JERRY RIVERS, AKA GERALDO RIVERA, POSTERBOY FOR OUR MODERN DAY ‘NEWS’ MEDIA…

Cleary, that which could once, and fairly accurately so, be referred to as our ‘mainstream media’ has, over time, reduced itself to being nothing more than a joke, a mere caricature of its former self that can no longer be relied upon to provide us with an accurate account of daily events. Of course, one reason for that is because today we have very few actual ‘journalists.’ Sadly, it would seem that our bona fide ‘journalists’ have all gone the way of the dodo. Instead, what we seem to have today are nothing more than a bunch of posers, those who like to refer to themselves as ‘journalists’ but who merely spew talking points they read from a teleprompter.

And it was one of those posers, none other than Jerry Rivers, aka Geraldo Rivera, who, during an appearance Wednesday on MSNBC’s “The Beat,” said he would like to punch Stephen Miller, President Trump’s immigration policy adviser. So, it was once again that this weasel crawled out from under his rock and proceeded to do a little boasting about his virility. Rivers, another ardent defender of criminals who expresses sympathy for victims but says full steam ahead when it comes to allowing even more monsters into the country. Rivers is nothing more than another of those useless and clueless hacks who refuse to go away. Old Jerry has been a phony for most of his life.

And so it was during a supposed discussion on the subject of immigration that host Ari Melber said, “The Trump transition team wants to do what they call a D.C.-area showcase immigration raid in the first days. This would be a quote, ‘high-profile raid targeting undocumented immigrants in its initial days.'” He asked, “I’m curious what you think of this because I’ve covered this? I’ve had Stephen Miller on the show. I think we can stipulate that there are debates about immigration in this country and undocumented immigration has been rising. And there’s a question about how to deal with that in a holistic way that is humane, but protects national security."

Rivers responded in typical arrogant fashion saying, “You know, I’m an old man now. I’ve been a boxer all my life. I’ve given it up because of my frailty. But I would come back to punch Stephen Miller in the nose because he is the most hideous in terms of his policy. I don’t know the guy personally. In terms of his policy, he is absolutely draconian. He’s the definition of it. He doesn’t want to resolve the issue. He wants to scapegoat certain people that will in his mind it would resound favorably to President Trump.” Why is that liberals must always threaten violence? Raise your voice and they immediately have PTSD, but they sure like to talk about punching people.

Frankly it’s Jerry’s sophomoric comments that kinda remind me of Joey’s mind set. Jerry wants to punch people in the nose while old Joey wants to take them out behind the gym and beat them up. But which was it that was more awkward? Jerry’s juvenile macho threat, or Melber's wishy washy lead-in on immigration? Melber reluctantly appears to understand one of the two issues which put President Trump over the top on the popular vote. And if nothing else, it’s old Jerry who seems to have found a good fit there at MSDNC. After all, Rivers has a long history of confusing legal immigration with ILLEGAL immigration, along with any number of other issues.

Rivers is an insufferable jerk. He’s an old man and he’s been insufferable for as long as I can remember. And isn’t it amazing how liberals always want to hurt, hit, or kill those people who refuse to agree with their rather cockeyed way of looking at the world. Physical violence seems to come very easy to these people. they’re emotional nut bags. Rivers is a loser and has always been a loser. Notice how Jerry never shows any anger towards Mayorkas and his continuing policy of allowing murderers to cross our borders at will. It shows what he thinks of our country. Rivers, another vicious nasty trash talking, imbecilic, liberal who thinks his Democrats own America.

And you know, it’s a funny thing but I had no idea that it was considered Draconian to simply enforce the laws as written. These people are here illegally, and the law says they must be deported. And apparently Jerry is against deporting these illegal immigrant criminals. At least it’s good to know which side old Jerry is on and it’s not the side of law abiding legal/lawful U.S. citizens. The good thing is that these loudmouth losers like Rivers won’t live forever. The sun is finally setting on many of these people, they’re getting old and soon will be gone. And when they’re finally gone it will be cause for celebration because they won’t be here to spew their hate.

