MITCH MCCONNELL…LIAR, FRAUD AND SABOTEUR…

Let me start out by saying that no one bears more responsibility for the outcome of our most recent election night than our less than stellar ‘leader’ of the Senate Republicans, Mitch McConnell. He, and alone, is to be blamed despite his best efforts to blame others for this debacle. He was very successful in being able to avert what was supposed to have been a ‘red tsunami.’ And in so doing McConnell once again demonstrated, in rather spectacular fashion, that he is nothing more than a saboteur. He has long been one of the Democrats main players working on the inside, ready to do their bidding whenever it is that he might be called upon.

And as such he has forfeited any all claims for continuing in his current ‘leadership’ position. And, I might also add, it’s his rather uncomfortably close ties to the Chinese Communist Party that should also be a disqualifier for holding any type of leadership position in the U.S Senate. And if McConnell is allowed to maintain his current leadership position then I have no doubt that it will reduce further the confidence of those like me that the Republicans will prove to be any more aggressive than they’ve been in the past when it comes to working to place strict limits on the damage being done to this country by Joey and the Democrats.

Now not that I think it really matters to McConnell what the American people may think of him, but his favorability has hit a record low, according to Civiqs polling released Monday. Just 7 percent of voters view McConnell favorably, while 81 percent view him unfavorably. Among the Republican party, only 18 percent of Republicans approve of McConnell, and 61 percent disapprove. And it’s those numbers alone that should determine McConnell’s fate as leader of Senate Republicans. McConnell clearly prefers to have the Republicans in the minority, less work for him when it comes to governing and it also puts much more money in his pocket!

McConnell’s low favorability rating comes as he is seeking reelection Wednesday as the Republican Senate leader after potentially losing one more Senate seat than Republicans controlled before the 2022 election. If Republican Georgia Senate candidate Herschel Walker loses in the Georgia runoff, Democrats will gain a seat. But apparently McConnell is quite confident that he’ll be able weather any storm that follows because, at least for right now, no one has demonstrated the necessary balls to take him on. And has we all know it’s a lack of balls that has long been a problem with Republicans as they are always content to go along, to get along.

Under McConnell’s Senate leadership, the national debt has soared more than $20 Trillion, illegal immigration has continued to worsen, real wages for American workers have remained stagnant, Obamacare was enacted in 2010, big banks were bailed out in 2008, and social media companies have silenced individuals without repercussions. What a record of accomplishment and a reflection of his leadership skills. And think of how much more President Trump would have been able to accomplish if back-stabbing McConnell had been out of the picture, and how many more conservatives would have been nominated to the House and Senate.

As I said, McConnell really doesn't want a real change in power in Congress, the status quo suits him just fine. He is nothing but a sellout and he needs to go. And like I said McConnell could care less what the voters think, he’s not there for us, he’s there for himself. He’s never been on the side of the American people, he’s there to do the bidding of the political elites and the big money donors. McConnell needs to go and anyone that supports him needs to follow. Voters, at least Republican voters, have grown tired of the endless lip service and of the unwillingness of congressional Republicans to take a stand against what’s being done to this country.

McConnell got everything he wanted from the midterms, no “red wave,” and he remains subservient to Chuckie Schumer and in return Chuckie turns a blind eye to his all of his corruption. McConnell has simply chosen to ignore numerous Democrat efforts to cheat and to abuse power. The country is being burned down around us and the Republicans seem unwilling to lift a finger to stop it. For over 70 years, the Republicans Party has simply sat back and allowed the Democrats to walk all over them, the Constitution, and the citizens of this nation. The time has come for the Republicans to have a real leader and not one who only yields to the Democrats.

And frankly, I find it to be rather astonishing that McConnell, the guy who denied tens of millions of dollars in PAC financial support to those he didn’t like, will likely be reelected to a leadership position, in the Senate MINORITY that he all but engineered. The fact that any Republicans in the Senate are even considering retaining McConnell as leader exemplifies their incompetence and misunderstanding of the American people. The problem that we continue to have is that there are still too many RINOs in both the Senate and the House. The priority must be one of getting rid of them. These turncoats need to be purged with McConnell being the first to go.

SENATE REPUBLICANS, LONG OVERDUE FOR A CHANGE OF LEADERSHIP…

Common sense tells us all, at least those of us blessed with any amount of common sense, that once something, or someone, has outlived it’s, or their, usefulness the time as come to simply get rid of it, or of them. Which, of course, brings me to Mitch McConnell, a guy who long ago outlived his usefulness, if in fact he was ever actually useful to begin with. But that hasn’t prevented McConnell from making it clear that he intends to again run to keep his current leadership position in the Senate. Sadly, I cannot remember a time when I was actually glad that Mitch was our guy in the Senate. But I have no doubt that the Democrats were certainly glad that he was.

McConnell has braced himself against those ‘America First’ Republicans who oppose renewing his Senate leadership position after the 2022 midterms. While at least two Republican Senate candidates have publicly stated they will oppose McConnell’s leadership bid in the new Congress, McConnell told CNN, on Tuesday, that he will wait to “see what happens” after the midterms before crowning himself leader. If he is selected to lead the Senate Republicans in 2023, he would go down in history as the longest-serving Senate party leader. But opposition has now mounted against McConnell from ‘America First’ Senate candidates in both Missouri and Alaska.

Missouri candidate Eric Greitens and Trump-backed Alaskan candidate Kelly Tshibaka have now both declared that they would not support McConnell for Republican leader if they win in November. Though McConnell has not yet actively fought Greitens with his PAC money, he was vocal about his support for Tshibaka’s opponent, RINO Lisa Murkowski. She, you’ll remember, voted to impeach President Trump and enabled ‘Creepy Joe’s radical agenda multiple times with McConnell in 2021. And he bragged to CNN about supporting Murkowski saying, “We’re going to be all in Alaska helping Lisa, and that’s one place where the former President and I have a disagreement."

