HERE’S HOPING THAT DONALD TRUMP ‘DOES’ RUN IN 2024…

So our election was stolen by the Democrats and everyone knows it, especially those who actually took part in the act of stealing it. After four long years of struggling to remove President Trump from office, the Democrats were finally able to pull off a ‘win.’ But apparently that’s simply not good enough. Because now there seems to be a concerted effort underway, that again has the Democrats teaming up with the RINOs, to prevent Donald Trump from ever again running for president. Never has one man sent such shockwaves through the political establishment as has Donald J. Trump. I pray he runs in 2024, and even if he doesn’t, we should ALL write him in.

So anyway, the point of my little rant here is Chuckie Schumer and how on this past Tuesday, which was also President Trump’s last day in the White House, this moron took to the Senate floor and repeated what has become the widely-held belief, among his many leftist colleagues, that President Donald Trump should “not be eligible to run for office ever again,” a goal they hope to achieve as part of the forthcoming Senate impeachment trial. Chuckie said, “After what he has done, the consequences of which we were all witness to, Donald Trump should not be eligible to run for office ever again.” Chuckie seems to forget that Donald Trump is no longer the president.

And it was also this dolt who went on to say, “Let me be clear: There will be an impeachment trial in the United States Senate. There will be a vote on convicting the president for high crimes and misdemeanors. If the president is convicted, there will be a vote on barring him again.” Personally, what we’re seeing play out here is little more than an exercise in bizarre political theater on the part of these political hacks. At this point there is nothing that can be done to legally prevent Donald Trump from running for president again, should he decide to do so. Although for the life of me I’m not sure why he would, other than the fact that by then his country will NEED him!

And while many Democrats were busy calling on Congress to remove President Trump from office within days of when he was already due to leave, it was Mitch McConnell who, rather surprisingly, nixed the possibility, choosing instead to begin circulating a timeline earlier this month indicating that proceedings would not take place while President Trump remained in office, making removing him via impeachment and a subsequent conviction in the Senate an impossibility, constitutionally speaking. However, that hasn’t seemed to slow the Democrats’ efforts to pull out all the stops in trying to prevent Donald Trump from being able to runn for office in the future.

And it was the eunuch otherwise known as Mitch McConnell, who spoke about the Capitol protest on Tuesday and repeated the narrative many of his Democrat colleagues have pushed, concluding President Trump and others “provoked” the demonstrators. He said, “The mob was fed lies. They were provoked by the President and other powerful people, and they tried to use fear and violence to stop a specific proceeding of the first branch of the federal government which they did not like.” He added, “But we pressed on. We stood together and said an angry mob would not get veto power over the rule of law in our nation.” What a pathetic POS this guy is!!!

And, you know, I’m sure that it goes without saying that McConnell has not yet determined if he will vote to convict President Trump and reportedly told his Republican colleagues their decision will be a “vote of conscience.” “A vote of conscience?” If any of these people have a brain there can only be one way to vote, even though it would seem to me to be rather pointless. Because at this point, since I have now removed myself from the party, it matters not to me how many of these turncoats decide to cut their own throats, politically speaking. As I said, there is nothing that can be done to legally prevent Trump from running for president again.

And why is it, exactly, that Donald Trump is in any way deserving of being forever barred from running again for president? I mean, comparatively speaking, what is it that he has supposedly done that would make him a bigger threat to the Republic than, say, someone like Hitlery, John Kerry-Heinz or even Chuckie himself? Or, for that matter, what is it that he did that makes him more dangerous than either our current Democrat ‘president’ or even our last Democrat president? Nothing, because what makes the Democrats view Donald Trump as being so dangerous is the fact that he did what he said he would do, if we voted for him. Who else does that?  

And it has been during this entire ordeal that I have found myself wondering about the lack of any serious, and I mean truly serious, outrage on the part of anyone who calls themselves a Republican. Not the freaking squishes like Willard, Ben Sasse, or the kooky bitches from Alaska and Maine. I mean actual Republicans! It was for FOUR years that we were forced to put up, on what was a daily basis, with that which was, on the part of the Democrat Party, real incitement to commit insurrection? And what did we get from these Republican pussies. And now all we get from Republicans leadership is that our Republican senators should ‘vote their conscience?’ Seriously?

I'm old enough to remember lame-ducks like Jimmy Carter and both lame-duck Bushes, and I never could have imagined that we would have a lame-duck president capable to inspiring this degree of white-knuckled, psychological terror in his enemies. These people are still so terrified of him that they are trying desperately to take him off the board permanently. And if I’m being honest, methinks they that all doth protest just a bit too much. It’s almost as if they don’t really believe their man's purported election win really was on the level, or that it was actually “the most secure election in history” to use the more fashionable and politically correct term.

It only took a guy who was a complete novice in American politics to beat she who was supposed to be, or so we were repeatedly told, the most qualified individual to ever run for president. Of course, it also just so happened that she was also the most corrupt, at least until ‘Creepy, Crooked Joe’ came along, person to ever run for president. And it was that very same political novice who was able to very easily show all the world just how inept, corrupt, irresponsible those in the Democrat Party truly are. And it was for that very reason that he has to be made an example of, if only to remind any of those who may follow of the dangers and risks involved in doing so.

But might it be that the Democrats, as well as their enablers in the Republican Party, are already so sure that ‘Creepy Joe’ is going to so thoroughly screw things up that the nation will, in very short order, come to realize just what a serious mistake it was to allow this demented old dolt to cheat his way into office. And the added kicker here is the fact that all of those Republicans who were so persistent in their attacks and their effort to undermine President Trump while he was in office will likely end up being forever shunned. All of which will likely result in what will be, if President Trump does run again in 2024, a bona fide landslide victory in his favor.

Oddly enough, Democrats, as well as the bigly number of RINOs, seem to be operating under the rather misguided notion that with Donald Trump now essentially out of the picture, all of those who supported him have simply stopped doing so and will now choose to simply forget all that was made to take place over the course of the last four years during his tenure. And that we’ll forget what it was like when citizens had some level of input into what happened to the country that OUR ancestors built for US. But they are very much sadly mistaken. First of all, they can’t impeach a private citizen and second, even if they do it isn't going to change what the rest of us believe.

Chuckie speaks the language of a traitor and a liar. He has a rather long and storied history as a liar. He lied for ‘BO’, he lied for Hitlery, he has lied in favor of the many hoaxes perpetrated against President Trump because doing so supported the Democrat goal of removing him from office. And he lied when supporting the cause of leftist fanatics and their radical agenda. He lied about his support for a global government, he lied about the many crimes of ‘Slick Willy,’ he has lied about the role of religion in our culture and lied about our Founding Fathers, describing them as ignorant zealots of a different time and how our Constitution is need of a rewrite.

And finally, if we’re going to start impeaching people after they’re out of office then perhaps we need to revisit a few of our previous presidents starting with ‘BO’ who ordered drone strikes on American citizens or left Americans to die at the hands of Moslem fanatics on foreign soil and blaming the entire nightmare on a video. And perhaps we should go back and take another look at the unsavory behavior of ‘Slick Willy’ Clinton or how he allowed classified military information to end up in the hands of the Communist Chinese. Look, the Democrats are trying to prevent President Trump from running again because they know he would easily win in a fair election.

