that one!
So with Ms. Figueres apparently at the helm, the U.N. climate change agency is pushing for a long-elusive binding and universal agreement on reducing emissions of carbon dioxide and other "greenhouse gases" blamed for climate change. A U.N. climate conference is planned for Lima, Peru next December, when activists are hopeful an international agreement draft will be drawn up for approval at the next big gathering, in Paris, France in Nov.-Dec. 2015. We should simply no attend either.
Ms. Figueres, a Costa Rican appointed by U.N. secretary-general Ban Ki-moon in 2010 and reappointed in 2013, said she regarded her work not just as important, but as "sacred." And she went on to say, "It is something that I love doing because this is the most important challenge that humanity has ever faced." She added, "So many people say ‘that’s the most difficult job in the world.’ I say it’s the most sacred job in the world. We are holding the responsibility for future generations." What a bunch of malarkey!
WHAT DO MSNBC AND ‘STAR WARS’ HAVE IN COMMON???
![]() |
| O'DONNELL, SCHULTZ, SHARPTON, MATTHEWS AND MADDOW |
It was on Thursday’s episode of his ratings juggernaut over on the afore mentioned network, that none other than Chris "I Gotta Tingle Going Up My Leg" Matthews who said, in describing the conservative attendees to CPAC, "Do you remember the bar scene in 'Star Wars,' with all those wild-eyed creatures from every part of the solar system?" Now in seeking my own personal comparison to the scene to which he refers, it’s folks like Rachel Maddow, Ed Schultz, Al Sharpton and even old Matthews himself that immediately come to mind. I mean think about it, do these folks not remind you of that scene?
But anyway, Matthews continued with his juvenile commentary saying, "Well, today here in Washington, the whole tapestry of weirdness was reenacted at the annual convention of something called CPAC, the Conservative Political Action Committee." He went on to say, "Well, actually, 'conservative' doesn't quite capture this out-of-this-world jamboree. " Matthews continued, "At CPAC, it's the far-out sharing space with the even further out, a place for the crazy car to fill up with the usual suspects, Cruz and Paul and Rubio and Bobby Jindal, while gassing up with the craziest bunch of ideas since Rick 'Oops' Perry couldn't remember that list of government agencies he wanted to kill..."
And then, as if taking his orders from none other than ‘Dingy Harry’ Reid himself, which he probably is, Matthews also did his best to tie conservatives to some of their more wealthy supporters saying, "It was pure Koch brothers populism being sold out there today, words and phrases crafted to heat up the peanut gallery, translating to cold cash for the oil patch billionaires who approved the script." Now of course there was absolutely no mention whatsoever of the Democrat Party’s primary sugar-daddy, George Soros. No, we mustn’t go there. That’s entirely different, there’s simply no comparison.
Joining Matthews in his little trip down "Evil Emperor" lane, in exploring the events taking place at what he gleefully described as the "crazy room", was none other than former Pennsylvania governor, ‘Fast Eddy’ Rendell. It was ‘Fast Eddie’ who, you may recall, thought that the good thing about the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting was that it was so horrific in nature. Matthew, who is one of those folks assumed to be rather wealthy himself, commented to Rendell, "Governor, it's amazing to me how the regular people fall for this stuff put together by the richest people."
Matthews said he'll "probably sneak by the CPAC convention this week. He said, "They're always friendly." Then added. "You probably haven't been to these conventions, but you know who goes there." Matthews told Rendell, "Regular -- mostly guys, mostly guys in their late 20s, early 30s. They're just intellectuals. They're not rich. They may make $30 (thousand) a year, if they're lucky. They're just regular people." Exactly, regular people who are watching as Matthews’ hero destroying their country and want to do something to stop it! Obviously, Chris just doesn’t get it.
Because he kept blabbering on saying, "And yet they all buy into this. Let's get rid of Dodd-Frank. Let's get rid of the -- they -- why do they benefit from any of this stuff, this crazy right-wing economic agenda? I just don't see why regular people buy into what's the Koch brothers' ambition. That's what I don't get." To which Fast Eddie responded in typical fashion, "Because they're angry and they react to red meat. Angry people react to red meat. They don't think." I guess as far as Rendell is concerned, it depends on who it is that’s throwing around the red meat, because obviously he thinks it just fine when Barry does it.

AL ‘BULL HORN’ SHARPTON IS OBAMA’S GO TO GUY…
That rather infamous faux preacher, professional race baiter, community agitator and malignant rabble-rouser, as well has the host of that MSNBC ratings juggernaut, "Politics Nation", none other than Al ‘Bull Horn’ Sharpton, recently voiced his displeasure upon finding out that the Senate rejected Debo Adegbile, defender of cop killer Mumia Abu-Jamal and Barry’s nominee to be the nation’s chief civil rights attorney, claiming that it sets "a bad precedent." But by whose definition is it a bad precedent?
Ya know, there is really very little that this racist boob can say that surprises me anymore. And it was the fact that seven Democrats joined with 44 Republicans to sink Adegbile’s nomination that got Al’s panties in a bunch. He said, "This is a bad precedent. It is bad voting, and those Republicans and Democrats, we need to remember they did this." What I found to be the most shocking was the fact that there were any Democrats who saw fit to go along with the Republicans on this.
In an effort to refresh everyone’s memory regarding just what a piece of work that Sharpton is defending here, it was this guy, Adegbile, who while working for the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund that he represented convicted Philadelphia cop killer Mumia Abu-Jamal, arguing before the Supreme Court that Abu-Jamal’s conviction should be overturned because of some supposed discrimination in jury selection. Jamal is now serving life in prison without parole.
And what Sharpton essentially did in decrying this rejection by the Senate, was to lie when he said, "Adegbile was voted down today because of his work at the NAACP Legal Defense Fund. That’s the legendary civil rights firm founded by Thurgood Marshall. It’s the group that brought us the Brown vs. Board of Education case ending segregation in schools, but today critics pounced on the group’s defense of Mumia Abu Jamal, a man convicted of murdering a police officer back in 1982."
Sharpton ranted, "Abu Jamal has always claimed his innocence, but senators voting no today declared the president’s nominee guilty by association, even though he was merely giving this defendant his constitutional right to a fair defense." Adding, "How can you hold a lawyer responsible for the alleged crimes of his client? It would have a chilling effect on courts all over the country and undercut every Americans’ right to a fair trial." But the facts tell a far different story than the one Sharpton tells.