I’m sure others have also noticed how it is that whenever confronted with an issue for which he has no answers Rivers always resorts to anger and disparagement. The guy lost his relevance years, perhaps decades, ago. His argument simply doesn’t hold water. And while those like this boob Melber clearly don’t care, anyone with a brain isn’t going to be buying what old Jerry is working so hard to sell. And another thing, anyone who’s serious about wanting to address our ongoing immigration problem likely doesn’t watch MSDNC, therefore Jerry’s idiotic little rant about wanting to take on Mr. Miller was likely heard by a select few who still watch this useless network.

But, if nothing else, old Jerry certainly does make for some good entertainment. As for Mr. Miller, why not give him the same chance as that given to the outgoing guy who allowed them all in? What’s wrong with deporting all of those here illegally? After all, they broke into our house, why shouldn’t they be evicted? They don’t belong here!!! I don’t understand this resistance. Isn’t cutting ahead in line a no-no anymore? It’s because of those like Rivers that we have gotten to the point where there is really only one option left, the only one that makes any amount of sense. We need to round up those here illegally and move ‘em out, no explanation is necessary.

Democrats always turn to violence when the plan to save their party is threatened with the removal of those in this country illegally. Open borders has become the number one cause for Democrats. Nothing sets those people off more than someone talking about deporting illegal immigrants or cutting back on legal immigration. Why have Democrats embraced this cause? Well, for starters, their hope is that all of those here illegally can be made into a new voting bloc. But, as we witnessed by way of the November presidential election, most Americans don’t vote for those politicians who would rather represent those here illegally than the American people.

DEMOCRATS ARE A VERY DANGEROUS BREED OF POLITICIAN…

Democrats make for a very rare and special breed of politician. You see, it seems that they, and they alone, have no role to play in helping to ensure that federal laws are appropriately enforced. And stranger still, they seem to see it as their responsibility to assist certain individuals in their effort to evade those trying to enforce said federal laws. At least federal immigration laws. And yet, it’s these same Democrats who continue to tell us how it is no one who should be considered to be above the law. No one, I guess, other than those who are Democrats, those who vote for Democrats or those who might one day be able to vote for Democrats.

And it was this past Sunday during an appearance on the Communist Broadcasting System’s, “Face the Nation,” that Senator Alex Padilla, a Democrat, argued that “there’s no obligation” for California state and local officials to assist with President Trump’s deportation plan. Can you possibly imagine having a clown like this Padilla guy and Adam Schiff as your members of the U.S. Senate? Anyway, as far as I’m concerned, he can shove his sophomoric gibberish up his ass. And might I remind Mr. Padilla that there’s a fine line between assisting and obstructing. And obstructing is illegal. So again, it all comes down to priorities with these leftwing imbeciles.

So it’s a partial transcript of the discussion that took place between guest host, and former Fox News reject, Major Garrett and this bonehead Senator from the once great state of California that follows:

Major Garrett: You know, President elect Trump has promised mass deportations. You also know, in California, there is a state law that tells local law enforcement not to participate and cooperate with ICE agents in deportation or identification processes. The incoming Trump administration border czar, Tom Homan, has said any law enforcement who don’t cooperate will be prosecuted under federal law. How is this going to be resolved?

Padilla: Yeah, well, I think there’s an important distinction here. No state government, not Texas, not California, not any state in the nation has a constitutional authority to impose federal immigration law that is the responsibility of the Federal Government. Some states like Texas want to push the envelope and try to find a way to assist, but there’s no obligation to do so, and that’s what California leaders and municipal leaders throughout the state are saying. You know, we’re not going to utilize state and local resources to do the federal government’s job for them. Number one, I think there’s a long history of this being smart public safety policy as well. California is the most populous state in the nation, the most diverse state in the nation, home to more immigrants than any state in the nation, and the last thing you want to do is have immigrants who are victims of crime afraid to come forward to report that crime. The last thing you want is immigrants who may be witnesses to crime to be afraid to come forward and share any information that they have in the investigation and prosecution of crimes. That’s what we’re talking about here. Let the federal government do the federal government’s job, but have state and local officials do the state and local officials job. There doesn’t have to be a conflict unless that’s what Trump wants.