WHAT? UNDER ‘RACIST’ DONALD TRUMP BLACK UNEMPLOYMENT IS THE LOWEST ‘EVER???’

If you spend any amount of time listening to the Democrats you’d swear that President Trump is nothing but a Russia-colluding racist Hell bent on destroying the lives of every single Black, and Hispanic, person in America.  Now if that were in fact true, then we’d have to agree that President Trump is failing, and pretty miserably so, on all fronts since it can now be said that he is the architect of what is the best economy in recent history to the benefit of ALL people both white and non-white!

I can say that because we recently got news that the unemployment rate for blacks and now fallen to the lowest level ever recorded, in August, dropping from 6 percent to 5.5 percent.  As a result, the persistent gap between white and black unemployment also narrowed to its smallest on record.  But wait, how can this be?  Why would someone who is as racist as Democrats claim him to be, be the least bit interested in doing anything that would improve the lives of blacks in any way?

And it’s under the heading of ‘sad but true’ is how for decades the unemployment ratio between blacks and whites has averaged roughly 2 to 1, meaning that the black unemployment rate is typically twice that of whites.  In good times, the unemployment rate of both blacks and whites falls but the gap always remains. And in bad times, the unemployment rate for whites and blacks rises, but black unemployment typically remains around twice that of white employment.

It was a year ago that the black unemployment stood at 6.6 percent while white unemployment rate was 3.4 percent, meaning that black unemployment was 185 percent that of white unemployment.  In August, that gap narrowed to the point where black unemployment was under 162 percent of white unemployment. That is the smallest gap ever in records going back to January 1972.  This is all the more remarkable because it comes at a time of remarkably low unemployment.  

Prior to the era of Donald Trump, the last time the gap fell below 170 percent was in August of 2009, when the black unemployment rate stood at 14.8 percent and the white unemployment rate was 8.9 percent.  Then the gap declined because white unemployment was increasing at a much faster rate than was the already sky-high black unemployment.  To be honest, black employment is seen as racist to a Democrat, after all, we can't have all these people working and being self-sufficient.

In other words, the decline in employment inequality now is undeniably the best on record because it comes in the context of falling unemployment.  Now try to imagine just how low black unemployment would go if Democrats were ever to assist President Trump in stopping the flood of illegal immigrants into this country.  Hopefully more blacks will begin to take note and finally begin leaving the Democrat plantation as the Democrats seem quite satisfied to simply replace them with those here illegally.

And also, let’s not forget that it’s not only black unemployment that’s hitting a record low, but also Hispanic unemployment has tied the previous low from earlier this year. Things are going well despite the Democrats’ being more consumed than ever with Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) driven by their pure hatred of the man.  They don't want to give President Trump any kind of a win. They have been obstructing him since day one. Every position he takes, they take the opposite one.

Once upon a time it was Barry ‘O’ who had argued that the anemic performance of the economy during his tenure was to be “the new normal.”  Barry also said that the jobs lost were jobs lost forever, and never coming back unless, of course, Trump was to come into possession of a magic wand.  President Trump's impressive list of accomplishments have not only added jobs but also increased consumer confidence to a rather astounding level. Black and Hispanic unemployment is an all-time low.

And yet, oddly enough, it’s the ‘leadership’ of the black community that continues to tell blacks to flock to the Democrats, who will keep them on welfare and perpetuate their victim status while they take their votes for granted.  President Trump has been a huge boon to blacks, but it's unlikely they'll credit him for that.  This despite the ‘fact’ the Democrat Party is the party of slavery, is the party that imposed segregation, and also fought against the civil rights acts of the 1950s and 1960s.

And it was after all of their efforts to enslave blacks, keep them enslaved, and to prevent them from voting had all failed, that the Democrats came up with an entirely new strategy: If blacks were going to vote then, by golly, they might as well be voting for Democrats.  And as President Johnson, Democrat, was quoted as having said about the Civil Rights Act, “I’ll have them n*****s voting Democrat for two hundred years.”  And he seems to have been right, at least up to this point.  Which is truly kind of sad.

It’s painfully obvious, or at least it should be, that Democrats have long seen blacks as being little more than cattle to be herded in the right direction, and have done absolutely nothing for them as far as bettering their lives.  And I’m sure that if blacks were going to “get it” they would’ve gotten it by now.  It’s not like they’re suddenly going to wake up one day and say, “wait a minute, these Democrats have done nothing for me or my community, in fact their policies have made my life worse.”

It has been said that a rising tide lifts all boats; except, of course, when the Democrats are busy drilling holes in the bottom of black folks’ boats, sinking their hopes to flee those blighted ghettos where Democrats plunder their desperation for continued power.  The Democrats have raised to an art form the ruining the economic and cultural value of the family, made easier the importing of drugs, encouraged substandard schools and all the while blaming it all on their opposition.

And yet blacks continue to vote, and in overwhelming numbers, for Democrats, the party that all but destroyed the black family and has orchestrated what has been a veritable black genocide with their murderous abortion policies. And then blacks wonder why all other races think blacks are not rational, even ignoring their propensity for criminal and violent behavior.  Personally, I’m sick of hearing blacks’ endless whining and complaints when virtually all of their problems are self-inflicted.

President Trump once asked blacks what they had to lose by voting for him.  And while the answer to that question is so obvious, most blacks have refused to even consider doing such a thing, instead falling for the idiotic drivel they are spoon fed by both members of the Democrat Party and those they continue to recognize as leaders within their community.  Which does cause one to wonder if they truly are satisfied with the crumbs that they continue to receive from the Democrats.

PRESIDENT TRUMP PROVES TO BE WORTH THE GAMBLE FOR BLACKS…

It was on several occasions throughout the 2016 presidential campaign that I remember then candidate Trump asking black voters what it was that they had to lose by voting for him.  He asked what it was that the Democrats had done for them that deserved their continuing loyalty.  And he asked if their lives had gotten appreciably better after voting Democrat for decades.  Well it’s just a little over two short years later and what we’re seeing is that blacks had nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Because, you see, it’s another fact that’s in stark contrast to the ‘fake news’ message that continues to be used in an attempt to convince the American people that the Trump presidency somehow hurts minorities.  But if one took the time to look beyond all of the noise one would quickly find out that nothing could be further from the truth. You see, since 2017 all, yes ALL, minorities in America have seen significant gains in employment and wages regardless of gender or socio-economic background.

The conditions of minority communities have improved so much since the presidency of Barry ‘O’ it should stun anyone who bothers to take a moment to learn about that improvement.  It’s why the president’s support among minority voters is at historic highs for a Republican president of the modern era.  President Trump is rewriting the political landscape in real time even as the ‘fake news’ media continues to claim differently.  To them the president is nothing but a racist who hates all black folks.  

But despite all of the drivel coming from those in ‘fake news’ it’s the improvements for those in the Black community that have, quite possibly, been the most dramatic of all during the Trump presidency, given how dire life was for them during the eight year reign of Barry ‘O’.  During that time Black unemployment spiked to truly depressing levels.  And yet, even with a black man in the White House, conditions only managed to get worse, will little interest in trying to make things any better.