McConnell added, “All I’ll say about Missouri at this point is we’re keeping our eye on it. Missouri is potentially challenging depending on the outcome in the primary.” Not many ‘America First’ Senate candidates have said outright that they’d vote against McConnell, perhaps hoping to avoid McConnell’s PAC opposition in a Republican primary. But other Republicans have voiced frustration that during McConnell’s tenure, the nation has not fared all that well. Throughout McConnell’s ‘leadership,’ the national debt has ballooned by $20 billion, illegal immigration has continued, real wages for American workers remained stagnant and Obamacare was enacted in 2010.

And it was also during the tenure of our limp-wristed RINO, McConnell, that big banks were bailed out in 2008, social media companies have worked to silence individuals without fear of repercussions and Tony Fauci has yet to be held accountable for lying twice to Congress. It was a December poll that revealed McConnell’s approval rating among Republicans was 41 percent, while President Trump’s, the leader of the ‘America First’ movement, was more than double that at 83 percent. Overall, McConnell’s interview with CNN conveyed he does not oppose ‘America First’ candidates in Nevada and Georgia. But you can’t believe him, he lies like a Democrat.

McConnell’s jelly spine and desire for Communist Chinese cash are the reason we are where we are in this country; and why it is that we never get the pro-America change we demand whenever we hand Republicans control of Congress. There’s simply too many RINOs! IF the Republicans are able to recapture control of the Senate, they’re going to need an entirely new leadership team in the Senate comprised of genuine conservatives. We need conservative fighters, those who will call this criminal cabal in our White House in front of Congress for continuous criminal investigations for the remainder of this the single most fraudulent *presidency in our nation’s history.

McConnell is way too cozy with the Democrats, always willing to lend them a hand whenever needed allowing them the ability to move their anti-America agenda forward while hanging conservatives out to dry. Say what you will about ‘Dingy Harry’ Reid but he was a guy who acted in the best interests of his party, even though it meant acting against the best interests of the American people. Mitch is a feckless traitor who would not have won re-election without President Trump’s endorsement, yet he once again betrays him by supporting the RINO Murkowski. Mitch needs to go, it’s just that simple. He is no longer connected to the base of the Republican Party.

McConnell has long been out of touch with conservatives in this country and with the Constitution. And yet he continually gets returned to his leadership position by those who know better, but who are out for themselves. He continually undercut President Trump because President Trump showed the nation what a miserable bunch of lazy good for nothings our congressional Republicans truly are. President Trump did more for the country, in his first three years in office, than our cadre of RINOs, led by McConnell, had done in decades. He showed them up, as the good for nothings that they truly were, are and will always be if we don’t get rid of them.

And now it’s not until McConnell is removed from his leadership role in the Senate and McCarthy is removed from his in the House with both being replaced by REAL conservatives, will we have a chance to rebuild our once great nation. President Trump made some mistakes but, in my opinion, not demanding a change in leadership in Congress when first elected was his biggest and most damaging. Both McConnell and Ryan should have been sent to the bleachers. Both were corrupt, immoral career politicians who did everything in their power to thwart President Trump and his policies. McConnell may have an ‘R’ after his name but he’s no better than Pelosi.

With all of the positive things that the Republicans we can run on, McConnell chooses not to articulate any of them. McConnell has never embraced the ‘America First’ agenda, and during President Trump term did nothing but to assist the Democrats in setting up roadblocks to it. He never supported the plan to America being energy independent. He stands only for the status quo! He’s simply another of those ‘Republicans’ who claim to be a conservative while working on the inside for the Democrats. Mitch is a RINO, which makes him worse than a Democrat! We know Democrats lie, but we expect the truth from those claiming to be on our side.

True Americans/Conservatives have had enough of McConnell and his backstabbing. We deserve a much better ‘leader.’ If he is able to remain majority/minority leader of the Senate, it will tell us much about those who chose to keep him there and will be nothing more than one more nail in the coffin of the party. We’ve had quite enough of those Republicans in the Senate who are nothing more than worthless globalist/big government RINOs only pretending to be Conservatives in order to keep their jobs and increase their own wealth. Trump or no Trump, this party is dead with McConnell in ANY leadership capacity. The purge must start with the RINOs first.

MITCH MCCONNELL: FRAUD, LIAR, TRAITOR, SABOTEUR, RINO…

At least for me the most worthless individual in all of Congress would be none other than Mitch McConnell. But that’s not to say that there are not others vying for that title. And he proves as much in his own words. He’s a man who has been bought and paid for by the Chinese Communist Party and as such is traitor to his own country. He doesn’t even try to hide the fact that he favors bankrupting America! You see, it was McConnell who said on Monday how “delighted” he was to hear Congress passed the $1.2 Trillion ‘bipartisan’ infrastructure bill, granting *president ‘Creepy Joe’ a significant legislative victory.

It was during an event in home state of Kentucky that McConnell said, “I was delighted to hear that the House finally found a way to pass the infrastructure bill last week.” McConnell, you may recall, was also one of the 19 Senate RINOs to vote for the bill so of course he’s happy. Why shouldn’t he be, the U.S. becomes more dependent on Communist China and he gets to further enrich himself at our expense. In any other times McConnell, and his kind would be considered traitors. McConnell noted Kentucky will receive roughly $4.6 Billion in infrastructure funding from this ‘bipartisan’ bill, the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.

As you’ve probably heard, ‘Nasty Nancy’ Pelosi was able to get the bill passed Friday night after 13 House RINOs chose to abandon the American people and handed to the Democrats the votes necessary to allow this disaster to get to the desk of ‘Creepy Joe.’ There’s no real reason to list the names of those traitors here since they’re easy enough to find. And thanks to these RINOs the Democrats had enough votes for the bill to pass and to give members of the progressive “Squad” enough space not to vote for the bill. And remember, it was 19 RINOs in the Senate, including McConnell himself, who also voted for this bill.

What makes these RINOs so insidious is the fact that at least the Democrats are upfront about who and what they are. And these RINOs are not. McConnell seems quite comfortable NOT to be in power and he’ll gladly pass a poisonous bill to ensure we never again are made to suffer a SANE nationalist, populist leader like the evil Donald Trump. McConnell never got this excited about passing any of President Trump’s legislation. In fact, more often than not he worked with the Democrats to establish all manner of roadblocks to the agenda that got Donald Trump elected. Republicans are pros at snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.