He then went on to pose what I’m assuming was maybe meant to be a rhetorical question, saying, "What does it say about the judges, who for all of these years voted to give Jamal a new trial or voted another hearing, who were more directly involved than this man, who was just a part of the Legal Defense Fund that was there to make sure this man had a fair trial when there were so many questions that were still unresolved?" This guy, Adegbile was much more than merely an attorney in this case.
In a statement made on the National Action Network’s website, Sharpton, who heads up this idiotic little outfit, called the Senate’s failure to confirm Adegbile "a smack in the face of all Americans" and "a betrayal to those of us that see civil rights legal work as a credible and patriotic duty of those that practice law in this country." There’s not an ounce of truth in anything that Sharpton says and he knows it. To believe Sharpton is to ignore what Adegbile’s real role was.
Sharpton said, "This vote, not only denies Americans a qualified civil rights chief in Justice Department, it also says now that if you work for a civil rights legal organization and engage in cases deemed controversial that you are disqualified from high level public service," adding that it "marginalizes, if not demonizes civil rights lawyering in the country." He pledged, "The vote of Democrats on this is a betrayal that should not go unanswered." Sharpton can make all the threats he wants.
Look, this is all nothing more than simply more of the same kind of incendiary trash-talk that Sharpton has always been known for. And ya know, if this supposed man of God truly cared about people, I just don’t think he’d go around spewing this kind of toxic racial hatred. But he doesn’t care about people, the only thing he cares about is himself. Personally I think he derives some sort of sick pleasure from stirring up as much hate and discontent between people as he possibly can.
OBAMA HITS A NEW LOW…
So we’re saddled with a guy, and for another 3 years, that a supposed majority of Americans ‘chose’ to re-elect in 2012. And, oddly enough, this would be the very same guy who 60 percent of Americans now say has made the country much worse than it was when he first came into office. But the question that remains is, does he really care what we, the American people, think when it comes to how it is that he goes about doing his job?
According to a new poll, only 34 percent think that the country is actually better off than it was before Barry. And I’ll bet most of those folks are in the black community. Because short of being caught standing over a dead body with the murder weapon in his hand, I doubt very many blacks would ever turn on this guy. And they may not even do so in the scenario I just described. Because for this very select crowd, he can simply do NO wrong.
Strangely enough though, Barry does seem to be slipping among some Democrats. In 2012, 81 percent felt the country was better off; that figure is now 57 percent. Still, for some bizarre reason, more than half of all Democrats still seem to be of the opinion that our country remains on the right path. Although how it is that anyone can arrive at that conclusion, is beyond me. It seems that every day we get more bad news about the state of our Republic.
We’re told that this new poll brings with it some more bad news for our ‘Dear Beloved Leader’. Because it would seem that on practically every key issue from the economy and job creation to healthcare and foreign policy, a majority of Americans would agree that Barry's performance has been nothing more than pretty piss-poor. So it is then that statistically, it is this week that Barry can now be said to have hit a record low in popular opinion.
Most Democrats, 71 percent, still continue to support their man. Sixty percent or better of Democrats actually think that he has basically succeeded in dealing with the country's main challenges. Which just goes to show you how far left the Democrat Party has moved these days. But when it comes to the area of governmental transparency, even Democrats give Barry what is essentially a failing grade with only a 47 percent approval rating.
However, Independents and Republicans frown on his overall performance, with only 28 percent of independents, and 5 percent of Republicans approving of how Barry continues in the performance of his job. On creating jobs, 59 percent of the country believes that Barry has failed. Regarding his overall handling of the economy, 58 percent give him a thumbs down, and 36 percent are somehow able to say that they think he’s doing a good job.
I’m sure everyone remembers how Barry once promised that his would be the most transparent administration in history, but according to this poll 59 percent think Barry has pretty much failed on that score. Far from being the most transparent, what we have been witness to since his first day in office is one of the most secretive, if not THE most secretive, administration in our history. This guy makes Richard Nixon look like a rookie.
Barry has invested much political capital on Obamacare. But overall 59 percent, at least of those responding to this poll, disapprove of Barry's handling of healthcare, while 36 percent actually approve. Asked directly if Barry had mostly succeeded or mostly failed on improving the country's healthcare system, 57 percent say he mostly failed; 36 percent think he has mostly made things better. You have to wonder who those 36 percent are.
The poll shows that 56 percent of Americans disapprove of how Barry manages foreign policy, while 33 percent approve. A majority, 59 percent, say he has mostly failed to improve America's image around the globe. That is a new low for Barry who garnered a 39 percent approval and 52 percent disapproval on foreign policy in December. I mean how can anyone look at how this boob represents this nation when abroad and not be embarrassed.
Strangely enough, Barry's positives are highest on homeland security. On that subject, 41 percent think his administration has as a rule succeeded. That is still worse than the 52 percent who approved in 2012. Some 48 percent today feel that Barry has by and large failed to secure the homeland. You can count me in that group, because we are nowhere near as safe as we were when Bush was president. No one fears us, they only laugh at us.
But there was something in this poll that was described by some as being a glimmer of good news for Barry, at least on the economy. Because according to this newest poll, it’s only 51 percent of Americans who now think the economy is getting worse, and that's down from 55 percent who felt negatively in February 2013. So somehow over the course of the last 12 months he’s managed, I guess, to convince 4 percent more of the people that he knows what he’s doing. Still not exactly a ringing endorsement.

LOOKING AHEAD, VICE “FORWARD”…
I heard Paul Ryan say the other day that he still couldn’t believe that he and Mitt Romney had lost to these guys. And I thought to myself, I can. The guys who won were the ones willing to do whatever it took to win, meanwhile, the guys on our side, just didn’t seem like they wanted it that badly. And that’s what many people saw, and what resulted in the fact that 14 million people who voted in 2008, simply chose to stay home in 2012. That kind of lunacy cannot be repeated.
Maybe if Romney and Ryan had been a bit more willing to confidently support the conservative positions on the important issues instead of merely pussyfooting around things like they did, they might have been able to convince more people to turn out. And maybe if Romney had been a bit more aggressive in going after the guy whose job it was that he was supposed to be after, the same thing might have taken place. But nope, so our guys lost to what was, at least on paper, a much weaker team.