I’m sure there are those who remember how the first two years of the Barry’s presidency were especially bad for Black families when Black unemployment reached nearly 18% and didn’t start to significantly improve until Republicans took control of Congress and slowed the centralized government madness that was the hallmark of the Obama era.  And despite all the “experts” warning after Trump won the White House in 2016 that the economy would plummet the opposite has been true.

You’d have to be blind not to recognize the fact, in spite of the all the ‘fake news’ being pumped out on a daily basis, that our economy continues to strengthen and that it is minority America that is benefitting the most.  As of right now Black unemployment is at an all-time low and wage growth is improving as well. And it was President Trump that did that, not Barry ‘O’, our first black president.  Although it has been a number of times that Barry has done his best to take all the credit.

And what of the justice system reform that has been initiated by President Trump? For years DC politicians have been campaigning on the issue of sentencing and prison reform, calling it unfairly biased toward minorities, particularly Black Americans. Nothing was done about it though, until Mr. Trump.  Within months real justice reform became a reality and yet few would know that because the ‘fake news’ media did so little reporting on it.  President Trump made that reform a reality, NOT Barry.

It’s the simple truth that very American, regardless of skin color, has a choice of how best to deal with what has become an onslaught of ‘fake news’ from our media types. You can believe what is fed to you or you can question it and seek out the truth.  The futures of tens of millions of minority Americans all across the country are shining brighter right now than they ever have and President Trump should be applauded for that, not vilified.  He has truly proven himself to be America’s President.

TRUMP ON A MISSION TO MAKE IT APPEAR AS IF OBAMA WAS NEVER PRESIDENT…

Hopefully, and with any luck, right about the time that President Trump is finishing up his eighth year in office it will be as if Barry ‘O’ had never been president.  And I think that’s the one thing that terrifies Democrats most of all about President Trump, and why there has been such a concerted effort by those on the left to do all that they can in their attempt to remove him from office.  But as has been mentioned more than a few times, of late, it’s in spite of ‘news’ coverage that has been over 90 percent negative practically since he took office that his approval rating continues to tick upward and is now higher than Barry’s was at the same point in his first term.

And might I say that never has there been a president who was more deserving of having his ‘legacy’ erased, and to make it appear as if his presidency never even happened, than Barry ‘O’.  The ONLY positive thing that resulted from his having been in office is that we ended up with President Trump.  Because, as I have said on any number of previous occasions, had Barry not been elected president I am very firmly convinced there would have never been a President Trump.  Barry set out to “fundamentally change America.”  And now Trump is fundamentally changing Barry’s legacy.  Barry is now being fundamentally erased, as if he was never elected.

And the decision by President Trump to withdraw from the nuclear deal with Iran is the biggest blow, but it’s only the latest. The elimination of the individual mandate and canceling the yearly bailout of insurance companies has left Obamacare in a precarious condition.  Young immigrants whose parents brought them to the United States unlawfully, the so-called dreamers, are losing their legal status.  This is historic.  Presidents often vow to wipe out big chunks of their predecessor’s legacies.  President Eisenhower was going to take on the ‘New Deal’, Ronald Reagan targeted ‘The Great Society.’  Both backed down.  President Trump, so far, has not.

But Barry and Democrats made President Trump’s task a relatively easy one.  Barry, as you’ll recall, succeeded brilliantly in the first two years of his presidency when Democrats controlled Congress.  But once Republicans held the House, Senate, or both over the next six years, he ignored Capitol Hill whenever he thought he could get away with it.  He spared himself the unpleasantness of having to compromise with Republicans and instead governed by executive orders and regulations.  And as he is now finding out, actions taken by the president alone prove vulnerable to being erased by subsequent presidents. And that’s what happened to the pact with Iran.

Democrats went so far as to use the filibuster to block even a nonbinding vote on it. President Trump killed the deal with his pen. That was also all it took to quit the Paris accord on global warming.  There were two factors behind Barry’s decision to shun a treaty, which requires a two-thirds vote in the Senate. Winning that lopsided a vote appeared to be impossible. On the other hand, Barry had a backup, Hitlery. She was expected to win the presidency in 2016 and could then be relied upon to protect the nuclear agreement.  But a funny thing happened on the way to the inauguration, Hitlery lost the election.  And Barry’s legacy is now going up in smoke.

On immigration, Barry might well have prevailed had he sought congressional approval of legal status for young illegals, the dreamers. Again, Republican votes would have been needed.  He rejected that. And since Barry said he couldn’t legally act on his own, it looked like nothing would be done.  Then he changed his mind and simply announced the approach known as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. Neither a regulation nor a law, it’s simply a policy. With Barry gone, it lacks a presidential defender.  Trump abandoned it, though he’s offered a pact to keep the dreamers here: They’d be legalized and Trump would get his wall on the southwest border.

Which would seem to be a pretty straightforward exchange, except for one thing. Democrats remain stubbornly opposed to the wall.  It’s more important to them than even the fate of hundreds of thousands of dreamers, so Democrats declined.  Which leads to another problem they’ve created for themselves, one that further jeopardizes Barry’s legacy while making political life less of a struggle for President Trump and Republicans. Democrats have adopted a strategy of resisting President Trump across the board.  It’s blind resistance, all anger and ideology with absolutely no amount of commonsense thrown in.  And there haven’t been any exceptions.

As much as Barry and Democrats are to blame, Barry’s incredible shrinking legacy isn’t entirely their fault. A good bit is the result of Trump’s success and canny choice of issues. On foreign policy, does anyone want to return to the days of appeasing North Korea? Should the American embassy in Israel be moved back to Tel Aviv at the earliest opportunity?  Should we go back to insisting that concessions by Israel provide a path to peace in the Middle East?  On domestic issues, Barry’s legacy has better prospects for survival, or at least for being revived by some future Democrat majority in Congress.  That’s because the Democrat mindset on taxes is locked in place.

Finally, Barry ‘O’ set out to fundamentally degrade America, internally and externally, and he was largely successful because our cadre of RINOs in Congress simply rolled over and essentially funded him 100 percent for eight years.  And what about the social fabric of our nation?  Look where the promotion of homosexual marriage/ adoption and transgender “rights” has lead us.  Look at the black racism in the BLM movement and in racial alliance with violent black thugs that Barry openly promoted.  President Trump needs to continue the dismantling of Barry’s legacy and to root out the pernicious residue left behind by this anti-America traitor! 

I CONTINUE TO TRUST PRESIDENT TRUMP…FOR NOW…

As the Trump presidency continues I’m beginning to get increasingly nervous when it comes to how much of what I was told during the presidential campaign may actually come to fruition.  And I can’t help but wonder if I believed much of what I was told simply because I wanted to believe it.  I have not yet gotten to the point where I regret my vote for Trump because when that thought does cross my mind all I have to do is to imagine how much worse things would now be if Hitlery had been the one to win the election and the thought quickly goes away.

