MINORITIES FUEL DEMOCRAT EFFORTS TO DESTROY AMERICA…

So, I have a question. Why is it that one is always, or nearly always, considered as being a racist for doing nothing more than to point out what is really pretty obvious. In this particular instance what I’m referring to is the fact that the only reason that the majority of Blacks and Hispanics so reliably vote Democrat is because of their rather well known dislike for anything having to do with being required to work to support oneself. We seem to be living a day and age where those folks who comprise what is essentially an entire class of parasites possesin s a rather misguided sense of entitlement that replaces a love of country. Especially when it comes to those in our minority communities. And that’s not being racist, that’s just telling it like it is. And if there are those who may feel offended, too bad. Because they are the ones who have made this perception possible. After all, it doesn’t, or at least it shouldn’t, take a genius to recognize the fact that the Democrat Party is called home by those for whom work is nothing more than a dirty four letter word. These people seem incapable of recognizing the fact that someone has to work in order for them to get what they view as being the freebies that they deserve.

Anyway, as a way to support my argument here, the state of Georgia can be used as the perfect example. We do so because Georgia is a state that now seems to have the Democrats salivating regarding what they think is the fact that they may, and sooner rather than later, be able to turn a very deep shade of blue. They see their chances getting better because of the fact that Georgia is quickly becoming less white and less rural. In 2000, Georgia's population was 63 percent white; as of the 2010 Census the state's population is 56 percent white. Of the state's 1.5 million new residents between 2000 and 2010, more than 80 percent were non-white. Over the past decade, the 6 percent growth among Georgia's white population pales in comparison to the 26 percent growth rate among African Americans. This is in stark contrast to the growth patterns of the 1990s, when Georgia's white population grew by more than double that rate. Since 1990, Georgia has gained more than 1.2 million African-American residents and has served, according to The Wall Street Journal, as a "magnet for black professionals" from other parts of the country.

Georgia's Hispanic population grew by 96 percent over the last decade, a growth rate double the national average. From 1990-2010, the state's Hispanic population has risen from roughly 100,000 to more than 800,000, now totaling 9.1 percent of the state's population. Additionally, Georgia's Asian-American community grew by 81 percent from 2000-2010 and has almost quintupled since 1990. African-Americans in Georgia vote overwhelmingly Democrat, and party leaders believe they can, thanks to Republican policies on immigration, do well among Latinos. But with the current numbers, it is unlikely to be enough to change the outcome this year. Some Republicans realize they face a challenge down the line. Charlie Harper, editor of the conservative blog Peach Pundit, said any Democrat talk of a resurgence this year or in 2014 is wishful thinking on their part, but said six or eight years from now, things will likely be different. "The Democratic voter base is growing faster than the Republican base," said Harper, who also writes a column for a chain of rural newspapers. "If Republicans aren’t able to figure out how to solve some of the problems they’re grappling with now, Democrats will have a chance to take Georgia blue, or at least make it purple."

Georgia’s 16 electoral votes are not trivial and would, if lost, also do grievous damage to Republican prospects. Yet we hear relatively little about possibilities for a blue Georgia, despite the fact that Georgia is, in many respects, a more plausible candidate than Texas for changing colors. In the last decade, Georgia had a rapid rate of increase in its minority population, going from 37 to 44 percent minority over the time period. The increase in the minority population accounted for 81 percent of Georgia’s growth over the decade. The biggest contributor to minority growth came from blacks, who alone accounted for 39 percent of Georgia’s growth. The next largest contributor was Hispanics, whose numbers increased at a scorching 96 percent pace and accounted for 26 percent of the state’s growth. And as I have already said, minorities in general have very little interest in the general welfare of our country, being much more interested in the general welfare of themselves. Hence they make what are ideal supporters of the Democrat Party. Minorities makes it very plain that their votes will go to the highest bidder, and as long as we have a political party willing to buy, not much will change.

There continues to be many who argue that the Republican Party needs to do more to entice minorities into its ranks. But apparently the only possible way to do that is by offering all manner of taxpayer sponsored freebies, hence the dilemma. Which means that the survival of the country now hinges on the fact of whether minorities can ever be convinced into put the country above their own rather selfish desires. And, quite frankly, I just don’t see that happening any time soon. And again there is nothing racist in what I’m saying here, I’m just being honest about what I see as taking place. And I’m sure there will be those who insist upon calling my position racist, but by doing so all they really do is to add support to my position. And the truly sad thing here is that if both political parties were more interested in the needs of the country than they were determined in their efforts to accrue more political power for themselves, everyone, including those in our various minority communities would be much better off. But it’s highly unlikely that something like that is going to happen anytime soon. So here we sit, essentially at the mercy of those who perpetually have their hand out.

