THOSE IN THE ‘FAKE NEWS’ MEDIA SEEM TO HAVE FORGOTTEN WHICH SIDE THEY’RE SUPPOSED TO BE ON…

So, just what is it with the vast majority of those currently employed, and those of whom who may soon be unemployed, by the various ‘fake news’ media organization that has prompted them to abandon their responsibility to the people? For example, how is it that they are able to look at the current batch of incompetent boobs that comprise Joey’s cabinet and still be able to sleep easy at night, despite the fact that the country is now, and has been for four years, in the hands of one of the grandest assortments of incompetent misfits ever assembled. And now they’re sounding the alarm, or trying to, about those who President Trump has selected for his cabinet.

And I say that because it was this past Thursday during the broadcast of MSDNC’s ‘Deadline’ that host Rachel Maddow said that President Trump is attempting to “destroy the U.S. government” with his picks to fill his administration’s cabinet. Maddow said, “I think the idea of the authoritarian promise is that everything shrivels in government other than the will of the leader, right? So, you don’t necessarily put a Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in charge of you’re hoping for great things from HHS. Matt Gaetz, he has explicitly proposed abolishing the Justice Department, not specifically abolishing the FBI and the ATF but talking about abolishing the Justice Department."

She said, “I mean, Tulsi Gabbard as the Director of National Intelligence is, I mean, the idea that Tulsi Gabbard, in a normal circumstance, could get a security clearance to be like a Walmart-style greeter at any U.S. intelligence agency, let alone get past the security barriers, is insane. So, you do that because you want the worst for these agencies, because you want the worst for the U.S. government because you think that the U.S. government is worthless. That’s part of consolidating power, to make the U.S. government nothing other than the leader and people who will do what he says, and they’re not being any repository of expertise, let alone, day-to-day know-how anywhere."

And went on to say, “So it’s a — it’s a sort of, I mean, Steve Bannon used to say, it’s a sort of Leninist project, right? Destroy the state. This is the cabinet that you nominate to, not to run the U.S. government, to do anything, but to destroy the U.S. government. So that the U.S. government can be fundamentally reimagined as something much more like a unitary authoritarian or autocratic, for lack of a better term, system.” All I have to say is that if those like Maddow are already complaining then I can only assume that President Trump is most definitely on the correct course. Every pick he has made is better than those now holding those positions.

It seems obvious to me that those on the left have now become so conditioned to excepting corruption by Democrats, that they now believe that it’s normal behavior. I seem to recall a president promising to “fundamentally transform the United States of America.” Now the American people have elected themselves a president to fundamentally transform Washington. Getting rid of the corrupt cabal isn’t destroying government, it’s saving it from itself. It’s the nature of those in government to gain more control and power over the people. It always ends up corrupt, especially when those in office have no strong moral foundation and upright principles or morals.

Most of America looks at it this way. Biden destroyed the Presidency, Cumala the vice presidency. The ‘fake news’ media destroyed itself. Pelosi destroyed the House and Schumer the Senate. So what's left? Well, just the rest of the government, that’s all. By the rest, I mean the swamp dwellers who carry over the policies dreamt up by previous administrations. Presidents come and go but it’s these unelected bureaucrats, appointed to lifelong positions with zero accountability, remain. So if by destroying she means returning to some semblance of sanity, then yes it will be destroyed. If by destroying she means it’s perfect as it is, she’s part of the problem.

I think we can all agree that those who chose to vote for President Trump did so for a specific reason, that reason being to tear down our out-of-control government bureaucracy that has been taking away our freedoms and ruining peoples’ lives. And the people in the media, like Maddow, either don’t get it, or fully endorse the effort to make people both less free and more dependent upon government. A government that is just chock full of power-hungry Democrats, a number that has been growing its power since the 1960s. President Trump has only four years to make headway on stemming the tide, and he’s picking those people who he feels can help him.

If President Trump picked people that those like Maddow favored, then he would have never been elected to begin with. And you know, I find it rather amazing how quickly it is that so many Republicans can so easily forget what Democrats did when they were in power. It took them exactly two minutes to issue 46 executive orders to undo everything President Trump did to secure the border, fire every Trump appointed member of the DOJ, to go after January 6 protestors, insert DEI, racial quotas and wokeism into every single part of the government and to purge from the military  anyone who is center right. They did that within weeks of getting power.

And let’s not forget how they proceeded to raid the home of a former president, covered up for the crimes of the sitting *president and his corrupt son and to throw grandmothers praying in front of abortion clinics into prison. How quickly everybody forgets the outrage when President Trump was convicted by a biased jury in a biased jurisdiction by a biased District Attorney. Democrats are ruthless, they know how to use power, and they know how to abuse power. Maddow, and the rest of her ilk, are doing everything they can to keep the fear ramped up. They realize that it would be very hard to re-ramp it up once life starts improving under President Trump.

Maddow is a certifiable ideological moron. After the parade of fruits, nuts, and bench warmers that have bumbled their way through Joey’s administration and virtually destroyed their respective institutions, Maddow voices what is a rather spectacular disconnect. It would appear that she is just as incompetent and unqualified as they were. Another overpaid, self-styled pseudo intellectual who has not a clue what she’s talking about. Put Maddow and Joy Reid in the same room together and you’d have combined IQ of 12. And if I were either one of them, especially after looking at the recent ratings, I’d be more than a little worried about keeping my job.

Talk about conspiracy theorists! The woman wouldn’t know the truth if it landed on her head. Her assessment of Gabbard as fit to be the DNI is laughable, and her other assessments of nominees are just plain political vitriol.  It is hard to see someone so petty, so bitter and so utterly untruthful and see that this sort of warped, narrow-minded thinking is what she believes is normal. I truly fear that one day Maddow may go postal inside the studio during one of her raving broadcasts. President Trump is simply trying fix the government with his cabinet picks. He has limited time to attempt to fix the plenty of problems that are in desperate need of being fixed.

These people refuse to even consider how it is that government, both state and federal, is filled with people who should not be there and are not doing what is in the best interest of the people. They are, instead, doing what’s best for them and the elites who put them in power. We the People voted for change while those like Maddow simply advocate maintaining the status quo. They demand that we continue to pick from, and to empower those, not doing the work that benefits the people and that we need to simply stop complaining because they’re tired of hearing about our disappointment and complaints about being lorded over by a corrupt government.

Limited government is one of the greatest accomplishments of humanity. It is imperfectly enjoyed by only a very small portion of the human race; and where it is enjoyed, its tenure is ever precarious. The experience of the past century has made clear the insecurity of constitutional government and the need for courage in achieving it and the vigilance in maintaining it. And it’s those in the press who are supposed to act as the watchdog of those in government, their role is supposed to be to assist in that vigilance. But somewhere along the way members of the press seem to have forgotten exactly which side it is that they’re supposed to be on.