And while I would like to think that this recent coziness with the Democrats, on the part of the president, might be his way of lighting a fire under the congressional Republicans, I suppose only time will tell us if that is in fact the case.  But in the meantime I must admit that it is causing me some level of concern.  Of course it doesn’t help matters when the supposed leaders of our party in Congress are men like Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan.  President Trump may now feel that he has no other option than to deal with the Democrats. 

We went into the 2016 election with many of us on the right viewing it as being our last opportunity to salvage what’s left of our country.  And we saw Donald Trump as being the right man at the right time.  Now here we are over seven months into his presidency and what exactly do we have to show for it?  Precious little, I’m afraid, thanks in part to our weak-kneed congressional Republicans, our dishonest, obstructionist Democrats, and a state-controlled media that has been absolutely rabid in its effort to undermine and de-legitimize our president.

And what also worries me to some degree is that come next year’s election there will likely be many folks who may decide, because of their frustration with our current batch of congressional Republicans, to exact some level of retribution by voting out the Republicans and replacing them with Democrats.  Now as far as I’m concerned such an act would be nothing short of suicidal.  My recommendation has always been that we force certain Republicans to face a primary contest, vote them out and then, in the general election, we elect their replacement.

I must add that I do have this growing fear that our country will likely never fully recover from the last eight years of having Obummer in the White House.  I think it safe to say that our country is now hanging by a thread, literally, and so we must now focus all of our attention on electing only those who we think are the most qualified to address the task at hand.  But the very LAST thing we should even consider doing is to elect more Democrats to any public office be it local, state or federal.  Because they have no interest whatsoever in ensuring our country survives.

So with all that being said I will, for now, continue to place my trust in President Trump, but I can’t guarantee that there will not come a day when I will no longer be able to do that.  And I continue to pray, every single day, that my trust has not been misplaced.  I have to believe that he loves this country as much as I do and will do all that he thinks is best in his effort to “Make America Great Again.”  Hopefully he will not be foolish enough to expect the Democrats to assist him in that endeavor.  Because they have absolutely no interest, whatsoever, in doing so.

IT’S NOW THE DEMOCRATS AND RINOS VERSUS PRESIDENT TRUMP…

Frankly, I’m getting more than a little tired of hearing about how it is that President Trump has yet to make good on any of his campaign promises.  And yes I know he claimed numerous times during the campaign to be the ultimate dealmaker.  However, I think what he failed to realize is that making deals in the business world is very different than making deals in the world of politics.  Politicians are a sleazy bunch, and more often than not the potential cost of any deal can end up being rather prohibitive. And it can be rather difficult to make deals with people who have absolutely no interest in making a deal.  Because what’s become far more important to the RINOs and their Democrat friends in Congress than making any kind of a deal, is working to slow the Trump agenda to the greatest extent possible. 

So it would seem only appropriate that Senate Republicans, and not President Trump, should now find themselves in the crosshairs.  Some center-right media commentators blamed the moderates, others blamed the conservatives, and some blamed both.  “Fox & Friends” co-host Brian Kilmeade singled out both the left and right members of the party, addressing Sens. Paul, Portman and Collins. He said, “These people are being true to their school.”  And added, “Just not true to their party, and maybe not true to their country.”  Conservative radio host Laura Ingraham singled out only conservative members Sens. Mike Lee and Rand Paul in a tweet, asking “Q[uestion] for @SenMikeLee & @RandPaul: Why is keeping Obamacare preferable to any alt[ernative] that could get 50 GOP votes in the Senate?”

And it was another conservative talk show host, Hugh Hewitt, who directed his dissatisfaction at moderate GOP Sen. Dean Heller of Nevada for opposing the bill, questioning his intelligence (“he’s not the sharpest knife in the drawer”) and lamenting the damage he has done to the Republican Party.  Heller is perhaps one of the most vulnerable GOP Senate incumbents up for re-election in 2018.  And Rush Limbaugh hammered “establishment” Republicans for being too afraid of the bill’s unpopularity: “You gotta know where to take the battle and fight, and I’m sorry — investing in the Republican leadership to carry your water? Who ever thought that would work?”  The Trump agenda will be going nowhere as long as our current leadership teams in both houses remain in place.  Thus, they need to go.

And then it was Senate Conservative Fund President Ken Cuccinelli who said in a statement that his group will “seek to identify, recruit, and fund conservative challengers against Republican senators who vote against repeal. If they won’t keep their word and if they can’t find the courage to repeal a liberal takeover of our health care system that has hurt so many American families, they should be replaced by someone who will.”  The GOP’s failure to repeal Obamacare, and the time spent doing so, jeopardizes Republican lawmakers’ ability to grapple with tax reform as well as the likelihood of passing legislation on infrastructure this year.  This could leave Trump and the Republican with no meaningful legislative victories in his first year as president all thanks to our spineless congressional leaders.

So say what you will about the president, but this latest fiasco rests 100% on Congress.  They campaigned on the promise to repeal Obamacare for straight 7 years.  They never developed an alternative plan in all that time.  Trump cannot introduce or vote on legislation, that’s Congress’ job.  And I would like to think that many of these do-nothings will never get re-elected after this mess, but I also worry that our rather ignorant electorate will make the mistake of replacing them with Democrats, and the only result from doing that would be the complete grinding to a halt of the president’s agenda. This latest fiasco should make clear that the Republicans want 1) to keep Obamacare and 2) so see Trump to fail.  And I think little doubt remains that the RINO's would have preferred to have Hitlery win the election.

In 2015 members of Congress passed a repeal of Obamacare and sent it to Obummer’s desk, who then promptly vetoed it.  This same exact bill was again offered to these same members of the Congress and they refused to back it because they never expected Trump to be the President and were waiting to help Hitlery implement single-payer healthcare. They all need to be retired at the earliest possible date, which would be 2018.  And it this is not just about the Healthcare vote.  Republicans are spineless wimps in the face of the Democrat opposition, even when it comes to the president’s appointees. The Democrats are in the minority yet you sure can't tell that from the spineless action of the majority.  Republicans need to be doing what the Democrats would be doing, ramming our agenda down their throats.

As I have said before, the primary focus of the 2018 midterm elections must be the exorcising from our party as many of these pathetic RINOs as possible.  That and doing all that we can to further reduce the number of Democrats in BOTH houses of Congress.  Only then can we move forward.  What I wish we could do is elect a whole new batch of Republicans who can work together for the betterment of the country.  These nefarious ego driven congressmen/women live as if they and only they know the answers to what the country needs.  If you can't come to a consensus after sorting out ideas then you don't belong in the group.  My take is Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell, John McCain, Susan Collins and many others would like nothing more than “to see Trump fail”.   But they should be the ones who are made to fail.