MINORITIES AND THE REPUBLICAN PARTY…

You know, I’m really getting tired of hearing how it is that the fault lies with those of us in the Republican Party when it comes to finding a reason that more minorities do not choose to affiliate with our party. But I would argue, that the reason they are more prone to choose the Democrat Party is because the expectations placed on them in doing so, are so much lower than if they were to choose the GOP. Because we expect that they would actually see the need to question any attempt to remake society so that it conforms to some abstract notion of what is just or efficient. And we expect them to possess at least some level of desire to work toward preserving the political philosophy and rules of government as articulated in the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution.

And we expect them to believe that it is imperative for us to preserve traditional morality, as it is articulated in the Bible, through cultural norms. And we expect them to see the economic wisdom in embracing free-market capitalism, and a belief in the legitimacy of market outcomes. And we expect them to join us in the belief that America is truly an exceptional nation, unique among nations on this planet. That it is that shining city on a hill, whose rightful role is leader of the ‘free world’. And we would expect them to embrace the concept of localism, community and family ties and a responsibility to the future. And a belief that America shouldn't intervene in the affairs of other nations except to defend ourselves from aggression and enforce contracts and treaties.

And we would expect them to possess at least some affinity for, and identification with, Red America's various cultural cues. For example, gun ownership, private property rights and the belief that to be left alone by government is a natural right. And at the same time we would expect them to posses some level of disdain for American liberalism, multiculturalism, identity politics, affirmative action, welfare, European-style social policies, and the left and its ideas generally. And to possess the belief that taxes should be lower and government smaller, and the belief that the national debt and deficits actually puts America in peril. The belief that whenever possible, government budgets should be balanced. Realism in foreign policy. Non-interventionism in foreign policy.

So my point in bringing all of this up is that I think those of us in the Republican Party should have some say when it comes to those compromises our party should be expected to make in order to entice certain minorities to join our ranks. Now while I am perfectly willing to make certain ‘adjustments’, if you will, there is a limit to just how far I would be willing to go, out of fear of diluting what our party truly stands for. I would hate that we would get to the point where we essentially become as soulless as the Democrat Party. The fact is, that it should not be up to the Republican Party to change, it should up to those who wish to join us to recognize the fact that the conservative position, regardless of the issue, more often than not is much better for America.

Unfortunately, those in positions of leadership within our party don’t exactly see things the same way I do. They make the claim that we in the Republican Party need to ‘soften’ our views and be much more tolerant regarding our attitudes on immigration and social issues such as abortion and gay marriage, just to name a few. They say that by doing so would make our party appear more ‘mainstream’ and would therefore make it easier for those looking for a political home to join the party. I would argue that of the two political parties that we have today, the Republican Party is far more ‘mainstream’ than the Democrat Party. It must be recognized that the Democrats are determined to destroy our country and the last time I checked that’s not really a ‘mainstream’ desire.

THE DEMOCRAT PARTY, HOME OF THE LAZY, THE UNINFORMED AND THE IGNORANT...

 

The Democrat Party, at least these days, seems to be the political party that the lazy, uninformed and the ignorant among us are now quite content to call home. Much thinking out loud is now going on amongst the ranks of the Republican Party, especially after having lost yet again to a guy who has no business being the neighborhood dog catcher, much less president. And the theme that I keep hearing is one that describes how the Republican Party somehow must become more welcoming to minorities and if it were only willing to increase the size if it's tent its prospects regarding future electoral victories would be so much brighter. We continue to hear such drivel from some many notables within the party, but just because they are viewed as such, doesn't necessarily make them right.

 

 

Recently we heard from that old buffoon, Colon Powell, whose claim to still be a Republican rings more than just a little hollow these days. Old Colon actually went so far as to accuse the Republican party of having a problem with racism. "There is a dark vein of intolerance in some parts of the party," Colon said. Adding, "They still sort of look down on the minority." That right there made it obvious to me that Colon, and the many frauds like him, are what the party needs to avoid, not embrace. He's another of those given far too much credibility, and appears to be another one intent on dividing people by race. But what his evidence for making such a claim in the first place? Apparently it was comments from Sarah Palin who had used the term "shuck and jive" in describing Barry's idiotic response to the Benghazi attack.

