ALEC BALDWIN, HOLLYWEIRDO EXTRAORDINAIRE…

When trying to point out just how out of touch those in our ‘entertainment’ industry really are with those of us living in the real world, there is simply no better way to put it than in the way Ricky Gervais did very recently, during his recent stint as host of the Golden Globe Awards.  And while what he said in his remarks was spot on, it seems to have had, as expected, very little impact, if any, on those at whom his remarks were directed.  But then, we shouldn’t be surprised by that as these entertainers, merely by virtue of them being able to act or sing or whatever, still see themselves as being so much smarter than those of us who can neither act, nor sing.

For instance, it was Mr. ‘Anger Management’ himself, Alec Baldwin, who just this past Monday chose to once again take it upon himself to target supporters of President Trump, this time going so far as to argue that the “desecration of those ideals and the near moral collapse of this country falls squarely in the lap of Trump’s supporters.”   Now, personally, that would seem to be rather odd thing to be hear from someone whom we all know to be very comfortable at the far left end of the political spectrum as well as someone who has virtually no problem whatsoever supporting hardcore leftist positions when it comes to everything from abortion to illegal immigration.

It was this past Monday that Baldwin began what was a pretty longwinded, and quite disturbing, social media rant by saying, “American democracy has always been a struggle between the misaligned protections of specific freedoms and a raging, at times intoxicating, 12 cylinder economy.  It demanded vigilant/consistent regulation, compassion for the disenfranchised and the periodic display of a necessary sacrifice that allowed for the long term health of our society at the expense of short term whims.”  And so it is that once again we have someone lecturing us on a topic that they know virtually nothing about yet feel entitled to lecture us all just the same.

Baldwin said, “The desecration of those ideals and the near moral collapse of this country falls squarely in the lap of Trump’s supporters, as opposed as opposed to Trump himself, who is merely what psychology labels the ‘objective negative function.’  He continued saying, “Like fire, floods and earthquakes, it destroys, and only destroys, by its very nature. Without prejudice.”  He said, “It is Trump voters, particularly those who would re-elect him who bear the blame.”  And he then went on to say, “For the undeniable and colossal destruction of everything that matters to us as Americans that cannot be merely monetized.”  “Monetized?”  He’s serious?

Most are likely familiar with Baldwin’s rather long history of lobbing personal attacks at both the president and his supporters.  It was just last July that he claimed that “our friends in other countries” now believe that a “mass of Americans are outright racists.”  He then followed that up roughly a month later by saying Trump supporters “have swallowed the poison pills of racist hatred, election fraud, a revolving door of semi-competent or outright awful appointees” because money is all they care about.  And it was a few months later that Baldwin appealed to the president’s supporters and asked them to “get rid of him,” presumably in the 2020 election.

Baldwin ended 2019 by joining with many other rabidly left-wing Hollyweirdos in encouraging people to take to the streets for protests in support of the House Democrats’ bogus attempt to impeach President Trump.  Yup, these are the people who now curiously view themselves as representing the moral compass of our society. Is that not weird?  The very same people who so enthusiastically support the murder of children, all manner of perversion and debauchery and the very things that most people in this country find repugnant at best, now claim to be worried about a moral collapse?  Perhaps they may want to look in the mirror to see who’s really to blame.

To have someone on the modern left claiming to be concerned over the “near moral collapse” of our society seems more than a bit bizarre.  Especially when we have a Democrat Party that: quite literally hates America, is very much in favor of murdering the unborn up to, and in some instances after, the moment of birth, supports allowing illegal immigrants to flood into our country, and who seeks to remove all mention of God from the public square.  And yet, according to Baldwin, the blame for the “near moral collapse of our nation” is to be laid directly at the feet of those who actually oppose all of those things instead of where it belongs, at the feet of people like him.