Garrett: The governor has called a special session that will convene this week to set aside money to battle the Trump administration. Will some of that money also be set aside to protect migrants and undocumented immigrants in California as they seek either legal advice or continued legal financial backing to support their efforts to stay within California and the United States?

Padilla: Again, if the first Trump administration is any indicator, we know that there will continue to be a lot of fear in communities and communities that deserve to know what their rights are and what their rights are not. And so if it’s legal assistance, legal advice, legal support, that’s just the California way. We embrace our diversity, our diversity has made our communities thrive and our economy thrive. And so we will assist families against the threats of the Trump administration, if we wanted to sort of cut to the chase. You know, we’re hearing a lot of bombas- from Trump and his allies about the biggest deportation operation in our country’s history, on the one hand, versus a- maybe a focus on violent criminals on the other. Nobody- nobody disagrees with a focus on violent criminals. Democrats, Republicans agree, but that’s very different than millions and millions of people being deported indiscriminately, not just tearing families apart, tearing communities apart, but tremendous damage to our economy that that would create.

Garrett: Senator Alex Padilla, Democrat from California, we thank you for your time this morning, and we’ll be back right away a lot more Face the Nation. I invite you to please stay with us.

So, I’m curious did this boob not swear an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States, and the Constitution of the State of California, against all enemies, both foreign and domestic and to bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of the United States? Sorry, a rhetorical question. Those are just words to morons like this guy. The U.S. Senate is the very last place a guy like this belongs. He’s likely never had real job his entire life, and thanks to the imbeciles in California he’s been able to garner for himself a pretty good gig. I really don’t think I’ve ever seen, met, or heard of a Democrat that was really worth a shit.

It’s sad that I feel the need to have to lecture a guy who is a sitting Senator, but someone needs to. I realize he’s still a bit of a rookie having been in the Senate less four years but it’s not, as he so ignorantly puts it, Trump’s Deportation. What it is, is enforcing America’s immigration laws after members of his party decided to throw open the floodgates. Read the Constitution, you moron. These people broke the law by knowingly coming into this country illegally. They also jumped the line against people who came here legally. You people think it’s Trump’s idea and it is NOT. Just no one has been willing to abide by the law. So just what is President Trump to do?

This is all about the supposed resistance to sanity, getting these dimbulb Democrat politicians to go on to these bogus ‘news’ programs and to make stupid comments that are then used as a ‘dog whistle’ for the insane, the indoctrinated and the rent-a-mob resistance so they will then riot, loot, burn and say lots of toxic words to interfere. It’s all part of the process that can then be used by a dying ‘fake news’ media in an effort to create disgruntled voters for the next election in 2026. And with luck they hope to convince enough of their weak-minded followers of the unjustness, and the unfairness, of a system that doesn’t allow those here illegally to stay here.

Here is where you can spot the lie. Mr. Padilla doesn’t say that California, he, or Newsom will support ICE picking criminals in jail where it is safer for all. Even if there is a legal ICE detainer, loser states like New York and California simply allow these criminals back on the street to further rape, injure, steal, and even to kill. Democrats insist upon making the whole community less safe because the Feds are unable to coordinate with the locals beforehand. If they don’t want to help, then they need to stay out of the way, This man wants you to think the “no obligation to assist” is the same thing as permission to interfere. Because he thinks you’re as stupid as he is.