And now once again there’s talk among some on our side for the need of running a Jeb Bush or a Chris Christie. In other words, two more guys who have a rather difficult time getting in touch with their conservative side. Of course, that’s even if they have a conservative side. Because both of these guys seem to take a great deal of pride in being identified by that rather vague moniker of, centrist. And as we have now experienced in two presidential elections in a row, those guys simply can’t win.
Also with what’s now at stake, that being the survival of our country, we need to be much more willing to get down into the mud in doing battle with our opponents, and to go for the jugular in 2014 as well as in 2016. And we’re going to have to develop a take-no-prisoners mentality as well as to jack up the aggressiveness when it comes to how we approach the coming electoral battles. We will need to come to the table with strategies that will convince the voter who it is that has the better cure for what ails our country.
We’re going to needs guys, and/or gals, who aren’t afraid of a good fight, people who aren’t afraid to bloody a nose or to get their hands a little dirty. We need to make it crystal clear, and from the outset, that the shape our country is in today is not the fault of conservatism. We need to direct attention in the direction of nearly any big city or state where you have had liberals at the helm, so that folks can plainly see what lies ahead for this country if we remain on our present, and very liberal, course.
After eight years of having had Barry at the helm of this ship of ours, called America, it will most assuredly end up listing dangerously to the left and on the verge of capsizing. And by then very little will be needed to finally nudge it all the way over. And now there’s talk of Hitlery possibly running for president. If, God forbid, she were to actually win that’s all that would be needed to finally finish us off. So we on the right will need a strong, confident and viable candidate to oppose her or any Democrat.
We’re rapidly running out of time, things get more precarious with the passing of each and every day. And whether we’re talking about 2014 or 2016, while we must focus on the more conservative candidates, we must also focus on those candidates who have the best chance to win. We cannot afford to allow ourselves to lose sight of what the objective is here, which is the ‘righting’ of our ship. It is now imperative that the adults regain control of things with the children being sent off to their room.
THE CONTINUING NIGHTMARE THAT IS OBAMACARE…

| "DOCTOR, YOU DON'T NEED NO STINKIN' DOCTOR!" |
"It's going to be one part of a complex part of the health care system," Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, one of the architects of our new government controlled healthcare system, told Fox News's Bill O'Reilly Tuesday night. "So if your kid has a sore throat and you want to find out if it's strep throat, or your kid has what appears to be an ear infection and you want to find out if it's otitis media -- you really don't need to go to the pediatrician. You can go to these clinics." But maybe I WANT my kid to see a pediatrician.
"But there aren't any doctors," O'Reilly challenged. To which this sleazy little creep confidently responded, "Well, you don't need a doctor for every part of your health care." To which I thought to myself, "Who says? Some pencil-necked geek like this piece of dog-squeeze?" So now, I guess, we’ll have some government dweeb who will be the one to decide whether or not I really need to see a doctor. So this is how the greatest healthcare system in the world comes to an end. Unless, of course, we’re able repeal it.
"You don't need a doctor," O'Reilly echoed. "If I want a strep throat diagnosis, I don't want Lenny who just came out of the community college..." Emanuel then said, "Excuse me, but those are nurse practitioners -- it's not Lenny out of a community college." And then he said, "And it is just putting a swab back there and getting a strep throat assessment." Look, I know this clown is ‘supposed’ to be some kind of a doctor, but would you see him if you were really sick? Come on folks, this is insanity. Pure unadulterated insanity!
Emanuel said electronic health records make it possible for the clinic to send the diagnosis to a patient's primary physician. O'Reilly said he's worried about the privacy of electronic medical records. Then this butt-wipe actually said, "We have laws to protect the privacy." Right, we have laws to protect privacy. What planet is this moron from? Let’s be real, these days there is no such thing as privacy, especially in any area where our government is now involved. Nearly everyday you’re hearing about some new breach of ‘security’.
Several times during the interview this idiotic dolt accused O'Reilly of "sowing fear with no grounds." O’Reilly said, "You know me, I'm afraid of everything." Bill went on to say, "Say TMZ offers somebody like $5,000 to get a famous person's medical records. Is that unheard of? Is that unheard of? Come on, is that unheard of? You know it goes on all the time." And O’Reilly is right on this. And to actually believe that something like this wouldn’t happen is naive. Actually, it’s worse than naïve, it’s dangerous.
But Emanuel insisted on downplaying any and all concerns saying, "They will not, they have high security and everyone is well aware of this, and they are taking it seriously. And if they -- if they didn't, they would have already offered that for electronic health records and we would have seen the breach." Emanuel said 80 percent of doctors now use electronic health records -- "and there has not been that kind of breach." And we’re just supposed to believe what this boob tells us, no questions asked? No, I don’t think so.
Our country is now spinning wildly out of control, and this blatant seizure, by the Democrats, of our ability to gain for ourselves access to adequate healthcare is but one piece. Those of us who are truly interested in righting this ship that is now listing dangerously to the left must show up to the polls this November and reject every single Democrat on the ballot. To do anything else would be to do the equivalent of turning our backs on our children, telling them they’ll simply have to fend for themselves!

OBAMA MUST THINK WE’RE ALL PRETTY STUPID…
Ok people listen up. What we now have going on is more of the same kind of shit that our slimy president is known for. Because in his announcing yet another delay in the implementation of the Affordable Care Act, aka Obamacare, what we essentially have here is really nothing more than another attempt by Barry to lessen the fallout from his debacle of a healthcare law likely to impact his fellow Democrats this November. This latest gem would allow insurers to continue offering health plans that do not meet Obamacare's minimum coverage requirements.
This most recent move of Barry’s would prolong the one-year "keep your plan fix" the purpose of which is to avoid another wave of health policy cancellations which could hurt Democrats just weeks before the November midterm elections, or so The Hill is reporting it. "The cancellations would have created a firestorm for Democratic candidates in the last, crucial weeks before Election Day," The Hill said. "The White House is intent on protecting its allies in the Senate, where Democrats face a battle to keep control of the chamber."
This latest unconstitutional fix of Barry’s had been put in place late last year after an uproar erupted when millions of people discovered their existing plans were being cancelled under Obamacare despite Barry’s repeated promises, 23 of them, that folks could keep their plans. The administration has yet to confirm the policy change, but insurance sources told The Hill that a public announcement would be "imminent." It remains unclear how long the extension would be, but one source believed it could last until the end of Barry's second term.