And I find it more than a little amazing that at some point over the last several decades not once were the people of Kentucky able to locate a suitable Republican that they could win with, other than McConnell. And to be honest, the sooner McConnell meets up with ‘The Maverick’ the better off America will be. McConnell has always been a bottom feeder. He has busy betraying America for over four decades. Personally, I'm ‘delighted’ that McConnell is almost 80 years old and, God willing, will no longer be in the Senate after his current term expires. I am, however, not delighted that he was just re-elected in 2020.

And how is it that Republicans always end up with these RINOs in leadership positions. Losers like Boehner, Ryan, Frist and McConnell? Pelosi and Schumer are pure evil and do hate this country, but they never give the finger to their own party as these RINOs so often do. As usual RINOs are the worst traitors, hiding in plain sight. But it’s those who continue to select this guy as their leader who are essentially accomplices in everything that McConnell does. They, and they alone, can remove him from his leadership position, any yet they do not. They are nothing less than enablers who allow him to put personal profit above the country.

McConnell was the obedient minority leader for years. Discreet, but still a player. He makes lots of promises about defending America and wanting to make Americans more prosperous. But rarely does he ever keep those promises. He should be telling the TRUTH about America’s energy situation. If he were truly working for what’s best for America, he would be. But the Congress is on its own side, protecting its power while abdicating its responsibilities. What is the last law passed that actually benefitted the American People? And ask yourself, when was the last time it was said of Congress that it’s members actually did the people’s business?

And does it really matter whether or not Republicans win in 2022? If Republicans want to seen as being serious about pushing back against the Democrats, then it’s both McConnell and McCarthy who have got to go. They need to stop merely telling us what we want to hear to gain our votes before then trotting their happy assess off to Washington and do whatever it is they please. That vicious little cycle must be brought to an end in 2022. The claim that any Republican is always better than any Democrat is what landed us here. I for one refuse to continue to give these RINOs legitimacy by choosing to no longer vote for them.

Our current Republican ‘leadership’ is comprised of elitist Establishment RINOs. It’s the job of McConnell and McCarthy, to lead in the direction that is best for America! IF the Republicans do take back the Senate in 2022, the first order of business must be to dispose of McConnell. As well, should Republicans take back the House, it’s McCarthy who needs to be replaced with an ‘America First’ supporter. McConnell did much to sabotage the Trump agenda when the Republicans controlled the House, Senate and the White House. It’s past time for these RINOs to be removed from leadership positions as they remain so out of touch with real Americans.

It’s just all business as usual for the RINO crowd as this sock puppet administration flagrantly flouts the law, the Constitution and ignores oaths of office in order to invite and facilitate the invasion of America. Those who comprise our cadre of RINOs want only to throw up their hands and say, “But what can we do?” Here's what they can to! They can resist, obstruct and throw sand in the gears of everything that’s now being attempted. Except of course, RINOs want open borders as well. They just want to complain about it without lifting a finger. So, it’s kumbaya and patty cake from the RINO crowd as America is overrun in plain sight.

Clearly, McConnell doesn’t understand, or simply refuses to admit, exactly what it was that just happened! RINOs just chose to side with the Democrats to further bury our country under an ever-increasing mountain of debt. And yet this jackass claims to be delighted about it? I guess I didn’t realize that bankrupting the country was something to be considered delightful? This clueless toad needs to be GONE! And why is it that no one is doing a story about how much Mitch has made from his wife’s Chinese connections? But President Trump was colluding with Russia, not China, because that was turf reserved for McConnell and ‘Creepy Joe!'

I think it fair to say that McConnell has now used up whatever good will it was that he might have been owed for his successful management of President Trump’s judicial appointments and keeping that Merrick Garland off the Supreme Court. Now he’s ignoring the grass-roots message of Tuesday’s elections as much as is any Democrat, probably because it reminds him of the Tea Party he backstabbed. He professes himself to be “delighted” at saving ‘Creepy Joe’s disastrous, sham presidency and giving his own full approval to this latest RINO betrayal instead of instilling some basic party discipline ahead of the 2022 mid-terms.

McConnell, like ‘Creepy Joe’ and so many others, is nothing but a professional politician. Were he not a politician, I doubt very seriously that he could perform any job that would bring the amount of wealth that being a politician has. The regime of ‘Creepy Joe’ only exists because our nutless RINOs keep bailing out the Democrats. Our future as a free and sovereign nation is very much in danger. The Democrats have been allowed to make great strides in their effort to destroy America because there has been little or no resistance from Republicans. If America is to be saved the American people will have to matters into their own hands.

MITCH MCCONNELL, WHAT IF THE SHOE WAS ON THE OTHER FOOT???

So riddle me this: Suppose I was to go out and hire myself a group of women, actors if you will, whose only job would be to make all manner of purposely scurrilous accusations of inappropriate behavior by Mitch McConnell.  Now keep in mind that the type of behavior that these women would be describing, and in graphic detail, never actually took place, but they would be paid to say that it did.  Would, I wonder, Mitch McConnell resign from his powerful position in Congress, or would he be determined to fight the accusations because he KNEW that they were false.

But lucky for old Mitch, that’s not a scenario that he is presently being forced to contend with.  But it’s one that has far too many similarities to the one Judge Roy Moore, the Republican candidate running to the Senate seat in Alabama left vacant by Jeff Sessions, is now being made to deal with.  Judge Moore is running to fill the seat vacated by Sessions, a man who many on the left accused of being a racist, when Sessions was selected by President Trump to be Attorney General.  So apparently the kinds of tactics now being employed against Moore have become routine?