It is true that there is no obligation for California officials to assist deportation of illegal aliens. At the same time, it is a federal felony to harbor, aid and abet illegal aliens. It is also well within President Trump’s power to withhold federal money from California. And without that federal money, to which California has become quite addicted, California would very quickly go bankrupt. And what is it with Democrats and these illegal aliens? They blur the lines between the illegals and those who followed the rules when coming here. You know there has to be an ulterior motive. It’s not as if they genuinely care about any of those people flooding across the border.

And it might actually be preferable for the Democrats not to help and maybe even to obstruct the process that we all know is coming. That way it would be made all the easier to sue them before then proceeding to cut off all federal funding in the future. We end up saving a whole bunch of money and the illegals still get deported. Seems to be a win-win to me. And to use Mr. Padilla’s words, the federal government is under no obligation to fund California. Or any other state that attempts to sabotage a presidential mandate. So go ahead punks, make our day! And imagine just for a second if the Democrats were to fight as hard for Americans as they do for illegals.

Somebody apparently isn’t familiar with the oaths that local and state law enforcement officers take when they’re sworn in as police officers and sheriff’s deputies. In most states they take an oath to support and defend the constitution and laws of the United States and constitution and laws of the state in which they are being sworn in as police officers. A decision to not enforce the laws of the United States could very well run afoul of their peace officer oaths and subject them to prosecution or revocation of their status as sworn peace officers. Stay tuned and bring popcorn. This could end up being very, very entertaining to say the least.

Padilla is yet another of those who don’t seem to give a damn that your own citizens who are being put on the hook for the welfare payments to illegals, who are victims of crimes committed by illegals and so much more? That isn’t being a much of a representative, instead it’s being a party to criminal behavior. And can I just say that illegal immigrants do not have the same rights as citizens. And to give them such rights makes our citizenship pretty much meaningless. As usual, these assholes think that talking tough is the answer. But Democrats always go too far and believe they are somehow justified in simply ignoring those laws they don’t agree with.

‘CRAZY MAZIE’ HIRONO, WHAT TRUE STUPIDITY LOOKS LIKE UP CLOSE…

You know, it was once upon a time, and really not all that long ago, that I thought Shelia Jackson Lee and ‘Mad Maxine’ Waters had to be the dumbest things on two legs ever to be elected to the U.S. Congress.  But then I suppose it had to be only a matter of time before even they would be shown to be mere runners-up, or second stringers of a sort, and that someone would come along to surpass even these imbeciles, and in rather spectacular fashion.  And of course it is ‘Crazy Mazie’ Hirono from the great state of Hawaii who did just that, and who has now come to show to both Jackson and Waters what true stupidity really looks like both up close and personal.

And she did so, just this past Wednesday, when she expressed how she is quite sure that members of White House, under President Trump’s administration, do little more than to sit around in the Oval Office brainstorming on all manner of new and better ways to harm illegal immigrants.  It was during a recent appearance with MSNBC dolt, Chris Hayes, that ‘Crazy Mazie’ said, “I think that the Trump Administration people sit around every single day thinking of new ways to be cruel to these migrants.”  And she went on to say, “That’s what they do and tomorrow they will probably come up with something else.”  Yup, by golly, hapless boob has got it all figured out.

‘Crazy Mazie’s’ remarks were in response to questioning regarding the conditions of the nation’s largest family immigrant detention center, which is located in Dilley, Texas.  She had visited the facility back in December 2018, which she claimed at the time was “disturbing.”  She said, “These families should not be detained and that’s the bottom line, and so we’re now contemplating thousands and thousands of migrant families being detained, doing irreparable harm to little children.” And she added, “When I was in Dilley, we can’t forget seeing in one of the areas a little boy just silently crying. Heaven knows what’s going through his mind but, not good.”

And of course she continued by saying, “Clearly, [the detained children] are harmed irreparably.”  And then went on to say, “And our country should not be imposing this kind of cruelty on children.”  So while she witnessed all manner of cruelty there at the border, she is yet another Democrat who remains unconcerned regarding the “irreparable harm” that continues to be inflicted upon the unborn in this country.  She apparently has no issue with that.  Which, at least to my way of thinking, would make her out to be a far more depraved individual than Donald Trump has ever even thought of being.  But then she is a Democrat, so being depraved is to be expected.