This latest move would follow numerous other delays unilaterally decided by Barry "Almighty". It was back in July that he announced a one-year delay until 2015 of the employer mandate which would have required businesses to provide health insurance to employees by Jan. 2014 or face a tax penalty. Then, just this past February, he changed the deadline again, moving it to 2016. The move provoked widespread criticism among Republicans who renewed their criticism that the healthcare law is nothing more than a "train wreck."
Karl Rove stated the obvious when he said at the time that the decision was a politically calculated strategy to save Democrats in the run-up to the elections. "The president didn't want another avalanche of cancellations before this fall's midterm election," Rove said, adding that if millions lose their insurance plans shortly before the election, "the consequences would be disastrous for the president's popularity, and that of the congressional Democrats who loyally voted for the Affordable Care Act, sight and text unread."
Does Barry actually think that people are stupid enough to fall for something that is such an obvious scam? I certainly would hope not, because as long as this screwed up law remains in effect, essentially all that he has really done here is to delay what we all know is inevitable. People are going to lose their insurance, and I guess I see why it should matter whether it’s before the next election or after, it’s still because of the same group of people, the Democrats. Is this reprieve really enough to convince people to vote for members of the guilty party?
All that this blatant scam truly represents is one of those very rare occasions where this administration has actually demonstrated a transparency in what they were trying to do. Because anyone who can’t see straight through what’s really going on here, is either a complete moron or one of the more devout followers of Barry "Almighty". Either that, or they’re black and therefore view Barry as being unable to do any wrong. I’d like to think that there are more people who won’t fall for this stunt than will, but these days I can never be too sure.
I THINK WE CAN DO BETTER THAN JEB…MUCH BETTER…
Well folks, apparently the best chance for we Republicans to take back the White House in 2016 rests squarely with a guy who happens to be a big supporter of not only Common Core and amnesty, but of climate change as well. Who knew? Now personally, I happen to disagree with that assessment if things, but I guess there are many waiting with baited breath to see if Jeb Bush decides to throw his hat into the ring for the 2016 presidential campaign. He’s the guy that many in the GOP believe could give the party its strongest rival to Hitlery Clinton.
You see, it’s according to The Hill, that we are being told that there are many people close to Jeb who say that he is considering a bid more seriously than ever before. They also seem to be of the opinion that his record and personality could be just what the doctor ordered in providing him sufficient star appeal across the country. "I've never seen him so seriously considering a run for higher office," Slater Bayliss, a Florida GOP lobbyist and former Bush aide, told The Hill. "He's legitimately going through a very methodical, thoughtful process to come to a decision."
The Hill also reports that many party strategists believe Bush could transform the electoral map, "turning blue states purple and purple states red." On the other hand, the paper also says that a third Bush in the White House could strike voters as being too "dynastic," an obstacle that Bush has recently acknowledged. I guess that’s the camp that I’m in. It’s that and do we really need to ‘settle’ for yet another faux conservative/centrist kinda of a guy. Haven’t we learned anything from the last two presidential elections? Do we really need to get thumped yet again?
Many say that Bush is more than capable of being able to lead on the key issues expected to define the 2016 campaign, including immigration and education reform. His multicultural family is also said to be an asset; his wife is from Mexico, and he speaks Spanish fluently, two things that could help the GOP capture the crucial Latino vote, at least according to The Hill. So do I have this right in that Hispanics will vote for this guy simply because he speaks fluent Spanish? Really? I could be wrong, but isn’t kinda like saying that Hispanics must be pretty stupid?
Meanwhile, polls are showing that other potential establishment front-runners, such as Chris Christie, Scott Walker, Marco Rubio, have seen their star power fade, two of them from what were essentially self-inflicted wounds. And this is said to be to the possible benefit of Bush. In the last few months, Bush has been careful to say he has not yet decided whether to run. He has said he is deferring a decision until later in the year and would only consider running if he could do so "joyfully" and in an environment without much acrimony.
I happen to be one of those who thinks that we have had both enough Clintons and Bushes occupying the White House. I’d just like someone new, but more importantly I want someone who is a conservative and not some poser/wannabe. Bush might be a nice fit for some cabinet post, but not much else. I suppose if it would help the ticket he could be a VP pick, but honestly, I’m not even crazy about that. We cannot afford to go down that same road we were convinced to go down in 2008 and 2012. We have to be smarter than that. There’s just too much at stake!!

DEMOCRATS ON A MISSION TO DESTROY…
Democrats really are a rather disgusting bunch. And, with the help of Barry, they have been able to make great strides in being able to bring to fruition their long sought after desire to bring about a complete financial and economic collapse here in this country. And yes I realize many on our side have assisted them in that endeavor. But to ignore the record level of debt that we have now accrued, or to claim that it does not represent a clear and present danger, is to place at risk the ability of future generations to experience that which was once referred to as being the ‘American Dream’. And on those occasions when Republicans attempt stop to madness, we can always count on the Democrat to blame them for their unwillingness to compromise.
But what’s needed now instead of compromise is a dose of some old-fashioned, down home, honesty! That would be something that the Democrats are in serious short supply. Democrats, you see, don’t want to cut any amount of spending. That point was abundantly clear when, in discussing federal spending and transportation funding, Barbara Boxer, Democrat, said "there is absolutely no way we’re going to cut spending." This declaration came during a discussion between Babs and members of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) regarding the Highway Trust Fund in Washington on Feb. 26th. She favors various tax increases that may be used to raise money for the program.
And the less than brilliant Babs went on to say, "I don’t see support for raising the gas tax and there is absolutely no way we’re going to cut spending, so it’s going to have to be a creative way to fund this in reality." Don’t you just love it when Liberals start talking about "creative’ ways to go looking to way fund their favored projects. Babs added, "The administration, you are going to be hearing from them today, is that right? I think you’ll be excited at what they have done on this whole area of transportation," Boxer told the annual AASHTO Washington Briefing. "They’re looking at tax reform which is certainly one way to make sure we have the funding for six years." Let’s face it, who is more ‘creative’ than Barry "Almighty"?
The Federal Highway Administration has projected that the Highway Trust Fund, supplied by gasoline and diesel fuel taxes, will have to soon alter reimbursements to states for work due to a shortfall. The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) predicts the Highway Trust Fund could run out of money as early as August. And of course, Babs says that she is very supportive of new taxes in order to provide the additional funding. It seem to bother this dingbat very little that in this day and age when more folks are already having a difficult time keeping up with the cost of food, gas, utilities and now Obamacare, and that Babs now wants them to have to fork over even more. What a deal! I don’t need to support my family, right?