And it’s the very ones who spend the most time lecturing us on the evil of ‘our’ ways that are most responsible for some of the worst living conditions in this the most prosperous nation on the planet.  Let’s face it, it’s every time you visit any major city in this country that is under the control of those in the Democrat Party that you always find that there is a very high crime rate, very high unemployment, a high level homelessness, a rampant drug problem, and tons illegal immigrants all taking full advantage of their sanctuary status.  And it’s the rest of us who are forced to pay the high taxes required to cover the bill for what we’re told is all our fault.

Chicago is just one of the many examples of a city being run into the ground after decades of Democrat ‘leadership.’  But it is far from the only one.  A list of other stellar examples would include such cities as Baltimore, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Philadelphia and any number of others.  And I can only assume that those on the left, like Baldwin, must feel that if just given the opportunity most Americans would love nothing more than to live in the same squalid conditions as those who live in most of these very same cities.  But when we make it clear that we have no interest in doing so, somehow it’s we, and not those who have ruined our cities, who are chastised.

Baldwin is yet another self-centered, short-tempered, foul-mouthed, privileged jerk who now thinks himself as being somehow qualified to sit in judgement of those who disagree with him. According to him, the quiet, hard-working, church-going, anti-abortion majority of the nation are to be seen as responsible for the moral decline of this country. If it weren't so pathetic, it would be funny. He ignores completely that it’s the Hollyweird culture that is essentially responsible for the cheapening of human life and the loss of moral compass that has become the default setting for so many. He has absolutely nothing to support his decree, other than his own vapid delusions.

In truth, morality went out the window when we started allowing babies to be killed for no other reason than convenience, allowed bad language and pornography to become normalized and lastly, allowed our supposed leaders to remain in elected office after having sordid affairs with their junior employees and to then lie about it.  We, as a people, have been gradually losing our moral compass over time, and it shows in what we are expected to condone.  And it is those like Baldwin who are far more than merely a symptom of our popular culture, he and those like him have been prominent players in the overall degradation that has taken place in our society.

I THINK WE CAN FILE THIS ONE UNDER: DELUSIONS OF GRANDEUR…

What is it about all of these Hollyweird types that, just because they’re able to read lines that others have written for them, has them thinking that the common folk see them as being worthy of public office?  And since we know that being elected to public office requires one to be no great intellect, it’s only in that regard that most would make the perfect candidate.  After all, a goodly share of our current ‘public officials’ make very clear on nearly a daily basis that the office to which they have been elected is well beyond their meager mental capabilities.

All of which brings me to ‘Mr. Anger Management’ himself, Alec Baldwin, who in displaying what I think is more than a bit of over-confidence, has now claimed to be “one thousand percent” confident that he could beat President Trump in an election.  It was just this past Monday that Baldwin told Howard Stern, “If I ran, I would win. I would absolutely win. One thousand percent.”  Baldwin insists that only his wife and his current job hosting ABC’s “Match Game” stand in his way.  But I dare say that few Americans would vote for someone so mentally unstable.

The issue of Baldwin’s political prowess came up on Stern’s radio show when the two were discussing hypothetical match-ups in the 2020 presidential election.  Stern then suggested that perhaps Baldwin could be one of the Democrat contenders to take on the sitting president.  Baldwin repeated his assertion that he couldn’t lose.  He said, “If I ran for president, I would win. Hands down, I would win.”  He went on to say, “It would be the funniest, most exciting, craziest campaign.”  There are few people who take Baldwin as seriously as he seems to take himself.

Baldwin, who regularly plays Trump on “Saturday Night Live,” suggested that if he faced off with Trump, the late night comedy show might even actually host a presidential debate or two.  Despite all the bravado going on, Baldwin, suggested it was very important to consider who the Democrats might choose to counter the president in 2020, predicting, “Somebody great is going to come up, I hope.”  Personally, looking at the potential candidates the Democrats will have to choose from, finding someone “great” will be pretty tough.

But look, all joking aside, Baldwin is doing nothing more than that which he, and so many of his Hollyweird friends do best: pretending to be he is actually someone of substance, which he most definitely is not.  And like most of those in his chosen profession, he is little more than a caricature of real human being.  And besides, actors don't actually have real friends; nor do they know what real friendship is unless it is been thoroughly scripted for them.  They only have acquaintances acting like friends, according to their script.