Anyway, it was RINO Mitch McConnell who said as recently as this past Monday that he believes all of these women who claim Roy Moore dated them when they were minors, adding that the Alabama Republican Senate candidate should step aside.  Well of course McConnell wants the Judge to step aside.  And have you seen the list of others now coming out to call for the Judge to take himself out of the race?  It’s a regular rogue’s gallery, a who’s who, of the RINO ‘Establishment.  If that doesn’t tell you how this entire scenario is an attempt to rig yet another election, nothing will.

As you know, it was that leftist rag The Washington Post, owned by leftist billionaire Jeff Bezos, that first broke this big story about how Judge Moore pursued four, now five, women when they were teenagers.  But I find it all a bit odd that as this attempt to remove the Judge from what is truly a very crucial election continues, it’s each time that the good people of Alabama refuse to take the bait, that yet another woman somehow miraculously appears.  How is it that any reasonably intelligent person cannot smell a rat when it comes to this clearly manufactured scandal?

Alabama law would not allow the Republican Party to have a new candidate on the ballot should Moore decide to step aside.  And thus far Judge Moore has made it very clear that he intends to stay in the race.  Also, it was in response to McConnell’s recent comments that the judge Tweeted, “The person who should step aside is [Senate Majority Leader] Mitch McConnell. He has failed conservatives and must be replaced.”  Moore, you’ll recall defeated incumbent Luther Strange in the Republican primary.  And it was Strange who was heavily supported by McConnell.

And it was also McConnell who warned in early October about supporting anti-establishment candidates.  Because according to McConnell, “You have to nominate people who can actually win because winners make policy and losers go home.”  Interesting philosophy that McConnell has.  Because for the most part, all that I’ve seen winners do, at least those on the Republican side, is nothing more than to repeatedly stab my president in the back.  And isn’t it strange how it was right after McConnell made his comments, that the Washington Post report broke.

Now I’m not saying that one thing necessarily has anything to do with the other, but the timing of these events has to be considered at least a little suspicious.  And at the risk of sounding naïve to some, I suppose, it’s been since this story first broke that I continue to give no credence.  And I have come to believe it even less with the appearance on the scene of that well-known media whore, Gloria Allred.  This crazy bitch would mow over even Jesse Jackson in her effort to get her ugly mug in front of a television camera.  This is obviously a politically motivated smear.

And you can call me a conspiracy nut if you choose, but I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised to find out that McConnell is working with the Washington Post to ensure that Moore is made to simply go away.  And McConnell believes that the best way, the only way, for him to prevent Judge Moore from being elected is to do all that he can to suppress the Evangelical vote in Alabama.  And what better way to that than with a sleazy sex scandal?  It’s all rather disappointing that we have members of our own team more determined to attack one of their own, than the Democrats.

And finally, it’s at the end of the day that I hope that there are still in Alabama enough people willing to step up and send to the same band of ‘Establishment’ RINOs that McConnell has continued to lead in opposition to our president, a very clear and very loud message by choosing to elect Judge Moore as their Senator.  I cannot think of a better message that could be sent to those willing to employ such tactics as those being employed against Judge Moore.  ‘The Swamp’ needs to know that it is still the people of Alabama who will determine their Senator, not the DC swamp!

MITCH MCCONNELL, PROOF THAT ONE CAN LIVE WITHOUT A SPINE…

Can we all please come to agreement on the fact that Mitch McConnell is little more than a nutless wonder?  After all, which party is it that now has a majority in both the House and Senate?  Well, if you go by the numbers it’s the Republican Party.  And whose leaders are now acting like a couple of limp-wristed, pansy-assed, pussies?  Sadly that too would be the Republican Party, that same party which holds a majority in both houses of Congress.  But besides being a nutless wonder, McConnell is, and always has been, a NeverTrumper who has become quite comfortable there in the same ‘Swamp’ that Trump promised us that he would drain.

As proof of what I say I point to how McConnell has once again folded like a cheap suit, giving into demands coming from Democrats and the state-controlled media for a Special Counsel.  Despite, at least from what I’ve read, the fact that most of the emails released by WikiLeaks came from within the DNC.  From the same poor schmuck who died under rather curious circumstances.  Supposedly the FBI has some 44,000 emails that this guy sent to WikiLeaks, so was he too working for Vlad?  So this is all nothing more than smoke and mirrors with old Mitch only too happy to play a part as long as there’s a possibility of damaging President Trump.

And let’s face it, the Democrats have been talking about impeaching Donald Trump since before he even took office.  And it was within days after the election that the state-controlled media had taken up the refrain and it has been in the past several days that both the Washington Post and New York Times have both claimed to have “scoops” regarding the most recent topic du jour, the Comey firing.  But neither showed Trump as having done anything illegal nor was grounds for impeachment.  And now the RINOs are beginning to chime in. And they are not just attacking Trump, but also his supporters. And that they may come to regret.

And make no mistake here, Trump voters fully understand what’s really going on here.  Trump declared he would “drain the swamp” and now it’s the swamp that is fighting back.  There is NO substance to the claims against him. There is NO evidence Trump colluded with Russia. There is NO evidence he compromised national security in sharing terror intelligence with Russia as, wait for it, Obummer had done.  And the idea that he obstructed justice in talking with James Comey is demonstrably untrue.  When Trump claims, as he did on Wednesday, that no politician “has been treated worse or more unfairly,” he is absolutely correct.

Look, the state-controlled media, aka the propaganda arm of the Democrat Party, is furious that Trump one, won the election, and two calls them out as being ‘fake news.’  So as a form of retaliation, shall we say, they have set out to do anything and everything they can to make sure that he would be unable to enjoy any semblance of a “honeymoon” in office.  And Democrats have continued to treat Trump as if he had executed a coup instead of winning an election, having now gone so far as to dub themselves the “Resistance” and in so doing have set about to obstruct every Trump nominee, every bill, and every policy decision.

Now to be honest Obummer complained about Republican “obstruction,” too.  But while their opposition hardened in response to the very bogus $862 Billion ‘stimulus’ bill and Obamacare, the Republicans gave him a chance to govern.   And Republicans approved most of Obummer’s Cabinet appointees pretty quickly. They told voters “elections have consequences,” and joined Democrats to confirm his early Supreme Court nominees. They never spoke of impeachment, though he had, arguably, earned it and on more than one occasion.  Trump has never been given the same chance, or for that matter any chance, to carry out his agenda.