 

 

Look, I'll be the first to admit that there does still exist in this country a certain level of racism. What I choose to disagree with is from which direction it seems to be coming. It springs from the same direction that it always has, from the left. From the days of the Ku Klux Klan, which was in fact a Democrat organization, to the modern day Democrat Party, racism is nearly everywhere you look. Look at the slander endured by Mia Love and Allen West from those enlightened ones on the left. And for those old enough to remember Justice Clarence Thomas' confirmation hearings, never before in the history of this country had such an honorable man been treated in such a racist manner. Or, the names that Condoleezza Rice was called when then President Bush appointed her Secretary of State. And all by left.

 

 

And then we have a favorite of mine, Sen. Marco Rubio, a Cuban-American from here in Florida and a man considered by many to be a possible 2016 GOP presidential candidate. Not that long ago he was heard to say that Republicans need to be more inclusive of minorities and immigrant communities. Rubio released a statement pointing out what he saw as being his party’s failures in this area. He said: "The conservative movement should have particular appeal to people in minority and immigrant communities who are trying to make it, and Republicans need to work harder than ever to communicate our beliefs to them. I look forward to working on these goals with my new and returning colleagues in Congress and hope the president will get behind our efforts."

 

 

Now as much as I might hate to do so, I'm going to have to disagree with the good senator. Because the way I see it, the act of selecting the political party that one chooses to affiliate with is, in fact, an action, that when taken, tells us a lot about the person who is doing the choosing and what it is that a particular individual might actually believe in. If, as Sen. Rubio says, that the conservative movement should have a particular appeal to minorities, then why would they not choose to become part of that movement. There must be a reason. I would argue that for most, but not all, minorities, the appeal remains to be one that consists of how much they can get for themselves with the least amount of effort being required of them in return. Which is really something that would naturally point them away from the Republican Party.

 

 

Therefore most, but not all, minorities quite naturally simply migrate to the Democrat Party, where nothing is ever asked from them in exchange for some pretty extensive, as well as pretty costly, government goodies. Well, there is one thing that's asked for in return, that being of course, that these recipients of a growing list of government goodies, vote for Democrats. So how is an opposition party supposed compete with that, and still remain faithful to what it claims are its conservative principles? Especially when most of those who call themselves Republicans, or conservatives, are the ones constantly being forced to cover the rapidly rising costs of the government giveaways being distributed, or re-distributed, to every Democrat constituency as their reward for continuing to vote for Democrats.

 

 

Let's be honest here, there are very few today who call themselves Democrats who possess any level of concern for the general wellbeing of the country as a whole. And there are even fewer of those who can be described as patriots, to be found anywhere within the ranks of the Democrat Party. Thus the Democrat Party is essentially nothing more than the party of "ME", as long as I'm getting what I need from the government, screw everybody else and screw the country. Republicans and, to a greater extent, conservatives, on the other hand, simply are not wired up to think that way. They wish to be left alone and to be allowed to provide for themselves and for their families with minimal interference from an increasingly nosy government. Which I suppose one could say puts us at a distinct disadvantage in the political arena.

 

 

Those who make up the majority of our minority population in this country have no desire, whatsoever, to be responsible for their own lives and apparently they don't feel that they should be. Which I suppose you could say, makes them a relatively easy mark for the Democrat Party. Because the Democrat Party is looking to enlist as many people as possible as it sets out on its drive to engineer a complete collapse of our free market economy as well as to eradicate in its entirety the belief system on which our country was founded and that encourages the possessing of good moral behavior, strong personal character and a fundamental belief in God and Country. Democrats have no such belief in God and they loath their country, to the point of seeing it as being nothing more than as a source of evil.

 

 

So as Republicans, and as conservatives, where does that leave us, exactly. Well, to tell you the truth, I'm just not sure. We appear to be at the mercy of those who would rather let this country, the greatest experiment in human freedom ever conceived, simply go down the tube than to make the necessary sacrifices that will keep it afloat so that those who come after them will have a chance at living in freedom. So tell me this, how do you combat a mentality that has now so infected an entire class of people to the point that they have become completely content to live out there lives being nothing more than parasites on the rest of us? And matters are further complicated by the fact that we have a political party who is willing, even eager, to assist them in that endeavor and that asks for nothing in return but their votes.
