Who among those in the Democrat Party would have ever
imaged back on January 20, 2009 that come 2017 their party would be in the
shape that it now is? That being a mere
shadow of its former self, at least when using the number of public offices held
as your gage, and with no clear leader except for the ex-president most
responsible for their diminished stature.
And it would of course be Barry Obummer who I would be making reference
to here. What a sad state of affairs it
is when you have to rely on such an unsavory and dishonest character as the
only available source of leadership for your party, and the very same
individual who can be blamed for the fact that the Democrat Party has been so
badly beaten up, electorally speaking of course.
Which brings me to Wednesday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s
“MTP Daily,” when Gov. Terry McAuliffe declined to name a single ‘leader’ of
the Democrat Party. McAuliffe said that
there are “many leaders of the Democratic Party.” When pressed for a name, he gave none,
stating, “I’ll say the governors who are leading their states, creating jobs,
building infrastructure, building an education system that works.” He continued by praising “the folks on
Capitol Hill who are doing what they’re doing.
But, you know, we need some action out of Washington to help us compete
on a global basis. And today, we are not seeing anything out of Washington. It
is broken.” And he reiterated that he
doesn’t think there is one leader of the Democrat Party at the moment.
Personally, as far as I'm concerned, Nancy Pelosi
and ‘Mad Maxine’ Waters are doing a FANTASTIC job in leading their party and in
just the right direction. Let’s face it,
the Democrat Party is made up of intolerant and rather militant leftwing
fanatics, that's why they’ve lost legislative seats all across the
country. It’s plain to see that the
party has now been taken over by rabid leftwing extremists and now we need only
to wait until the dust settles to see who emerges on top. And make no mistake, whoever it is that that
might be, they will have no love for America nor for law abiding people who
seek nothing more than to be left alone by their government. And they will seek nothing more than to have the
government running your life.
I think we can agree that without the help of the
state-controlled media, propping it up for decades, the Democrat Party would
have long ago simply ceased to exist.
And the crowning achievement of those in our media that first the
election and then the re-election of Barack Hussein Obama, and to then assist
him in every way imaginable with his signature ‘achievements’ of Obamacare, gay
marriage, open borders, climate change, and others, as well as jamming the
federal bureaucracy with liberal progressives who would, as we have seen, do
everything within their power to keep those policies in place even when Barry would
no longer be president. And it was upon
his exit that a vacuum was created, one that has yet to be filled.
And because the Democrat Party was so thoroughly
decimated over the course of the last eight years, thanks primarily to Barry
and the fact the he dragged the party so sharply to the left, the list of
potential leaders is now pretty thin.
And as is usually the case with those on the left, there’s always a
reluctance to accept responsibility when things go wrong, which is part of
being a leader. As they say, there is no
honor among thieves but it would appear that there is even less among
Democrats, which only compounds the problem of being able to come up with that
one individual who can justifiably lay claim to being the leader of the
party. Democrats are driven by their mad
lust for power, and it tends to blind them to any and all reason.
As for McAuliffe, he is the perfect example of the
modern day Democrat, he scammed a cancer patient out of his life insurance
money, got caught and then watched his accomplices go to prison while he
skated. He invested $100,000 in Global
Crossing at the recommendation of ‘Slick Willy’ Clinton, then withdrew a
staggering $18,000,000 three years later and just days before the whole company
collapsed. And then you took that money
and created another scam company with Hitlery's brother to allow wealthy
foreigners to buy their way into the country and shut it down right after
Hitlery got her butt whooped by Trump.
Those are the credentials the Democrats look for in a leader. So maybe he should cast himself in that role.
Democrats knew that Barry had a huge on ego and was more
than a bit lean when it came to possessing any actual leadership skills, but
they elected him anyway and then allowed his charade to continue on for eight
long, terrible years. The ONLY good
thing that resulted from his election is that it may very well end up being the
single event most responsible for bringing about the end of the Democrat
Party. Why? For the very simple reason, that there are
still not quite enough people in this country who favor living in a country
ruled by a Socialist government, hence the drive by those in the Democrat Party
to keep our borders as wide open as possible and to allow into this country as
many refugees as possible with the least amount of vetting.
The Democrat Party is really nothing more than the
party of hate, and not just hate of Trump, but also the hate of individual
rights and even of personal freedom for anyone except the powerful elites. But hate is not a position to be held, it is
a sickness that one is afflicted with. And
in the Democrat Party hate is an epidemic.
And Democrats have proven time and again that they hate the police and
why is it that voters would choose to support the Democrat Party agenda of
lawlessness. Why are all the liberal
heroes less in favor of the common good of the country and more in favor of promoting
minority issues? Democrat are pro-illegal
immigrants, Occupy Wall St and BLM, in other words subversives and
anti-establishment types who hate America.
I would like to think that the Democrat Party would
have, by now, become little more than an embarrassment to most reasonable
people. Mostly because it would seem
that so many of those in ‘leadership’ positions have now become so completely
unhinged as to make it nearly impossible for any rational individual to vote
for just about any Democrat. It’s no
wonder they can't seem to win an election, the bar has now been set so very low
for Democrats and yet they still lose.
When you win elections you get to make the rules. The party of hate is
helpless to stop anything. All they can do is bus in paid street protesters,
plant ‘fake news stories and then have their friends in the ‘state-controlled’
repeat them ad nauseam.
Frankly I'm glad President Trump won, as the
alternative was simply too horrible to imagine.
But all is still not as you would expect it to be. Because despite the fact that the Republicans
have the White House, the House, the Senate, we continue to have far too many
RINOs who remain in positions of power.
And while the Democrat Party is old and dying, many in the Republican
Party, for whatever the reason, seem to be quite willing to act on the
Democrats’ behalf as they work to stymie President Trump’s agenda at every
turn. So in the absence of having a
leader capable of unifying their party, the Democrats seem to have been granted
a reprieve by the party in power due to a shared hatred of President Trump. That we must rectify.