And for months now, Trump’s supporters have watched as the state-controlled media fawned over the hysterical opposition, praising the “pussyhat” protesters and downplaying the extremists within their ranks.  But still, Trump’s supporters have not abandoned him because he has not abandoned them.  They are patient and they are very well aware of what it is that he is up against.  Their only worry is that he may choose to compromise in order to save himself.  And hopefully it is now beginning to slowly dawn on Trump that no amount of compromise will ever satisfy his critics, on either side of the political aisle.

Meanwhile, the Democrats have now succeeded in burning nearly every bridge back to political reality and civility.  But that seems to have had little effect on their twisted insistance in going down the path that they have now chosen for themselves.  And the NeverTrump faction, shamed into silence by the election results and by Trump’s nomination of Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch, have now re-emerged behind the shield of the ‘mainstream’ media to taunt him.  And politicians who once courted his favor now stumble over one another in their rush to the cameras to condemn him, thinking that by doing so they are somehow saving themselves.

But Trump’s voters understand this is not an attack on Trump alone. They know to be true what White House adviser Steve Bannon told CPAC back in February: “If you think they’re going to give you your country back without a fight, you are sadly mistaken. Every day it is going to be a fight.”  And by spoiling for that fight, the Washington establishment is, foolishly, giving frustrated Trump supporters a new reason to go to the polls in the 2018 midterm elections.  And it’s in so doing that I hope millions will go out on Election Day and view themselves as being on a mission, a mission to get rid of every single scumbag Democrat and every RINO they can!

The Washington ‘Establishment’, that cesspool of corruption and dishonesty, whose membership consists of those from both sides of the aisle and who firmly believes that it is their right to rule the common folk.  But the only argument for having an elite in the first place is that it will not be swayed by the momentary passions of the mob.  Instead, the ‘Establishment’ has imposed a virtual state of emergency, one that threatens the very institutions that they, ‘The Establishment’ claims to be defending.  Case in point: James Comey, for all his protests about the “integrity” of the FBI, continues to use it as a political weapon.

Those, like myself, who decided to cast their votes for Mr. Trump last fall, against the advice of their “betters,” did not do so only to see their hard fought victory snatched away by a radicalized Democrat Party together with a contemptuous state-controlled media and the bunch of sore losers that comprise the NeverTrumpers.  Until now, while his supporters might have once been tempted to punish President Trump’s slow progress on some issues by staying home from the polls, it’s all of this groundless talk of “impeachment” that will be what will motivate them once again come 2018, when they will come out again, fighting for the survival of their country.

And while the RINOs, Democrats, and the majority of those in our state-controlled media are now gunning for Mr. Trump after his firing of James Comey, and the subsequent leaks from Comey associates portraying alleged conversations between the two, there are more than a few legal experts who are quite skeptical when it comes to there being a case that can be made for a charge of “obstruction of justice.”  Professor emeritus at Harvard Law School Alan Dershowitz, a guy who is himself a flaming liberal, writes in the New York Daily News that “on balance, the obstruction case against President Trump is not strong, as a matter of law.”

And it is in the New York Times that author and professor of constitutional law at Florida International University College of Law Elizabeth Price Foley makes the point that President Trump’s alleged statements to Comey do not constitute an obstruction of justice.  She says, “Indeed, if they did, virtually every communication between criminal defense lawyers and investigators would be a crime.”  And she goes on to write:

“It’s Section 1510 of Title 18 of the United States Code that addresses obstruction of criminal investigations. It is a narrow statute, criminalizing only willful acts “by means of bribery” that have the effect of obstructing the communication of information about crimes to federal investigators. Even assuming Mr. Comey’s memo is accurate, there is no indication that President Trump willfully attempted to bribe the F.B.I. director. As the Supreme Court stated in United States v. Sun-Diamond Growers of California, “for bribery there must be a quid pro quo — a specific intent to give or receive something of value in exchange for an official act.”

There is no evidence of a quid pro quo. Even assuming, for the sake of argument, that Mr. Trump intended an implied offer of continued employment in exchange for Mr. Comey’s dismissal of the Flynn investigation, it would be implausible for Mr. Comey to construe it as such.  Mr. Comey was aware that he was an at-will employee who could be fired by the president at any time, for any reason.  Indeed, when Obummer endorsed Hitlery for president in June 2016, during the height of the FBI’s investigation into her private email server, it would have been similarly implausible for Mr. Comey to construe Obummer’s pro-Hitlery remarks as an implicit offer of continued employment, in exchange for dropping the Clinton investigation. Even though Mr. Comey dropped the investigation one month later, he presumably knew that although it would please both Mr. Obama and Mrs. Clinton, it would not insulate him from being fired.

But even if one adopted an unprecedentedly broad conception of bribery, Mr. Trump’s purported statement still would not violate Section 1510. The statute is designed to preserve the free flow of information, prohibiting only acts that obstruct investigators’ access to information. Bribery of a potential witness, for example, is behavior prohibited by Section 1510. But telling the F.B.I. director that someone is a “good guy” and expressing the hope that an investigation will cease does not obstruct the free flow of information.”

As a hard working family man and a guy who just wants to live his life, I will tell you that if they attempt to impeach Trump over this type of bullshit that has no basis in fact, they had better be ready to face the consequences.  I will be happy to join the "Real Resistance", those who love America and are against the globalists and those who are working diligently in their effort to sabotage our duly elected president.  They are trashing the Constitution and our institutions.  Our country will literally be "over" if that happens.  If that happens it will be up to those Patriots who remain to stand up and take it back, no matter what the cost.

But even with all that being said, things are not always what they appear to be.  While those of us who still support the president may be angry about the continuing attacks, I firmly believe that when all is said and done the outcome will be the complete exoneration of the president.  And while these continuing attacks may come to serve the very useful purpose of drawing out the Republican snakes from the tall grass and exposing the media and the Democrat Party as being evil and corrupt, what is most concerning to me is that these attacks accomplish exactly what the Democrats are wanting, the slowing of the Trump agenda to a crawl.