Baldwin is another perfect example of what happens when you spend your entire adult life in the world of make-believe.  Add delusions of grandeur and a healthy dose of arrogance, and you end up with severe mental disorders. Maybe he can ask Douche bag DeNiro to be his running mate.  Maybe Baldwin could make a movie and name it, "The Transformation of America." It might sell if he was to make it a comedy.  It just goes to show what a poor grasp on reality liberals truly have. I'm sure he actually believes this, along with countless other idiotic notions.

OBAMA’S MISPLACED POLITICAL PRIORITIES…

Once again we see our ‘Dear Beloved Leader’ demonstrate that it is politics that trumps the needs of the American people. Whether it the jobs it would create or the possibility it would lower the price of gallon of gas, that has now doubled since this ass has been in office, Barry has, as he has with some of the more politically sensitive aspects of Obamacare, has simply chosen to delay the making of any sort of a decision regarding construction of the Keystone XL pipeline out to beyond the next election. So once again the American people are left high and dry by this guy.

It was as recently as this past Friday that Barry said that he plan now is to extend review of the Keystone XL pipeline, which is nothing more than a procedural punt designed to put off a decision until after midterms. There were howls of protest from both Republicans and Democrats who want the project approved. State Department officials cited ongoing litigation in Nebraska over the pipeline’s route, and said more time was needed to allow for comment. It’s just another lame excuse on what has become a very long list of many.

The indecision over the northern leg of TransCanada’s pipeline, which would connect the tar sands of Alberta to oil refineries and export facilities in Texas, has dragged on for nearly six years, and the debate has put Barry in a tough spot with supporters, some of whom are pushing for the the job-creating project, and nutjob environmentalist wackos who are vehemently opposed. And I’m quite sure the fact that some of the Democrats’ big Hollywood donors remain quite opposed to the pipeline also played a role in Barry’s decision to not decide.

House Speaker John Boehner said in a statement released by his office, "This delay is shameful." The statement went on to say, "With tens of thousands of American jobs on the line and our allies in Eastern Europe looking for energy leadership from America, it’s clear there is little this administration isn’t willing to sacrifice for politics. This job-creating project has cleared every environmental hurdle and overwhelmingly passed the test of public opinion, yet it’s been blocked for more than 2,000 days." But he too is only thinking of the politics of the issue.

Democrat, Sen. Mary Landrieu called the delay "irresponsible, unnecessary and unacceptable." Landrieu added, "By making it clear that they will not move the process forward until there is a resolution in a lawsuit in Nebraska, the administration is sending a signal that the small minority who oppose the pipeline can tie up the process in court forever," Landrieu said. "There are 42,000 jobs, $20 billion in economic activity and North America's energy security at stake." But let’s not forget that Landrieu is in a tough reelection battle so will say absolutely anything now.

Republican Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, in a statement reported by Politico, said the delay only shows "It is crystal clear that the Obama administration is simply not serious about American energy and American jobs." The statement we on to say, "Here’s the single greatest shovel-ready project in America — one that could create thousands of jobs right away — but the President simply isn’t interested. Apparently radical activists carry more weight than Americans desperate to get back on the job."

Nebraska Republican Rep. Lee Terry, whom Politico described as one of the pipeline’s biggest supporters in Congress, made an excellent point, slamming Barry's "audacity to stand at the podium at the White House press office and lecture Republicans in Congress about the need to make tough decisions." He went on say, "But today, he punted a tough decision in the name of political expediency." And Alaska Sen. Lisa Murkowski, the top Republican on the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, called the delay "a stunning act of political cowardice." All our very fitting responses to Barry’s apparent willingness to do nothing.