THE DEMOCRAT PARTY AND THE “MAINSTREAM” MEDIA ACT AS ONE IN TRYING TO BRING DOWN PRESIDENT TRUMP…

When it comes to what we commonly refer to today as our ‘state-controlled media’ I think most reasonably intelligent people are able to agree that this group of various organizations who while they may all like to call themselves ‘news’ organizations are in truth nothing more that creators of fiction, or “fake news”, that is always, or nearly always, focused solely in the direction of one political party.  And it’s many of these organizations, some of which have been around for a very long time, that have over time come to much more closely resemble purveyors of what is little more than pure political propaganda.  And as such they have essentially abandoned the American people who have now been left with an ever shrinking number of reliable sources willing to provide to them accurate and useful information.  As proof of that I would only ask if anyone genuinely believes that Barack Obama, the color of his skin notwithstanding, would have ever been elected president if those in our supposed ‘mainstream media’ had actually done their job and reported accurately when it came to exactly who this man was at the time.

And in reviewing the events that took place over the course of our most recent presidential campaign, who can deny the fact that it was this very same group of ‘news’ organizations that attempted to do everything within its ‘power’ to sway voter opinion and to create the false impression that the candidate they were so obviously supporting was nothing more invincible and her election was inevitable.  It would seem that their game plan was, through the use of bogus polls and patently false ‘news’ stories, to advance the notion that there was simply no way she could possibly lose and doing so in the hope that they would be able to convince enough of those who supported her opponent that theirs was a lost cause and that they might just as well stay home on Election Day.  They were determined to let nothing stand in the way of their effort to convince voters that she was without a doubt the most qualified person to ever run for president, and certainly more qualified than was her opponent who they portrayed as a mere novice when it came to such important matters as international relations, national defense and terrorism.

But as we all saw on Election Day, all of their hard work was, thankfully, all for naught because their favored candidate, the one they had tried so very hard to get elected, the one they had tried so hard to convince the American people was the best person for the job, came up short.  And while they persist, to this day, in their claim that she did win the ‘popular vote’ it’s always that they very conveniently leave out of their argument that the ‘only’ reason she was even able to accomplish that feat was all because of one state, California.  So once the loss of their candidate was confirmed it was almost immediately after that that the search to come up with what could then be used as a plausible excuse for the loss was launched.  Because there had to some sinister, some clandestine reason, some sort of foul play involved, to explain why their perfect candidate somehow came up short.  Because there could be no other reason that could possibly explain her loss.  They honestly wondered who it was that could not bring themselves to vote for such an highlyly qualified candidate.  Yet, millions of Americans did not!   

So immediately after their candidate was declared the loser it became necessary, I guess, for those who felt that they had somehow been robbed of a victory because of some sort of shenanigans, was to come up with some sort retaliatory measures, or a Plan ‘B’ so to speak, that could then be implemented against the new president in order to undermine, to the greatest extent possible, his ability to properly execute the duties of his job.  Once the plan was properly formulated, it didn’t take long for all the players to get onboard.  So there now continues what can only be described as a very coordinated effort between members of the Democrat Party and their many minions in the ‘state-controlled’ media to undermine the presidency of Donald Trump.  And it would seem to matter very little to them that despite having no facts or evidence to support any of their wild claims they continue to spew all manner of accusations the purpose of which is to destroy our president.  And it is out of some genuine concern for our country that they seek to remove our president?  No, it’s all about revenge, and nothing more. 

Which brings to what I’m quite sure everyone is by now very familiar with as being the latest dustup involving the president and his decision to fire the Director of the FBI.  And as part of the ongoing campaign to unseat our duly elected president it was just this week that we had the Washington Post and the New York Times acting as partners in crime as they each published new versions of the story of how former FBI director James Comey came to be fired.  Each of the articles, published late Wednesday, seeks to explain more details about how President Trump arrived at his decision, and each aims to catch the White House in alleged contradictions between its official account of how the decision was made, and how it actually happened.  Now as is usually the case whenever dealing with any of these promotors of “fake news”, a certain degree of trepidation is always required.  One should always take anything that they may say with a significant grain of salt.  Truth is something that seems to be in very short supply whenever you’re dealing with anyone in either the Democrat Party or the ‘state-controlled. Media.

Anyway, it was the Post story that characterized Trump’s decision as a “sudden” one, driven by “anger and impatience,” and by a desire to stop the FBI’s investigation into supposed connections between the Trump campaign and Russia. The Post says that President Trump initiated a meeting with Attorney General Jeff Sessions and his deputy, Rod Rosenstein — not the other way around. It portrays them as anxious to fulfill “the boss’s orders,” and suggests that Trump felt events were “spiraling out of his control.” Perhaps the most startling claim is that Rosenstein threatened to resign after the narrative emerging from the White House on Tuesday evening cast him as a prime mover of the decision to fire Comey.” The Post relies on a single source — “a person close to the White House” for that rather sensational claim. Interestingly, the Post story also portrays the testimony of former Acting Attorney General Sally Yates on Monday as damaging to the White House — although there were no new details revealed about the Russia investigation.

Meanwhile, the Times story is a bit more circumspect, saying Trump’s decision on Comey had less to do with fear of the Russia investigation and more with irritation at Comey’s political grandstanding. The article claims, “He was particularly irked when Mr. Comey said he was ‘mildly nauseous’ to think that his handling of the email case had influenced the election, which Mr. Trump took to demean his own role in history.”  Curiously, the Times story claims that White House adviser Steve Bannon was a dissenting voice — which contradicted earlier speculation by a Times reporter. The Times does not go as far as the Post in concluding that Trump initiated the Department of Justice review that led to Comey’s firing, leaving the order of events a bit more vague and including the White House’s explanation.  The two accounts agree that there was near-unanimity in the White House about firing Comey, and that the White House was surprised by the public backlash. Neither suggests an imminent FBI breakthrough on the Russia probe.

Operating under the Watergate template, and salivating over the prospects of a similar conclusion, those in our state-controlled media will likely endeavor to suggest that “the cover-up was worse than the crime”, even though there has been no cover-up, and no evidence of any crime.  What these leftwing zealots fail to grasp is that ”We the People” now pay very little attention to them and that we now consider them as being little more than the propaganda arm if the Democrat Party.  And of course what I’m referring to is anyone once referred to as the ‘mainstream media’.  But as most of us are now aware, sadly there is very little about abut modern day media complex that can, in any way, be described as “mainstream.”  They keep trying to tell us what to think not realizing we’ve moved beyond them.  There’s no direct evidence that Trump has any ties to Russia, yet the media has a hysterical obsession.  Yet there are stacks of evidence that Hitlery committed numerous felonies with respect to her email and secret information which the media couldn't care less about.  And yet, there isn't any bias, and no, they aren't ‘fake news.’

Our ‘fake news’ organizations have spent more time on this non-scandal scandal than they spent on all of Barry’s bona fide scandals combined.  Remember the Benghazi massacre where four Americans dead, including the US Ambassador, Obama's War in Libya WITHOUT Congressional approval, the great “stimulus” "shovel-ready" heist, Eric Holder held in contempt of Congress, the IRS Targeting Scandal with the destruction and wiping of servers and Lois Lerner's testimony, ‘Fast and Furious’, the GSA scandal, the lies and deceit of ObamaCare, the Iran nuclear deal and ransom payment, the EPA Cover-up of the pollution of the Colorado River, the VA death-list scandal, Barry's "Red Line" in the sand to Syria, and refusal to back it up which helped destroy US credibility, Hitlery's e-mail's and her Secret, Unsecured Server, Hitlery's RUSSIAN Uranium deal, ‘Slick’ and Hitlery's Foundation - Pay for Play, ‘Slick’s’ meeting Loretta Lynch on the Phoenix Tarmac days before Comey reveals his findings and conclusions about the Hitlery e-mail scandal, Barry holdovers illegally leaking the names of Trump associates to the press, and the list goes on!