This continuing saga being perpetuated by the Democrat Party, any number of RINOs as well as an undetermined number of those in our state-controlled media proves nothing if not the fact that ‘The Swamp’ does not WANT to be drained and will not go willingly nor without a fight.  And, of course, there is nothing that those who are hip deep in the ‘Swamp’ will not say or do in their effort to make the point that there really is no need to drain the swamp.  But I would like to take the opportunity to thank the "impeach Trump" Republicans for marking themselves for us.  Now we know exactly who needs to face primary challenges next year.

LET THE CAVING BEGIN!!!

As to be expected it would seem that the caving on the part of our beloved Senate Republicans has already begun with some Republican insiders already choosing to distance themselves from what has been described as the unyielding stance taken by Republican leaders who refuse to consider any nominee Barry “Almighty” may offer up to fill the seat left vacant by the recent death of conservative Justice Antonin Scalia.

While no prominent Republican has yet suggested they would actually vote to approve any nominee put forward by Barry, I think we can all safely agree that it’s likely to be only a matter of time before such suggestions begin to be heard.  These ‘prominent’ Republicans are, however, already said to be questioning Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell's apparent tactic of preemptively refusing to hold confirmation hearings.

Shortly after the news of Scalia's death broke it was McConnell who said, "The American people should have a voice in the selection of their next Supreme Court justice. Therefore, this vacancy should not be filled until we have a new president."  But I’m assuming that since he made that statement our spineless majority leader is now having some second thoughts.  No surprise there!  I’m sure it won’t be long before he’s begins singing a very different tune!

Bradley A. Blakeman, someone identified as being a Republican strategist and senior staffer to former President George W. Bush, has said, "What I'm hearing is, all the sudden, the backtracking on this line in the sand that whoever the president puts up is dead on arrival. They've come way off that." He added, "That was a huge mistake, because you never ask someone to do what you wouldn't do yourself."  I would argue that the mistake is to have already begun backtracking.

If the roles were reversed, he said, Republicans would insist that a nominee put forth by a Republican president in their final year in office should get the constitutionally mandated review.  Yup, that they would be, and ‘Dingy Harry’ Reid, with Chuckie Schumer standing right next to him, would very loudly say, “Not only NO, but FUCK NO!”  And those on our team would simply scurry off to the nearest corner and not bring it up again.

Since McConnell's statement, several Republican senators have stepped forward to support the preemptive rejection of any Barry nominee.  But on Tuesday it was Iowa GOP Sen. Chuck Grassley, the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, who left open the possibility that hearings would be held on any nominee that Barry would put forward.  Grassley is yet another limp-wristed dildo that should have been sent packing years ago!

And on Wednesday, it was GOP Sen. Orrin Hatch who said that while Grassley is free to hold hearings if he wants, doing so would be "foolish."  Hatch went on to say, "The decision has been pretty well made that in order to protect the integrity of the court during this very, very political time and such a big political brouhaha … let's put it off until next year.  Then whoever is president, whether it's Democrat or a Republican, will have a right to nominate whoever they want."

Also on Wednesday, GOP Sen. Dean Heller issued a statement urging Barry to "use this opportunity to put the will of the people ahead of advancing a liberal agenda on the nation's highest court."  Why is it that those on our side always seem to reside anywhere but in the real world?  This guy is a complete moron if he fails to understand that Barry is a rabid ideologue who doesn’t give a squat about the will of the people!

By encouraging Barry to nominate a justice who might be acceptable to Senate Republicans, Heller appeared to be distancing himself from McConnell's hardline stance against any consideration.  And, again, it was Blakeman who said the growing consensus is that it would be difficult for the Senate to refuse to fulfill its constitutionally mandated "advise and consent" role, especially given Scalia's status as a strict constructionist.

Blakeman said, "Do what the Constitution requires you to do."  And then added, "The president is required to put up a nominee. The Senate is required to advise and consent. So that's what you do."  Blakeman did not suggest any nomination that Barry might make would be likely to pass muster in the waning months of his presidency, but rather that attempting to ignore or summarily reject it would be counterproductive.  But I disagree!

And it was Blakeman who went on to say, "This is exactly what the American people are sick and tired of," he said. "This petty politics that, ‘You did this to me 10 years ago, so I'm doing it to you now.' …They're fed up to their eyeballs with entrenched politics, and that goes for both sides of the aisle."  Actually what I’m fed up with is the ease with which those on my side seem to be so willing to constantly be the ones made to bend over and spread ‘em!

Democrats have already signaled their rhetorical line of attack against a GOP refusal to hold confirmation hearings. They are positioning it as an echo of the unpopular 2013 government shutdown over funding that caused 800,000 federal workers to be furloughed. And the Democrat minions in the state-controlled media have also begun to chime on the side of their Democrat masters with some already characterizing McConnell's proposal as "a government shutdown of the U.S. Supreme Court."

And it’s the partisan hack Chuckie Schumer who has been predicting, practically since the day after the death of Scalia was announced, that the political pressure bought about in an election year will force Republicans "to back off this extreme, partisan stance."  Schumer in recent days has been busy trying to ‘clarify’ his 2007 statement advocating a blanket opposition to confirmation of any George W. Bush appointee to the High Court.

And on Wednesday, White House spokesmoron Josh Earnest addressed Barry's own attempted 2006 filibuster of the nomination of Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito.  Earnest said, "This is an approach the president regrets.”  He added then-Sen. Barry “Almighty” and his fellow Democrats should have instead made "a public case" against the nomination.   Earnest went on to claim, "They shouldn't have looked for a way to just throw sand in the gears of the process."

I’m sure you’ll forgive me if I throw the bullshit flag on that one.  It’s only because the shoe is now on the other foot that Barry chooses to supposedly ‘regret’ his blatant partisan political act!  It’s always different when they are in charge.  Democrats always seem to have their own set of rules by which only they are allowed to play.  Because whenever others try to play by those rules it’s always the Democrats, with their steadfast stooges in the state-controlled media who start screaming.