Anyway, it was actually back during the administration of Barry ‘O’ that the federal courts ruled that the government is prohibited from detaining children for longer than 20 days. Since the 20-day window is generally nowhere near long enough to process the detained immigrants, children and their accompanying adults are consequently separated as not to violate what is referred to as the 1997 Flores Settlement Agreement.   Democrat lawmakers, such as ‘Crazy Mazie’ and members of the ‘fake news’ media have harshly criticized the Trump administration for continuing the family separation policy that started under ex-president Barry ‘O’.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) recently revealed that it will be using a new work around, of sorts, for the Flores agreement as a way to address the worsening immigration crisis at the southern border.  DHS introduced a new policy where family units will be kept together in “family residential centers” during immigration court proceedings.  The residential centers will be structured in a “campus-like” environment with classrooms for minors and areas where adults can meet with their attorneys.  Thus it allows families to stay together during immigration proceedings and has conditions appropriate for the care of children.

But of course, ‘Crazy Mazie’ was quick to rebuff the plan as just another way to detain poor immigrant children indefinitely.  She said, “We already know from so many child specialists that detaining children in these kinds of facilities does irreparable damage to them. There are alternatives to family detention that this administration could care less about.”  Before then going on to say, “The only way they can get around the Flores consent agreement is by getting around it.”  And she added, “They want to detain families indefinitely, children indefinitely, held in situations that do them absolutely no good when there are alternatives.”

If she were being honest (like that’s going to happen) it’s Democrats like ‘Crazy Mazie’ who actually while away the many hours of each and every day dreaming up ever more inventive, and more costly, ways to be cruel to law-abiding American citizens.  She's a hater, as are all Democrats.  And racist as well.  Democrats are the ones who choose to favor those here illegally over those who have either been born here or migrated here legally. Remember, it was Alexandria Occasional Cortez, another braindead Democrat, who actually said that those here illegally are more American than are the border agents enforcing our laws and defending our border.

And let’s get something else straight, it’s not our country imposing some perceived cruelty on any of these children, it’s their very own parents who have decided to subject them to the harsh reality of what can happen when one breaks our laws. Quit acting like illegal immigrants are innocent, they’re GUILTY!  No one forced them to come here, they came here of their own free will with the specific intent of breaking our laws. If they are seeking asylum then go to a port of entry. If they want into America then follow the process as it has been designed, apply for the proper paperwork and wait just like everyone else.  ‘Crazy’ doesn't have a clue.

Perhaps I’m letting my imagination run away with itself, but I think the only true thing any Democrat has ever said was awhile back when they kept calling all of this a “manufactured crisis.”  Except they forgot to mention that it was they who were doing the manufacturing.  All of a sudden, there's tons of people trying to game the asylum system who clearly don't qualify, resulting in our system being forced to handle many times over the numbers that it was designed to handle.  Democrats do all that they can to encourage people to come here in order to create what they hope will be a no win situation for President Trump.  You see, it’s ALL about politics.

You know, it’s a pretty sad commentary in 2019 America, the third most populous nation in the world, that a major political party supported by half of the electorate can only win an election by polarizing the other half and by making the opposition the personification of evil itself.  And it doesn't look like things are going to be improving any time soon.  While I understand that we have always had politicians demonizing opponents at election time, what we didn't seem to have is the non-stop and out-in-the-open undermining, plotting and scheming from election night forward by every ‘fake news’ outlet who has come to see their job as being to lead the opposition.