This idiotic bitch actually said, "Either we’re going to replace the gas tax with another way of funding which I love, which is the fee at the refinery level, I think I may be the only one that likes that idea, so I haven’t seen a groundswell of support for that idea." Going on to say, "Also a way to figure out vehicle miles travelled, without an intrusive black box, which you could do. But I don’t see it." So in this "Era of Barry’ in which the federal government is now collecting more revenue in the form of taxes than ever before, this brain-dead bitch sees nothing wrong with even more, and higher, taxes being put into place.
How much more of this kind of shit are the American people going to be willing to take from morons like Boxer? Personally, I’d like to be able to keep at least a little of the money that I work pretty hard for and to spend it on things that I, and not on what Babs says, want to spend it on. This is the kind of madness has got to be brought to a stop. Frankly I’m getting pretty damn tired of being forced to fork over more and more of MY money to the likes of Boxer so that she and her cronies can then pass it on to their parasitic constituents. This year I could have bought a brand new car, and a nice one, with what I was forced to send off to Washington. And I’m sure that goes for a lot of people. How many jobs could that have created?
WE’RE WITNESSING ‘KEYSTONE COP’ DIPLOMACY…
For those of you who just can’t seem to bring yourselves to admit the fact that John Kerry-Heinz is simply not up to the task of being our Secretary of State, his recent rambling about Putin and the recent Russian invasion into the Ukraine should now make that admission much easier. And together with Barry "Almighty", we now have a team of which it can safely be said not only lost the war in Afghanistan but apparently is also now on its way to losing the ‘cold war’. So it is then, that our foreign policy is now being run by ‘Dumber and Dumber-er’. In these two geniuses we have what can very easily be described as 'Ketstone Cop Diplomacy'.
And then it was just yesterday that we heard Kerry-Heinz challenge the notion that Putin went ahead and seized control of Ukraine’s Crimea on the assumption that he was pretty confident that Barry "Almighty’, the supposed leader of the free world, would do absolutely nothing in response. And he was right! Let’s face it, if you were old Vlad Putin, what would you be thinking after having watched our douche-bag of a president for the last five years? To me it would be pretty much of a no-brainer. Kerry-Heinz made the rather idiotic claim that Russia was not operating from "a position of strength." Oh really?
So then we all got to watch, just yesterday, as everyone’s favorite boob, Kerry-Heinz, busily made the rounds in appearing on three Sunday talk shows and for pretty much the same reason that Susan Rice has done in the past. Kerry-Heinz said Russia’s actions were reminiscent of "19th century" behavior, and warned that possible consequences could include G8 isolation of Russia, visa bans and sanctions. He acknowledged that Putin "may be able to have his troops for some period of time in Crimea," but claimed that Russia would ultimately "lose." Now what kind of nutty, fruit loop, logic does this imbecile base that idiotic statement on?
On Meet the Press, host David Gregory recalled how just last Wednesday that Kerry-Heinz had said Putin gave assurances to Barry that he would respect Ukraine’s territorial integrity. "Now you’re talking about Russia annexing the Crimea. Something happened," Gregory continued. "And I wonder, as you hear some criticism from conservatives who say the issue here is that Vladimir Putin is not afraid, that he saw a red line by this administration in Syria and then no follow-up, no action, that he thinks that he can provoke the U.S. and the West and that President Obama won’t do anything in response."
To which Kerry-Heinz responded as pretty much only he can. He said, "Well, he’s finding out the opposite." Then this boob went on to say, "Let me make it clear: President Putin is not operating from a place of strength here. [Ousted Ukrainian President Viktor] Yanukovich was his supported president. Yanukovich was thrown out, despite Putin’s support. Yanukovich turned on his own people. President Putin is using force in a completely inappropriate manner that will invite the opprobrium of the world, and it already is. He is not going to gain by this." Does this idiotic ever spending any time listening to what comes out of his own mouth?
Kerry-Heinz rambled on saying, "He may be able to have his troops for some period of time in Crimea unless he resolves this, but the fact is he’s going to lose on the international stage." Adding, "Russia is going to lose. The Russian people are going to lose. He’s going to lose all of the glow that came out of the Olympics, his $60 billion extravaganza. He is not going to have a Sochi G8 [summit in June]. He may not even remain in the G8 if this continues. He may find himself with asset freezes on Russian business. American business may pull back. There may be a further tumble of the ruble. There is a huge price to pay." Just more silly threats that mean nothing.
"The United States is united; Russia is isolated," Kerry-Heinz said. "That is not a position of strength." The State Department announced, also just yesterday, that Kerry-Heinz will travel to Kiev on Tuesday, to hold talks with the new government, lawmakers and civil society, and to "reaffirm the United States' strong support for Ukrainian sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity, and the right of the Ukrainian people to determine their own future, without outside interference or provocation." And just how many of those folks will believe a single word that Kerry-Heinz tells them? And how many are likely to even show up to these talks?
Let’s face it, if John Kerry-Heinz was to perhaps spend a little more time, as secretary of state, tending to the business that he should be, instead of galavanting across the globe talking about such things as gay marriage and global warming, maybe, just maybe, our foreign policy would be less of a disaster. But nope, I think that that’s most likely a bit too much to hope for. We have the blind leading the blind here, so should it really come as a surprise to anyone that as America is slowly be made to lose its relevance, at the same time the world is becoming less and less stable? And things are likely to get very much worse.

WARNING SIGNS ARE EVERYWHERE, SOCIALISM SIMPLY DOESN’T WORK…
You know, for anyone truly interested in wanting to find out where it is that Barry is working so hard to take our country, there would be no need to look any further than at a number of our states. States that have, under the leadership of primarily Democrat governors, already arrived at the very spot that Barry hopes to get the entire country. And I would think it rather obvious that Barry seems very determined as he sets about implementing the very same sort of disastrous policies despite the overwhelming amount of proof that those policies simply don’t work. And as he does so, it’s at the same time that Barry does his best to distract our attention away from the horrific results those policies have achieved hoping, I guess, that we won’t notice.
Like the governors of the above mentioned states, Barry claims to be a builder of the middle class, a promoter of fairness, as well as a defender of the less fortunate. But unfortunately, despite all of the idealistic rhetoric, the sad truth is that neither he, nor those governors, are anywhere near being what they claim. What they are, are promoters of a social and economic philosophy that has failed everywhere that’s been attempted. And if the people were to ever remove their blinders I’m quite sure that they would then come to the realization that all that they have been told by these charlatans has all been nothing but a twisted fairytale. But I fear things will need to get much worse before they can be convinced to do just that.