But Barry’s decision not to decide just yet could also put him at odds with Canadian politicians who also want to see an end to these endless delays and indecision. Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper's office was "disappointed that politics continue to delay a decision," his spokesman said. And I’m sure we all heard the stories that how Barry’s unwillingness to shit or get off the pot when it comes to this pipeline could force Canada into redirecting their product away from America and to China. But Barry has left them with no choice.

But the environmentalist-wackos, as you can imagine, were heartened by Barry’s inaction. Jane Kleep, director of Bold Nebraska, a progressive advocacy group, insisted the new delay in the project "is yet more proof this project is not permit-able and not in our national interest." She said litigation before the Nebraska Supreme Court will likely not be settled until about January 2015 – and that South Dakota’s permit granted for the pipeline expires this June 20, which means TransCanada would have to reapply for a state permit afterward.

This latest delay comes just a week after a group of 11 Senate Democrats, five of whom are looking to get re-elected this year urged Barry to make up his mind by May 31. They included Landrieu, as well as Mark Begich, Mark Pryor, Kay Hagan and Mark Warner, all of them up for re-election. All were backers of the Keystone project. "This decision must not drag on into the summer," the letter urged. Democrat Senators Heidi Heitkamp, Claire McCaskill, Joe Manchin, Joe Donnelly, and Jon Tester and John Walsh, also signed the plea.

Ya know, for a guy the Democrats like to parade around as being just so darn smart, and especially smarter than his predecessor, I just don’t see it. But what his is, though, is the most devious, conniving, dishonest individual who has ever been in his position. While millions of Americans are being forced to contend with rapidly escalating energy bills, this pathetic loser does nothing but to kowtow to his big money donors. He’s our president in name only, in reality he’s nothing but fraud, undeserving of our trust, our respect or our support.

DOUCHE BAG ALEC BALDWIN GETS BOOTED OFF FLIGHT...

In what surely must have been one of those "I'd have loved to have been a fly on the wall" moments, loudmouth loser Alec Baldwin recently got his fat butt kicked off of an American Airlines flight in Los Angeles for thinking he was just a tab bit better than the rest of his fellow passengers. Supposedly he was just so wrapped up playing a game on his phone that he went well past the point when passengers are supposed to have turned off their electronic devices. Later, and in very typical Baldwin fashion, the overweight dweeb wrote on his Twitter account: "Flight attendant on American [Airlines] reamed me out 4 playing WORDS W FRIENDS while we sat at the gate, not moving." Pathetic malcontents, like Baldwin, think that rules are not meant to apply to them, they are above all that petty nonsense. Rules are just meant to be followed by the little people. Big shot movie stars are to be treated accordingly.

Baldwin was onboard American Airlines Flight 4, which was delayed an hour, when old Alec was asked to please remove himself from the aircraft for failing to listen to the flight attendant. Another passenger, some guy named Steve Weiss, who had the misfortune to be sitting across the isle from Baldwin, described the scene. "Apparently he said he was playing a game, but he was actually talking on the phone. She [the flight attendant] was very nice. The door was closed they just announced that they were pulling away from the gate. He got up threw his papers on the floor stormed into the bathroom slammed the door closed, beat on the wall and then came back." "He said 'If you want to kick me off, kick me off.' He was just crazy, he just flipped out, the guy has problems." That, Mr. Weiss, is the understatement of the millennium! Baldwin has somewhat of a long history of being somewhat psychotic.

A crew member who was the poor unfortunate soul forced to deal with our favorite Hollywood douche bag, said he couldn't stay on the flight. "He was violent, abusive and aggressive. He got into the bathroom and started beating on the wall and he pounded his fists on the galley counter. Yelling, screaming, very ugly. It was unsafe to keep him on board that's why he got kicked out." In other words he was demonstrating his typical juvenile behavior. The crew member did not want to give her name, but said she asked him five times to get off his phone. "He was asked five times. I contacted the captain. We were brought back in and he was let off the plane." No special treatment for Baldwin was given. "Everybody is the same. Everyone has to follow the rules, it doesn't matter who you are," the crew member said. Naturally, American Airlines declined to comment on the entire episode.