So here we are seven months into the Trump presidency and still ZERO evidence of any collusion with Russia.  Zip, Zero, Zilch, Nadda!  We know that Trump didn't collude with Russia, because if any evidence had been found our supposed ‘news’ would have wasted no time in making sure that it became a big problem for the president.  And yet nothing but silence and admissions that they have nothing.  Still I can't understand how anyone would ever think that Russia would rather have someone like Trump over someone like Hitlery, on whom they likely possess all manner of blackmail ammunition.  So I find myself wondering how many of my fellow Americans remain able to take seriously any of these politicians and ‘journalists’ who are so very obviously suffering from what is a most severe case of ‘Trump Derangement Syndrome’.  These people have now allowed themselves to become so consumed by such a level of hatred they come across as sounding completely insane.  And how does their bizarre behavior convince those who may disagree with them that what they’re claiming is anything other than some crazy leftwing conspiracy? 

PRESIDENT TRUMP, PROMISES MADE, MUST BE PROMISES KEPT…

I must admit that I was rather late in getting onboard the ‘Trump Train’.  Frankly, I was one of those who were quite confident that he would come to flame out long before the final decision would be made regarding who would ultimately become our Republican presidential nominee.  But as members of his competition slowly began to fall by the wayside I was essentially forced to mover ever closer to becoming a Trump supporter.  And when he came to be the last man standing I was left with little choice but to support him.  While I was never a “Never Trumper”, I was a “Trump Doubter.”  But once it was clear that Mr. Trump was gonna be our guy, even though I still had my doubts, I, somewhat reluctantly, jumped aboard the ‘Trump Train.’ 

But over time I’ve come to believe that Donald Trump has the potential to become a truly great president.  But in order for that to happen, two things must occur:  He must follow through on key campaign commitments, and the Republican Congress must ‘act’ on them.  After 8 long years that have resulted in nothing more than the doubling of our national debt, the decimating of our healthcare system, more Americans than ever before now living in poverty and on some form of government assistance and the fewest number of Americans in the nation’s workforce since the days of Jimmy Carter, the American people, by electing Donald Trump, showed, very clearly, that they wanted something different.  Something better.

So here are nine commitments Trump made during the campaign, that the incoming Congress should, and very much need to, assist in making a reality:

1. Completely repeal Obamacare.  Trump's position paper on health care said: "Our elected representatives in the House and Senate must: Completely repeal Obamacare. Our elected representatives must eliminate the individual mandate. No person should be required to buy insurance unless he or she wants to." It further stated that reforms put in place after the repeal should "follow free market principles that will restore economic freedom and certainty to everyone in this country."  Congress must immediately repeal Obamacare — and enact only reforms that "follow free market principles."

2. Confirm pro-life constitutionalists to the Supreme Court.  "The freedoms we cherish and the constitutional values and principles our country was founded on are in jeopardy," Trump stated in September. "The responsibility is greater than ever to protect and uphold these freedoms and I will appoint justices, who, like Justice Scalia, will protect our liberty with the highest regard for the Constitution."  In a letter to pro-life leaders, Trump added: "I am committed to ... (n)ominating pro-life justices to the U.S. Supreme Court."  The Senate should confirm only nominees who fit the model Trump advocated.

3. Build the wall and enforce the immigration laws.  In his immigration plan, Trump promised to: "Begin working on an impenetrable physical wall on the southern border, on Day One."  "All immigration laws will be enforced — we will triple the number of ICE agents," said the plan. "Anyone who enters the U.S. illegally is subject to deportation."  Trump's plan also would "turn off the jobs and benefits magnet" for illegal immigrants. "Many immigrants come to the U.S. illegally in search of jobs," it said, "even though federal law prohibits the employment of illegal immigrants."   Congress should enact all legislation needed to build Trump's wall and fully enforce the immigration laws. 

And any city that insists upon identifying itself as being a ‘sanctuary’ for those in this country illegally, must be made to forfeit ALL federal funding they currently receive.

4. Pass the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act.  "I am committed to ... (s)igning into law the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, which would end painful late-term abortions nationwide," Trump said in his letter to pro-life leaders.  Congress should place that bill on Trump's desk by Jan. 27, the day of the 2017 March for Life.

5. Defund Planned Parenthood.  "I am committed to ... (d)efunding Planned Parenthood as long as they continue to perform abortions," Trump said in his letter. Congress should defund Planned Parenthood in the first spending bill it sends Trump.

6. Cut income tax rates and end the "death tax."  "The Trump Plan will collapse the current seven tax brackets to three brackets," says Trump's tax plan. It would cut the top rate from 39.6 percent to 33 percent.  Additionally, Trump's plan would "repeal the death tax," which can be a confiscatory tax on family owned businesses. It also drops the corporate tax rate from 35 percent to 15 percent.  A great Congress would go further than Trump's plan. It would enact the "Fair Tax Act" that would eliminate the income tax, replace it with a sales tax and set the stage for repeal of the 16th Amendment, which made direct federal taxation of individual incomes plausible.  But enacting Trump's plan to cut tax rates and abolish the death tax is a good start to reining in federal tax collections.

7. Make better trade deals.  In 2015, the U.S. had a merchandise trade deficit of $745.66 billion, according to the Census Bureau. Since 1979, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the nation has lost more than 7 million manufacturing jobs.  Trump's trade plan calls for negotiating "fair trade deals that create American jobs, increase American wages, and reduce America's trade deficit." That includes withdrawing from the not-yet-approved Trans-Pacific Partnership and renegotiating NAFTA.  The Senate should ratify better trade deals when they are negotiated.

8. End our nation-building foreign policy.  Trump's foreign policy plan says he will end "the current strategy of nation-building and regime change." Congress should support this, including by reasserting its constitutional authority over the use of military force. That means the president may not use force — except to repel a sudden attack on the United States — unless Congress authorizes it.

9. Enact a balanced budget.  Sean Hannity asked Trump on Fox News on June 17, 2015: "Would you insist on a balanced budget as president?" Trump responded: "I would insist on it relatively soon."  When President Barack Obama took office, the federal debt was about 10.6 Trillion. Now it is about $19.9 Trillion.  Barry “Almighty” and the last Republican Congress kept America on the road to bankruptcy. President Trump and the new Republican Congress must lead us back the other way — and they cannot do it too soon.

And finally there’s one other issue that our new President and our congressional leaders must come together on, and on the very first day of the new administration.  And that would the total and complete defunding of the United Nations when it comes to any and all money furnished to this very corrupt organization that has as its source the American taxpayer.  As far as the other items listed above are concerned, Trump, and our congressional Republicans, will have only a very brief window of opportunity to prove that they are up to the challenge of governing.  And all eyes will be on them, we will be waiting and watching.  They will have less than two years to make progress in getting this country back on the right track.  Time is of the essence. 