At the end of the day, how it is that the Senate Republicans choose to react to this latest challenge will foretell the future of the Republican Party.  It was in 2010 that we gave Republicans control of the House, and in 2012, despite numerous disappointments, we allowed them to keep it as we did again in 2014.  And it was in 2014, after mistakenly believing all of the promises that were made, we gave them control of the Senate.  And what do we have to show for it?

And I would argue that what has transpired over the course of last 5 years, is not much different than what would have taken place had we had ‘Dingy Harry’ Reid and Nancy Pelosi in charge over that very same period of time.  We are still spending more than we are taking in, we still have Obamacare, we still have illegal immigrants flooding into the country and we still have far too few Americans able to find work.  So what good have our Republican majorities really done?

SO, WHO IS IT THAT’S REALLY RUNNING THE SENATE???

Does anyone other than myself remember all that wonderful sounding rhetoric that we heard from, and all of the promises made by, so many Republicans in the run up to the last election?  Was I just imagining it all, or did they promise that they would work very hard to stop the Obama nightmare if only we would hand to them complete control of Congress?  And we bought it all, hook, line and sinker, as we all marched off to the polls, and very dutifully so, and, for the most part, voted for Republicans.  And what, so far, have we gotten in return?  Absolutely nothing!

And if you haven’t figured things out for yourself, I hate to be the one to have to tell ya, except for the number of players on each team, not much else has changed when it comes to what’s coming out, and not coming out, of the U.S. Congress.  Because, or so it would seem, Senate Democrats still remain pretty much on control of the legislative agenda in Congress, election results from last November notwithstanding.  And how is it that I can say that?  Well, because that’s what an analysis of all the votes taken since RINO Mitch McConnell took over as Majority Leader shows.

Apparently, with only two very minor exceptions, every single vote that has passed the U.S. Senate since the beginning of this Congress in January, has passed with at least, and usually more than, 93 percent of support from Democrats.  So what’s that’s tell ya?  What it tells me is that the legislation being voted on must be pretty much to their liking.  So I have a little warning for the Republicans, including those running for president in 2016.  The fact that we were so blatantly lied to leading up to the last election does not bode well for them in the next election.

And what we’re now hear coming out of ‘Dingy Harry’s’ office should come as a surprise to absolutely no one.  Because it was ‘Dingy’s’ spokesmoron, some boob by the name of Adam Jentleson, who said, “While Republicans have done nothing to create jobs and help the middle class, on other topics like passing clean funding for Homeland Security and confirming Loretta Lynch, Senator McConnell has done the right thing by bringing bills and nominations to the floor that Democrats can support.”  He then added, “Democrats hope this trend will continue.”

Since January, according to the U.S. Senate vote count website, 10 of Barry’s nominations have been confirmed.  And each one of those nominations has seen unanimous support from the Democrats who voted and with varying levels of Republican support.  So it would seem to me that, to use Rand Paul’s terminology, we have far more than just two lap dogs in the Senate.  And lap does are not what’s needed if we are to have any hope of saving our country.  What we need are a lot more junkyard dogs willing to take Barry and the Democrats.

Now it was seven of those ten nominations that passed the Senate unanimously.  Now what that means is that every single senator, both Republican and Democrat, who voted on those nominations voted in favor of confirmation.  Not one Republican voice any measureable opposition, not one.  And those nominations were:

George C. Hanks, Jr., to be a U.S. district Judge for the Southern District of Texas
Alfred H. Bennett to be a U.S. district Judge for the Southern District of Texas
William P. Doyle to be a Federal Maritime Commissioner
Carlos A. Monje, Jr., to be Assistant Transportation Secretary
Christopher A. Hart to be National Transportation Safety Board chairman
Daniel Henry Marti to be Intellectual Property Enforcement Coordinator
Michael P. Botticelli to be Director of National Drug Control Policy

For another one of those nominations, Russell C. Deyo to be Under Secretary for Management for the Department of Homeland Security, only two Republicans voted against confirmation.  And on Ash Carter’s nomination to be Secretary of Defense, just five Republicans voted no.  And on the nomination of Loretta Lynch to be Attorney General, all Democrats voted in favor joined by 10 RINOs. And those RINOs were: McConnell and Sens. Kelly Ayotte, Thad Cochran, Susan Collins, Jeff Flake, Lindsey Graham, Orrin Hatch, Ron Johnson, Mark Kirk, and Rob Portman.

McConnell broke a pre-election promise, and in near record time, that no attorney general nominee would be considered in ‘his’ Senate if that nominee supported Barry “Almighty’s” executive amnesty, something that Lynch has testified that she fully supports.  In addition to those nominations that all passed with unanimous support from ‘Dingy Harry’s’ Democrat conference in 2015, there have been eight pieces of legislation that passed the U.S. Senate so far this Congress, each passing with near unanimous Democrat Party support.  So what has changed since November?

The first bill to pass in 2015, the Terrorism Risk Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2015, passed the U.S. Senate 93-4. Sens.  There were the only 3 Democrats to vote against it. The only other vote against it came from Sen. Marco Rubio. Since two of the three senators not voting were Democrats, Sens. Barbara Boxer (D-CA) and Reid himself, that means that 41 Democrats voted for it. This was the worst vote for Democrats all Congress, with a whopping 93 percent of their conference that voted on the bill voting for it and just 7 percent voting against it.

Of the other seven pieces of legislation that passed the U.S. Senate so far this Congress, three—a Veterans Affairs bill dealing with mental health of veterans, an anti-child pornography bill, and the recent anti-human trafficking bill passed unanimously with no opposition from Republicans or Democrats.  A fourth, the so-called “doc fix” which raised the national debt by nearly $200 Billion without offsetting cuts to pay doctors who accept Medicare more, passed with unanimous Democrat support and only eight Republicans voting against it.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) bill that funds Barry’s executive amnesty, despite the many pre-election promises that we heard from nearly every Republicans running that they would do no such thing, was passed thanks to Democrat support, no Democrats vote against it.  Only Republicans, and then only 31 of them, opposed the measure to fund Barry’s amnesty.  RINO McConnell got it passed with a coalition of 45 Democrats and 23 of his RINO Republican friends.  So I ask you again, what is it that has changed since before the last election?