OBAMA TALKS BIG BUT LEAVES THE STICK AT HOME…
Barry has become a joke, a non-player so to speak, when it comes to having any sort of positive influence over world events. He has allowed himself to be nudged aside by Putin, of Russia, who has made Barry appear as being nothing more than his court jester. And because Barry is now no longer taken seriously, neither is the United States. America has lost its power to influence, thus making it unable to play the same leadership role that it has in the past. Barry has now turned America into a second-stringer. And I would argue that that was his intent all along. His foreign policy has been one of casual neglect. One where he has always talked big, but made little or no effort to back up the rhetoric. Hence, he’s no longer trusted by our allies, nor feared by our enemies.
MAKES YOU PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN…
Just when I think I’m ready to throw in the towel and just give up, along comes a young man like this. In this day and age when we seem to have a younger generation that’s overflowing with Sandra Fluke-types, every once and a while we do come across a bright spot. And in this specific instance the bright spot to which I refer is a young man from Boston College by the name of Alex Amidon. A young man who, I’m very sure, has some very proud parents.
While attending Boston College, Amidon played for the school’s football team, the Eagles. His position was as a wide receiver. What has brought him into the spotlight is the fact that he has decided to pass up a chance at a lucrative NFL career in order that he may, instead, focus on his dream of becoming a U.S. Navy SEAL. His shock announcement was made during a school football recruitment dinner in Boston Wednesday night, according to BC Interruption, a sports blog.
"Through making this decision, Amidon is truly showing that he is a man for others, and cares so deeply about this community and country," the blog said. "The 2012 All-ACC wide receiver most likely would have found a home in the NFL," BC Interruption added. "The fact that Amidon is willing to give everything he has is truly awe-inspiring." Amidon, I think it fair to say, is one of those rare individuals that you wish we had more of in this country.
Amidon, a 22-year-old senior from Greenfield, Mass., set the BC school record for the most receiving yards and receptions in 2012, when he was ranked 11th in the country for receiving yards. He also holds the school record for most career receptions, beating the old mark with a catch in his final game. London-born Amidon was a first-round All-ACC pick in 2012 and was expected to be a third-day pick during the NFL draft in May, NFL.com reported.
Amidon told the Springfield Republican in January that he was undecided about pursuing an NFL career. "Right now I'm looking forward to graduating in June with a degree in English and enjoying my last semester in college," he said. His decision to join the military rather than a lucrative career in pro football immediately brought to mind Pat Tillman, the Arizona Cardinals safety. who gave up football to join the elite Army Rangers after the 9/11 attacks.
BC Interruption said that Amidon would be ideally suited to a career as a SEAL. "If you've ever known a SEAL, or even seen a show about them, you know that becoming one is an incredibly difficult experience. The SEALs push potential recruits' body and minds to the limit and the success rate is very small. However, Amidon has persevered through tough situations before," the blog said. "The SEALs motto is 'Ready to Lead, Ready to Follow, Never Quit,' which sounds like Alex Amidon in a nutshell."

A JUDICIARY THAT’S OUT OF CONTROL???
It would seem, at least to me, that we now have in this country, a judiciary that can now safely be described as having gone rouge. Or at the very least many of its members seem to have forgotten what their true role is, as it is very clearly defined by our Constitution. It would seem that far too many of those who have been entrusted with the wearing of their black robes seem to be more interested in ‘making’ law than in determining the Constitutionality of laws and in the furthering of a political agenda that is harmful to our country.
The federal judiciary is defined as being a totally separate and self-governing branch of our government. The federal courts are ‘supposed’ to be the guardians of the Constitution because their rulings are supposed to protect those rights and liberties guaranteed by our Constitution. Through what are supposed to be fair and impartial judgments, they determine facts and interpret the law to resolve legal disputes. It is not the purpose of the courts to make the laws. That would be the responsibility of the Congress.
The judicial branch has the authority to ‘interpret’ and to decide the constitutionality of federal laws and to resolve other disputes over federal laws. The job of our judges is to interpret the law and assess the evidence presented. Most important of all, judges are supposed to be impartial decision-makers in the pursuit of justice. We have what is known as an adversarial system of justice, legal cases are contests between opposing sides, which ensures that evidence and legal arguments will be fully and forcefully presented.
All of this brings me to what have been, to my way of thinking, some very questionable, to say the least, decisions recently arrived at and obviously based on politics. Because it was on this past Thursday that a federal judge ordered Kentucky to recognize the legal same-sex marriages of residents who wed elsewhere, becoming the latest in a string of court victories for gay rights advocates. So apparently this judge became another on what appears to be a growing list of many who have now seen fit to go beyond their role as defined by our Constitution.
The judge in question here, regarding the Kentucky case, is U.S. District Judge John Heyburn II, an appointee of George H.W. Bush, who stated that the Kentucky laws that deny the marriages of same-sex couples "violate the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution, and they are void and unenforceable." The decision makes official a ruling he made on Feb. 12 to strike down the laws. It’s absolutely amazing what these judges can find hiding out there in the Fourteenth Amendment.
The ruling comes amid what now seems to be a growing momentum for legalization of gay marriage all across the country, with federal judges now having struck down restrictions on same-sex matrimony in several states, including New Mexico, Utah, Virginia and Texas. Seventeen states and the District of Columbia now recognize gay marriage, and the trend has gained pace since our activist-oriented Supreme Court ruled in June that legally married same-sex couples nationwide are eligible for federal benefits.
What made this case even possible was because four Kentucky same-sex couples succeeded in doing nothing more than to trick-fuck the system by marrying outside of the state and then returned to challenge Kentucky state laws that declared such marriages void and the attendant rights unenforceable. The couples, who were legally wed in Iowa, California, Connecticut and Canada, did not challenge a state constitutional ban on same-sex marriage. Kentucky had argued states have the right to define what they see as legal marriage. Apparently this all-knowing judge thought otherwise.
The decision in Kentucky comes just one day after a federal judge ruled a Texas law banning same-sex marriage was unconstitutional but declared a stay on the decision, meaning that the ban stays in effect. The suit in Texas was aimed at winning recognition for same-sex marriage in the deep South, where every state has a constitutional amendment or law that establishes legal marriage as only being between one man and one woman. To me, in states where people have voted on a constitutional amendment, judges have no business interfering. And yet that have no problem doing so.
