UNDERSTANDING THE CONSTITUTION...PART 1...

Barry "Almighty" likes to boast about his once having been a Constitutional Law Professor as his way of debunking accusations that he is somehow trying to destroy our Constitution. Unfortunately, he was no such thing.  Actually what he was was something referred to as a 'senior lecturer.'   Maybe that explains his ignnorance when it comes to anything that has to do with our Constitution.