There are only two measures, both bills, which passed the U.S. Senate in this Congress that did not have the at least 93 percent, but usually unanimous support, from Democrats.  One was a bill the purpose of which was to block Barry’s National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) ambush elections rule and the other was a bill that would have approved the Keystone XL pipeline. The NLRB vote passed on purely partisan lines, with 53 Republicans voting for it with Sen. Lisa Murkowski, Republican from Alaska, actually joining all 45 Democrats voting to oppose it.

Meanwhile, the Keystone pipeline bill saw all Republicans who were voting, vote in favor, joined by 9 Democrats.  But it’s worth noting that Barry vetoed both the NLRB bill and the Keystone bill, and while Republicans tried to override Barry’s Keystone veto, they failed.  What’s perhaps most interesting about all this data is that there are 54—a majority—Republicans in the U.S. Senate and just 46 Democrats. The GOP majority is because of the midterm elections last November, which saw a nine-seat swing in favor of Republicans—one of the biggest in history.

But it’s quite clear from the empirical data that nothing has really changed, and as we have heard, ‘Dingy Harry’s’ office is clearly quite happy about it.  Especially since it seem as if he’s still the Senate Majority Leader.  McConnell on the other hand continues to get his ass handed to him all over the place.  Whether it’s by choice or by accident, and I’m not sure which would be worse, McConnell has no defense for his failures as a leader.  He is the one charged with getting done what the Republicans promised they would do.  And if he’s not up to the challenge, he needs to go!

THE ULTIMATE ACT OF BLATANT POLITICAL COWARDICE…

Twenty-five Republican senators, led by Mitch McConnell and John "The Maverick" McCain turned their back on the American people yesterday. They did so by choosing to vote in favor of invoking cloture on the House-passed continuing resolution to fund the government past Monday. This gutless act had the disastrous result of putting ‘Dingy Harry’ Reid in the rather enviable position of then being able to strip the bill of its provision for defunding Obamacare with a simple party-line majority vote instead of the 60 votes needed on cloture.

House and Senate conservatives had hoped that the 46 Republicans in the Senate would join together and oppose cloture until ‘Dingy Harry’ agreed to use a Senate rule that requires amendments to clear a 60-vote threshold. Had our Senate Republicans actually done that, ‘Dingy Harry’ would have needed to put together a bipartisan 60-vote majority in order to restore Obamacare funding. But nope, they just couldn’t bring themselves to do it. Senate Republicans split on the cloture vote, with twenty-five joining old ‘Dingy’ and his Democrats.

As predicted, soon after the 25 Republicans joined with all Senate Democrats to invoke cloture on the CR, ‘Dingy Harry’ offered up an amendment to strip the CR of the language defunding Obamacare. ‘Dingy’s’ amendment resurrecting Obamacare, which at that point, after cloture, needed only a simple majority to pass, was approved on a party-line vote. All 54 Democrats voted for it, and all 44 Republicans present in the Senate at the time voted against it. But that vote was simply a way for the Republicans to ‘claim’ they had voted to defund Obamacare.

Here are the 25 Republicans who chose to stand with ‘Dingy Harry’ Reid instead of with the American people. We must remember these names come election time:
Lamar Alexander (R-TN)
Kelly Ayotte (R-NH)
John Barrasso (R-WY)
Roy Blunt (R-MO)
John Boozman (R-AR)
Richard Burr (R-NC)
Saxby Chambliss (R-GA)
Jeff Chiesa (R-NJ)
Daniel Coats (R-IN)
Tom Coburn (R-OK)
Thad Cochran (R-MS)
Susan Collins (R-ME)
Bob Corker (R-TN)
John Cornyn (R-TX)
Lindsey Graham (R-SC)
John Hoeven (R-ND)
Johnny Isakson (R-GA)
Mike Johanns (R-NE)
Mark Kirk (R-IL)
Ron Johnson (R-WI)
John McCain (R-AZ)
Mitch McConnell (R-KY)
Lisa Murkowski (R-AK)
John Thune (R-SD)
Roger Wicker (R-MS)

And these are the 19 Republicans who stood with "We the People", and told ‘Dingy Harry’ to go screw himself. We must also remember their names as well, but for entirely different reasons:
Mike Crapo (R-ID)
Ted Cruz (R-TX)
Mike Enzi (R-WY)
Deb Fischer (R-NE)
Chuck Grassley (R-IA)
Dean Heller (R-NV)
Jim Inhofe (R-OK)
Mike Lee (R-UT)
Jerry Moran (R-KS)
Rand Paul (R-KY)
Rob Portman (R-OH)
James Risch (R-ID)
Pat Roberts (R-KS)
Marco Rubio (R-FL)
Tim Scott (R-SC)
Jeff Sessions (R-AL)
Richard Shelby (R-AL)
Pat Toomey (R-PA)
David Vitter (R-LA)

To say that I’m disappointed in the outcome is an understatement. But at the same time I can’t really say that I’m surprised. Knowing the caliber of some of those individuals that we have in the Senate, I can’t say that I’m shocked at how things turned out. Republicans, at least a majority in the Senate, have once again proven themselves to be gutless cowards while choosing to do the equivalent of throwing their colleagues in the House under the bus. And, sadly, they demonstrated little conscious, being able to do so quite easily, without nary batting an eye.

We’re running out of time here, and we don’t have time to replace all of those who deserve to be replaced. A secretary of defense that I had a great deal of respect for, and still do, once said that you have to go to war with the army you have, not the army you wish you had. That would be the equivalent of where we now find ourselves. So our battle has been made more difficult, but if we can believe Ted Cruz, not impossible. But the weight on John Boehner’s shoulders just increased significantly. Now we must wait and see if he is up to what will be a crucial challenge.