Personally, I have nothing against those who profess to be gay. But what I do object to is how they insist upon forcing their questionable lifestyle down the throats of those who see as being rather, unnatural. And I strongly disagree with these judges who are able to somehow see something, that no one else does, in our Constitution that allows for the perversion of the institution of marriage. I couldn’t care less about the goings on in someone’s bedroom, but I do care about the blatant assault that is now underway, and apparently enthusiastically assisted by our judiciary, against our society.

OBAMACARE…IT’S JUST NOT A GOOD IDEA…
For all of you folks out there who still seem to think that it’s such a shit-hot idea to have the government in charge of your healthcare, I’d like to run a little something by ya. Suppose you needed a really important test. And then suppose, because everything would need to first successfully navigate through miles of governmental red tape, you were going to have to be placed on a waitlist. And then further suppose that because that waitlist eventually became too long, those who had been placed the list first, were simply purged off the list so as to make the list shorter. And then, when you called to inquire about your status, on said list, you were told that you would need to re-request that all-important test.
Now how many of you are now thinking that there is absolutely no way that something like that could actually happen here in the good ol’ U. S. of A. Well, as we recently found out, that is exactly something that can happen here. Because according to a former VA employee, that’s exactly what the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) did to reduce its backlog. What this agency decided to do to cure its problem was to literally destroy thousands of veteran’s medical files in what was a systematic attempt to eliminate backlogged veteran medical exam requests. Now I ask you, what other than some useless government agency would see this as being the best way to take care of a backlog problem?
Anyway, it was all because of a fella by the name of Oliver Mitchell, who’s a Marine veteran and former patient services assistant in the VA Greater Los Angeles Medical Center, that we even know that this is something that actually took place. And it was Mr. Mitchell who said in a recent interview, "The committee was called System Redesign and the purpose of the meeting was to figure out ways to correct the department’s efficiency. And one of the issues at the time was the backlog." Mitchell went on to say, "We just didn’t have the resources to conduct all of those exams." So, in typical government fashion, records, thousands of them, were simply destroyed. Voila, and just like that, no more backlog.
He said, "Basically we would get about 3,000 requests a month for [medical] exams, but in a 30-day period we only had the resources to do about 800. That rolls over to the next month and creates a backlog." And then he went on to say, "It’s a numbers thing. The waiting list counts against the hospitals efficiency. The longer the veteran waits for an exam that counts against the hospital as far as productivity is concerned." So, in an effort to at least give the appearance of improved productivity, thousands of medical records were simply destroyed. I’m just not sure how this would ever occur to someone as being a good idea. But then, we are talking about government employees after all.
This backlog problem goes all the way back to 2008, with some patients "waiting six to nine months for an exam" and the VA "didn’t know how to address the issue," Mitchell said. And then along comes Dr. Suzie El-Saden, the department chief for the VA Greater Los Angeles Radiology department. And it was this bimbo, or so we’re told, who initiated an "ongoing discussion in the department" to cancel exam requests and destroy veterans’ medical files so that no record of the exam requests would exist, thus reducing the backlog. Granted, the problem existed before Barry ever came onto the scene, but this moron’s plan was actually carried out during his administration’s management of VA.
Apparently Mr. Mitchell tried blowing the whistle on this scheme but the only thing he seemed to receive for doing so was first, a transfer out of his department, and then to eventually end up losing his job. He said, "I actually filed a complaint with the VA [Inspector General] IG and the office of special counsel. The IG requested if I had any documentation. They wanted names. I gave them [about] a thousand names." He added, "The list I turned into the IG went all the way back to 1997." He then said, "I filed the initial complaint with the IG … The IG, instead of doing their own investigation, just gave it to the facility and made them aware of my complaint." It’s called shooting the messenger.
Look, it’s pretty common knowledge, or at least it should be by now, that this is the way the government does business. So I’ll ask you again if you still think this whole Obamacare thing is anywhere near to being a good idea? Is this the level of treatment that you think anyone deserves? Let alone our veterans? And for crying out loud, if this cadre of scumbags thinks this is acceptable treatment for our veterans, what makes anyone think that the rest of us would be treated any differently? Come on folks, wake the Hell up! If we are going to have any hope of being able to crawl out from under all that Barry has heaped upon us, then we’re going to need to get rid of every Democrat we can this fall.
MAN-MADE “GLOBAL WARMING”…THE SCAM…
I’ve never been a believer in this whole cockamamie theory that the planet is getting warmer and that it’s somehow my fault. It’s always seemed that those behind the advancing of this con job had more than one ulterior motive. And if I remember correctly, it was many of the same characters who, back in the 70s, were warning us all about the coming ice age. But when that didn’t exactly pan out for them they merely shifted gears, so to speak. So one scam morphed into another.
So you can only image how I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall when old Al Gore got the news about how it was that the co-founder of Greenpeace told a Senate committee that there is "no scientific proof that human emissions of carbon dioxide are the dominant cause of the minor warming of the Earth’s atmosphere over the past 100 years." I bet old Al had an old fashioned conniption fit and, most likely, went straight through the roof. Seeing that would have made my day!
So anyway, what I’m thinking that might have really pushed Al just a little closer to the edge is the fact it that Mr. Patrick Moore, who, I guess, happens to be a fella who back in 1971 helped form the famed environmentalist wacko nut-group, testified before the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee saying that "if there were such a proof, it would be written down for all to see. No actual proof, as it is understood in science, exists." That certainly seems pretty cut and dry to me.
Mr. Moore continued in his testimony, saying, "The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change states: ‘It is extremely likely that human influence has been the dominant cause of the observed warming since the mid-20th century.’" Adding, "'Extremely likely’ is not a scientific term but rather a judgment, as in a court of law. The IPCC defines ‘extremely likely’ as a ‘95-100 percent probability.’ Look, the gaggle behind all of this nonsense is clearly not interested in any actual science.
And Mr. Moore then went on to say something that I think most of us non-believers have always believed to be the case. That this entire premise of supposed man-made climate change has been concocted. He said, "But upon further examination it is clear that these numbers are not the result of any mathematical calculation or statistical analysis. They have been ‘invented’ as a construct within the IPCC report to express ‘expert judgment,’ as determined by the IPCC contributors."