A LITTLE UNSOLICITED ADVICE FOR OUR PRESIDENT-ELECT…

As I have likely said before, not that it makes much difference at this point, when the process of electing a new president first began, a process that seems to have gone on for far longer than it really has, I was pretty firmly in the camp of Ted Cruz.  But as the campaign continued and it became obvious that Trump was going to be more than just a flash in the pan, the change that came about in both Cruz’s demeanor, as well as his tactics, caused to me to question by decision to support him.  That said, I did vote for him in my state’s primary while the other two members of my immediate family went with Trump.  And as time went by and 17 was reduced to 15 then to 12 and to 3 then 2 and finally to 1 candidate, I was then forced into a decision that I never thought I would be making.  And since I could not imagine myself sitting out what I still see as the most important election in my lifetime, I chose to, still somewhat reluctantly, to climb on board the ‘Trump Train.’

Now with all the being said, while I do not regret my decision to do so, my biggest issue with Trump then, remains my biggest issue still.  And that is the issue of trust.  We have had a president for the last eight year who, time after time after time, gave us reason after reason not to trust him.  And in candidate Trump I was looking for someone who I could, and without any reservation, bring myself to trust.  And I want to be able to trust Mr. Trump to do the things that he said he would do.  Now I’m not naïve enough to think that he’ll be able to do everything, but he must do all that he can.  So if Mr. Trump, chooses not to keep the promises he made to those who supported him throughout his campaign, or fails to continue to rid the country of political correctness and the liberal initiatives, then he will be a one term president because his supporters, including myself, will abandon him as just another establishment type who blew smoke to the American people.

Trust me when I say that I want nothing more than to see President Trump succeed, and to succeed in a very big way.  Actually, mere words cannot describe how much I want him to succeed.  And as word has now come that he doesn’t intend on prosecuting Hitlery, while I disagree with his decision, I can, in a way, understand it.  But he needs to understand this, that he has now gotten the only ‘freebee’ that he’s going to be getting from me, and he hasn’t even been sworn in yet.  Granted, I’m pretty sure that Mr. Trump would be unlikely to consider me as being someone who he needs to be taking advice from, but I’ve never been shy when it comes to handing out free advice.  However, it was millions like myself who made it possible for Mr. Trump to win and it is us with whom he needs to make sure to follow through.  He ran as being an outsider, and he needs to remain true to that outsider philosophy.  So it’s to our President-elect that I would just like to say:

1. Relax. The campaign is over.  And it was pretty brutal, pretty much from start to finish.  But it's over now; you won, and won against what many had said were some pretty formidable odds. The entire establishment was arrayed against you and did everything they could to vilify you.  Regarding the ‘Establishment Republicans’, you were viewed as being a direct threat to their fiefdoms, so they were compelled to try to destroy you.  When they failed, most headed for the tall grass rather than to support you, and now, of course, it’s quite the different story.  So make 'em squirm.

And then we have the Democrat establishment types.  Even better.  Because when the swamp is finally drained, they're headed down the commode with the rest of the sewage, and they know it.  Enjoy the scene.  Relish it.  It will be like something out of "Night of the Living Dead," except in this case the zombies that have been feasting on America will be headed over a cliff.

Hollywood?  Academia?  They won't be able to build safe spaces fast enough, or large enough for this pathetic crowd.  In fact, they'll probably come to you for infrastructure funding.  Resist.  Suggest they work out their aggressions with therapeutic wall-building.

2. Laugh.  Because there is nothing that infuriates those on the left more than to see someone who not only is not intimidated by them but also bursts out laughing at them whenever attacked.  So do it and watch your popularity soar.  It won't be just that supposedly "angry" base that will chuckle along.  This will transcend your base.  Your political enemies in Washington will attack you viciously and personally.  Don't take the bait.  Go Reagan and laugh at them.  You will bring millions to your side.  The enemy of my enemy is my friend, especially when my friend is ridiculing my enemy.

3. Pick and choose your TV spots.  Barry “Almighty” could safely navigate TV at will because the entertainment industry unanimously slobbered all over him, unlike any president in modern history. Trust me when I say that that ain't gonna happen with you.  The Stephen Colberts and Bill Mahers despise you and will low-blow you at every opportunity.  Refuse their invitations for appearances.  More importantly, demand that no one in your administration give these leftists the time of day.  That said, there are those in that industry who will poke fun at you without the ugly edge — Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel, etc.  You've shown a thick skin with them.  Keep it up. Take a page from President George H. W. Bush.  No one laughed harder at Dana Carvey's devastating impersonation of him, and that was at the White House with Carvey as his guest.

4. And please, stop tweeting!  You were right to say that tweeting is a terrific way to communicate directly with the American people. You showed your marketing brilliance by employing this weapon before anyone.  It worked beautifully for you.  But enough already.  You're the president-elect now. It's so beneath the office!  It's sad!  The public expects leadership and gravitas.  It could be embarrassing! You don't need to use this medium.  It's unnecessary!  When you need to say something formally, let your staff release a statement.  Want to personalize that statement? Conduct an interview. You'll never disappoint.

5. Pay attention to the experts — NOT. The editors at The New York Times and the Washington Post have serious thoughts on the direction your administration should take. There are profound ideas coming from seasoned political observers at PBS and NPR.  I know it doesn't appear this way, but the anchors (and producers and reporters and executives) at NBC, ABC and CBS do want to help.  By all means, have them in for a chat.  Hear them out. Then laugh out loud while you throw them out.  Watch as they pull out their cellphones on the sidewalk to furiously tweet their feelings to the world: "@realDonaldTrump hurt our feelings! #needasafespace! #whereismygriefcounselor? Sad!"

And finally I would like to offer just one final suggestion to our President-elect:

6.  You were elected primarily on the basis of being a POLITICAL OUTSIDER, and by choosing now not to follow through with the promise to prosecute the Clinton Mob, you're likely to end up looking like a - POLITICAL INSIDER.  And like I said earlier, while I disagree with the decision, I guess I can understand it.  But there is most definitely a limit to my generosity, and the millions of those like me, and it would be wise to keep that in mind.  The ball is now in your court.  We will be watching, we have put all our faith in you, and we have some pretty high expectations. 

So, for whatever it’s worth, that’s all I have to say.  Expectations are now very high for President Trump, at least from those of us who voted for him.  After eight years of Barry ‘O’, Mr. Trump now has a very long way to go and relatively short time to get there.  So it will be important for him to hit the deck running.  Because if he hasn’t made what voters will come to judge as significant progress within the next two years, or when the next midterm elections roll around, he can fully expect to see the Republicans lose control of one or perhaps both houses of Congress.  So he needs to get on the stick right out of the gate and drag, kicking and screaming if necessary, his Republican majorities in Congress right along with him.  Time is of the absolute essence and he has quite the mess to clean up.  Barry once said that it was the Republicans who had put America in the ditch, well if that’s the case, Barry has buried us up to our collective neck in quicksand.  And we’re sinking fast.