And finally, I’m having an extremely difficult time understanding how it came to be that this moron is the best the good people of Hawaii could come up with to be one of their two members of the U.S. Senate.  Yet, we are, after all, talking about an island, and likely an island where I’m quite certain, during brief periods in its history, some level of inbreeding might have actually occurred.  Now while I am in no way claiming that ‘Crazy Mazie’ could be a product of said inbreeding, it would certainly go a very long way in explaining just how she came to be so freaking stupid.  But then, maybe that has nothing to do with it at all.  Maybe she really is just that STUPID!!!

THOSE HERE ILLEGALLY HAVE NOT ‘EARNED’ THE RIGHT TO STAY HERE!!!

Democrats seem to be expending a great deal of both time and energy in their continuing effort to convince the American people that we somehow owe it to the world to take in all of their poor, sick and persecuted, and to then take care of them by providing to them FREE healthcare, education and housing . And Democrats are also demanding that we taxpayers stop whining about having to pick up the tab, no matter what that tab may eventually come to be.  Personally, I don’t feel we owe anything to those whose first action was to break our laws by crossing our border without our permission!  They are criminals from the very beginning!

But apparently there are those in the Democrat Party who say that Americans “have an obligation” to provide amnesty to what could be potentially millions of foreign nationals living in the United States who they claim have “earned the right” to be in the country.  ‘The right?’  So, apparently, after House Democrats with seven House RINOs passed an expansive amnesty to any illegal alien claiming to have arrived in the U.S. as a child, we now have several Senate Democrats who are demanding that the Senate do the same.  Democrats Dianne Feinstein, Chris Van Hollen, Ben Cardin, and ‘Little Timmy’ Kaine are now urging the Senate to pass their own amnesty plan.

And the plan this group of America-hating leftists have now come up with is one that would give nearly half a million foreign nationals living in the U.S. on Temporary Protected Status (TPS) a pathway to American citizenship.  And it was Cardin who said in a statement that: “These individuals have lawfully lived and worked in the U.S. as our neighbors, as they sought refuge in the U.S. We have an obligation to take action and give needed predictability and safety to people who are in an uncertain status. We need to stand up for the American values of compassion and diversity that have made this country stronger.”  I love it when Democrats speak of ‘American values.’

Meanwhile, it was Feinstein who said that the 440,000 foreign nationals who would receive the amnesty have “earned the right” to permanently stay in the U.S.  It was this old hag who had said, “The Senate needs to follow the House’s lead and pass these important protections for immigrant families who have been living and working in the United States for decades.”  And then she went on to say, “After fleeing wars and natural disasters, these families have established deep roots in our communities and earned the right to remain together here in the United States.”  Perhaps these same people should instead expend the necessary energy to FIX their own country?

And the Democrats, and more than a few Republicans, seem quite willing to continue to ignore completely is the fact that every year the U.S. admits more than 1.2 million, mostly low-skilled, legal immigrants who compete in the labor market for jobs against poor, working, and middle-class Americans.  About 70 percent of legal immigrants enter through the process known as “chain migration,” where newly naturalized citizens can bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives into the country with them.  Chain migration, alone, has brought about 10 million foreign nationals to the U.S. since 2005.  And that is nothing short of insane!

Actually, what Americans have an obligation to do is to protect our Constitution, our culture and our traditions.  Every foreigner who is identified as being in this country illegally should be summarily deported, and never again allowed to return. Applications for asylum or any other status that could allow foreigners to remain in the country, should only be accepted from those applying through an embassy, or consulate outside the country. Immigration should be limited to small numbers so as not to pose an economic threat to Americans.  Immigrants must learn English, and must be willing to assimilate.  If they do not wish to do so, they must go back home.

Although it would seem that those within the Democrat Party feel otherwise, America simply cannot afford to become the haven for the world's poor, oppressed and persecuted.  And for the very simple reason that there are, quite literally, billions of them, and the more we accept, the more we will become exactly like those places that these people are so desperate to escape.  Now I’m not sure about anyone else, but I’m in no hurry to live in a third world country.  These people are simply going to have to find ways to improve conditions in their own countries.  Allowing them to come to America in large numbers will only bring it down to the third-world level. 