Apparently, Mr. Moore, who appears to be a very sincere individual, departed Greenpeace in 1986 after 15 years because he said the group "took a sharp turn to the political left and began to adopt policies that I could not accept from my scientific perspective." He told the Senate committee that political bias has tainted climate-change "science." Gee, now there’s a no-shit item. I think we all already knew that about this rather strange group which is comprised primarily of those who are most comfortable on the extreme left.
And another little key indicator here which proves that this entire "global warming" scam is based on nothing more than junk science of the purest kind, was made all the more obvious when Mr. Moore pointed out, "The increase in temperature between 1910 and 1940 was virtually identical to the increase between 1970 and 2000. Yet the IPCC does not attribute the increase from 1910 to 1940 to 'human influence.' Obviously, the "global warming" scam artists want to have it both ways.
Mr. Moore also went on to ask the question, "They are clear in their belief that human emissions impact only the increase ‘since the mid-20th century.’ Why does the IPCC believe that a virtually identical increase in temperature after 1950 is caused mainly by ‘human influence,’ when it has no explanation for the nearly identical increase from 1910 to 1940?" Those pushing this theory seem to be rather selective regarding the ‘science’ that they try use to bolster their idiotic claims.
Mr’ Moore also went on to criticize the over-reliance on computer models in defining the pattern of any climate change. "These judgments are based almost entirely on the results of sophisticated computer models designed to predict the future of global climate," he said. Now look, I think we’ve known since the beginning of this computer age all that the data can be manipulated. Because as we all know, when it comes to computers, garbage in equals garbage out.
Mr. Moore said, "As noted by many observers, including Dr. Freeman Dyson of the Princeton Institute for Advanced Studies, a computer model is not a crystal ball. We may think it's sophisticated, but we cannot predict the future with a computer model any more than we can make predictions with crystal balls, throwing bones, or by appealing to the Gods." And yet we’re constantly being lead to believe that our computers are infallible.
Mr. Moore ended his testimony with a statement that one would be hard-pressed to challenge. He told the committee, "I realize that my comments are contrary to much of the speculation about our climate that is bandied about today." Now ain’t that the truth. How much time and, even more importantly, money have now been wasted on this scam? It’s absolutely ridiculous that we’re even still treating this as being something that we need to be genuinely concerned about.
No matter how much proof is provided that what’s claimed to be occurring here, really isn’t, we continue to have liars like Barry wasting hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars on ‘green energy’, and buffoons like John Kerry-Heinz running around telling us that ‘global warming’ is the equivalent of a weapon of mass destruction? And it’s all a scam that provides to Barry a rationale for the government to have more control over the cars we drive and the energy we’re allowed to use in our homes.

THE OBAMACARE LIES AND LYING LIARS WHO TELL THEM…
I’ve always wondered what qualifications Kathleen Sebelius actually possessed that lead her to have been selected for her current position as our 21st Secretary of Health and Human Services. So in an effort to get better informed regarding this pathological liar, I went looking. And I gotta tell ya, there really wasn’t much there, there. Apparently she was able to hone her ability as a very skillful liar, first during her time spent in the Kansas House of Representatives from 1986 to 1994. From there she went onto become governor of Kansas from 2003 to 2009. And again, it seems that if there is one thing that it can be said that she left office possessing, it was the ability to look people dead in the eye, and lie to them. Because, quite frankly, that’s all she has done for the last 5 years.
And she did so once again just this past Tuesday when she again made the claim that the administration never had a 7 million enrollment target for Obamacare. And in so doing she put her forth yet another attempt to backtrack on comments that she herself made just last year when she first volunteered that figure. It was in the more recent interview that she said, "First of all, 7 million was not the administration. That was a CBO, Congressional Budget Office prediction when the bill was first signed." She then when on to further downplay that number by saying, "I'm not quite sure where they even got their numbers. Their numbers are all over the board, and the vice president has looked and said it may be closer to 5 to 6." I can only assume that she thinks we’re all so stupid.
These recent comments, I think, can safely be said to contradict what it was that she told NBC News the day before the launch of the troubled healthcare website last fall when she said that "success," in her opinion, would be having 7 million Americans enrolled in the Obamacare exchanges by the end of March. It was on Sept 30 of last year that Sebelius told NBC's Nancy Snyderman, "I think success looks like at least 7 million people having signed up by the end of March 2014." And last June it was also Sebelius who volunteered the figure, telling reporters, "We're hopeful that 7 million is a realistic target." It’s like she either doesn’t know how videotape works, or she thinks she can just keep denying that she ever said any such thing. It’s all kinda weird!
And then we have Charles Krauthammer who thoroughly blasted Sebelius in an interview Tuesday on Fox News' "Special Report with Bret Baier." He said, "Of course, she was the one that said it, among others." He then went on to say, "You know, it's an old rule, 'say the truth, it's easier to memorize.'" Krauthammer also reacted to the latest Obamacare enrollment numbers released Tuesday by the administration which confirmed that 4 million people have now supposedly signed up for the new healthcare program. He said, "It will usually come out in the middle of the next month except when the secretary steps all over herself and makes bad news, so you want to trump it with a nice number, a round number which comes out in the middle of a week." It’s all some perverted charade.
Sebelius is far from being the only member of this, far from being a transparent, administration who has now tried to backtrack on the 7 million figure. White House healthcare policy adviser Phil Schiliro said back in December that attracting 7 million enrollees to Obamacare by March was never the administration's goal. "That figure was put out by the Congressional Budget Office in March, and was never our target number," he told NBC News at the time. The sad thing is at the present time we have no idea how many people have actually signed up for this train wreck of a debacle. All we know for sure is the number of people who no longer have the health insurance that they liked and were told they could keep. And you can now count me as being among those folks.
It just never quite ceases to amaze me the level to which Democrats are now willing to stoop in their continuing effort keep this Obamacare disaster of theirs afloat. It seems that there is no lie that they are unwilling to tell. And they’ve even now resorted to accusing those who have lost their coverage, again that they were told that they would be able to keep, as being the liars in all of this. I mean, how disgusting is that? What exactly do these folks have to gain by lying? From where I’m sitting, the ONLY ones who have something to gain by the telling of lies would be the Democrats who now stand an excellent chance of having their political asses handed to them this November. And things are only going to get much worse between now and Election Day, as Democrats try to limit the damage they now know is coming.