‘PRESIDENT’ TRUMP MUST NOW MAKE GOOD ON THE PROMISES MADE…

I think it quite reasonable to say that, comparatively speaking, the easy part for Mr. Trump is now over.  Because what lies ahead is likely to be far more challenging than even he possibly ever imaged.  But above all else he must remain true to those, like myself, who saw something in him that made him worthy of our support.  President Trump will need to very wary of those ‘Establishment’ Republicans in Congress who could choose to take part in what would be a clandestine effort to slow, or even stop, his progress forward.  And he must ignore any calls to be ‘reasonable’, to not push too hard, and any warnings to not force any particular issue.  But most importantly he should shy away from calls to compromise with Democrats and any suggestions that maybe he shouldn’t name one of the [Supreme Court] justices who are conservative who’s on his list, but should, instead, maybe find a nice moderate acceptable to the Democrats.

Because were he to venture down that road it would be nothing short of a disaster, because it would be in very short order that he would come to lose the support of those who made his election possible.  And Mr. Trump, while experienced in the world of business, remains very much of a novice in the world of politics.  Those whom he places around him must make sure that he remains vigilant when it comes to the many dangers he may come to face from those ‘establishment’ types, dangers that will likely not come in the form of any open fight, but will come much more covertly.  The danger is that those enemies from within will likely opt for honeyed words of subversion that undermines the entire movement to make America great again.   And while Mr. Trump should be magnanimous and gracious toward those whom he defeated this week, his first duty is to keep faith with those who put their faith in him.

The many protests and riots together with the violence that have attended his triumph in city after city should only serve to steel his resolve.  As for promptings that he "reach out" and "reassure" those upset by his victory, and trim or temper his agenda to pacify them, Trump should reject that out of hand as being bad advice of the worst kind.  This is nothing more than more of the same old con.  Trump should take as his models the Democrats FDR and LBJ.  Franklin Roosevelt, who had savaged Herbert Hoover as a big spender, launched his own New Deal in his first 100 days.  History now hails his initiative and resolve.  Lyndon Johnson exploited his landslide over Barry Goldwater in 1964 to erect his Great Society in 1965: the Voting Rights Act, Medicare and Medicaid.  He compromised on nothing, and got it all.  And if it was good enough for these Democrats then Mr. Trump should consider it as being good enough for him.

Because the historic opportunity that he and the Republican Party have now been given by his stunning and unanticipated victory of November 8 will not last long.  His adversaries and enemies in politics and in the state-controlled media are only temporarily dazed and reeling.  They will recover quickly.  This opening should be exploited now, President Trump must strike while the iron is hot.  Few anticipated Tuesday morning what we would have today: a decapitated Democrat Party, with the Obamas and Clintons gone or going, taking ‘Slow Joe’ Biden with them, no national leader rising, and only the power of obstruction, of which the nation has had enough.  The Republican Party, however, on January 20, will control both Houses of Congress and the White House, with there being the real possibility of remaking the Supreme Court in the image of the late Justice Antonin Scalia.  And not a second should be wasted.  Time is far too precious.

And while Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and House Speaker Paul Ryan have indicated they are willing to work with President Trump, only time will tell if they are part of the team or nothing more than ‘establishment’ saboteurs only out for themselves.  Because knowing these two sleazy characters as I’m sure we all do, what actions they actually take to either help or to hinder Mr. Trump will be far more telling than any of the words they have uttered thus far.  And I’m sure it won’t take very long before we see whether they will prove to be men of their word, or will proved to be nothing more than the gutless RINOs that history tells us is far more likely.  There is nothing to prevent the new Republican Party from writing history but themselves.  In his first few months in office, Trump could very well put a seal on American politics as indelible as that left by Ronald Reagan.  But he must be up for the challenges that lie ahead.

And here’s what really needs to happen, and right out of the gate.  On January 20, Mr. Trump should have vetted and ready to nominate to the high court a brilliant constitutionalist and strict constructionist.  He should act to end interference with the Dakota Access pipeline and call on Congress to re-enact legislation, vetoed by Barry, to finish the Keystone XL pipeline.  Then he should repeal all regulations put in place by Barry that unnecessarily restrict the production of the oil, gas and clean coal necessary to make America energy independent again.  Folks in Pennsylvania, southeast Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia should be shown, by executive action, that Mr. Trump is a man of his word.  And when the mines open again, he should be there.  He should order new actions to seal the Southern border, start the wall and begin visible deportations of felons who are in the country illegally.

And then, with a new education secretary, President Trump should announce White House intent to work for repeal of Common Core and announce the introduction of legislation to put federal resources behind the charter schools that have proven to be a godsend to inner-city black children.  He should propose an immediate tax cut for U.S. corporations, with $2 to $3 Trillion in unrepatriated profits abroad, who will bring that money home and invest it in America, to the benefit of our economy and our Treasury.  He should take the president's phone and pen and begin the rewriting, or complete repeal, of every one of Barry’s executive orders that does not comport with the national interest or political philosophy of the GOP.  Mr. Trump should announce a date soon for repeal and replacement of Obamacare and introduction of his new tax-and-trade legislation to bring back manufacturing and create American jobs.

Mr. Trump said throughout his campaign that this election was America's last chance.  And that if we were to lose this one, we would likely lose the country.  And I very much agree with that sentiment, which is how I came to be onboard ‘The Trump train’ in the first place.  He has now been blessed with a very rare opportunity and he must seize it.  And as our soon to be president he must ignore his more cautious counselors, and act with the urgency of his declared beliefs.  His window of opportunity may be prove to be very brief, perhaps only two years.  He must support all who supported him and forget those who did not, with no appeasement offered to the liberal establishment.  He should work with those in the ‘Established Republicans’ who desire that same return to responsible government and against those that want only to maintain the status quo.  He has a mandate from the people to change our system for the better, and now he must act on it.

And what must always be kept at the forefront is the fact that those on the left do not want unity, nor reconciliation, nor healing.  And I feel very confident in saying that if we had been unfortunate enough to have had Hitlery win this most crucial of elections, there would already be talk of hate speech laws, of purging our voices from social media, of doxing and slandering political opponents and thoroughly ruining their lives.  There would now be threats being made about taking our guns, about further restricting our religious liberties, rewriting our Constitution by way of judicial fiat and of ending the sovereignty of the United States by Executive Decree.   There would be talk of creating new and improved ways to further regulate every aspect of our lives into conformity and our businesses into oblivion and how best to increase the flooding into our country of hostile aliens to ensure their perpetual dominance.  And that would just be the first 100 days.

It would appear that the American people have now chosen to put the adults back in charge of the running of their government.  While it remains far from certain, at least at this point in time, if that will come to pass, that was certainly their intent.  And we can only hope that’s how things will come to play out.  Hopefully this reemergence of a stronger and more viable right in this country will result in the repairing of at least some of the damage done by the left.  But we must be wary because the left has but two plays.  To try to shame you into virtue signaling and conceding to their agenda, or political violence.  Now that the real right has come back, and will not virtue signal, we see the left, with their hate and violence, showing who they really are. They want to destroy us.  We must not help them do it by yielding to weak calls for compromise.   Destroy them now and salt the ground. For surely, if they ever win again, they will do exactly that to us.