And to be perfectly blunt here, what those seeking illegal entry into my country have truly “earned the right” to do, is to be arrested and to then be deported, at our earliest possible convenience, for violating U.S. Immigration laws.  And that’s ALL they that have earned the right to do.  NO foreign national has any sort of a right to enter this country illegally, or has earned the right to live here illegally or to work here illegally.  And sadly, it seems apparent that we now have far too many morons serving in Congress who seem to care far more about these criminals from foreign countries than they do about those whom they are SUPPOSED to be representing.   

And dare I say that none of us pay taxes just so trespassing foreigners are able come here and then be the recipients of all manner of ‘free’ stuff that we end up being forced to pay for.  Imagine if every dime of support for trespassing foreigners was to come to a stop.  There would then be more money that could then be spent on such things as infrastructure, or even a great American impermeable border WALL.  I think we all know why it is that these Democrats are unwilling to do anything that would stem the tide of illegals flooding across our border.  It’s really all about nothing more than the Democrats wanting to create for themselves more Democrat voters.

These members of Congress continue to stubbornly refuse to do their job while apparently expecting the citizens of this country to go along with this sort of nonsense.  I have a news flash, who we see as having any sort of an obligation are these same Democrats who we see as having the obligation to stop obstructing everything that our president is trying to do to fix what is a very real crisis at the border.  They need to do their job, uphold the existing real laws and to follow the Constitution.  They should avoid attempts to place obligations and duties upon the people of this country while they get paid, and very well, for doing nothing. 

Compassion has its place, but so does the rule of law, and the rule of law should trump compassion every time.  NO ONE is deserving of simply being given citizenship to this great country, it must be earned.  And to start out by breaking our laws, is not really starting out on the right foot.  Citizenship is not something to be taken lightly, and it should have a profound meaning in this country. Giving it away like candy as the Democrats wish will destroy our nation as we know it. I accept the fact that many of these people didn't have a say in the choices their parents made, but that’s not my fault, and I feel I have no obligation to allow them to stay any longer than they have.  

The time has now come for the American people to wake up.  Because if these traitorous politicians who now wield the power in our nation succeed, then the United States will eventually simply cease to exist.  When enough people do not share ‘traditional’ American values but instead share those ‘values’ embraced by the Democrat Party, regarding what the proper role of government should be, and what God given rights (as found in the U.S. Constitution) we the people possess, they will win. History is filled with examples of tribe conquering tribe and nation conquering nation, and mark my words the United States is not immune to such a thing.

PELOSI: THE DEMOCRATS HAVE NEVER SAID WE DON’T HAVE A CRISIS AT THE BORDER…

I can only assume that Nancy Pelosi must think that ALL Americans are as stupid as those who continue to vote for Democrats.  But here’s a news flash, Nancy, we’re not.  So when she makes the idiotic claim that she and her fellow Democrats have never, not even once, argued that we do not have a crisis at our southern border it’s no one but the most brain dead among us who believe her.  Because it’s been on more than one occasion that she and many of her fellow Democrats have done exactly that.

It was earlier this week during her weekly press conference that Pelosi actually claimed that Democrats have “never not” called the situation at our southern border a crisis, this despite the fact that they repeated did just that earlier this year.  She said, “Well, let me just say this. We have never not said that there was a crisis — there is a humanitarian crisis at the border, and some of it provoked by the actions taken by the administration.”  Right, everything is provoked by President Trump.

And then in what was an apparent reference to the multibillion-dollar disaster aid bill being developed in Congress that Pelosi said, “What is happening at the border is tragic and we hope to address some of that in the disaster supplemental.” Before then going to say, “And we understand our responsibility to secure our border.”  The Democrat have shown time and again that not only do they not understand the need to secure our southern border, but have absolutely NO interest in doing do!

Pelosi’s rather disingenuous, if not totally dishonest, answer came after a member of the ‘press’ asked how Democrats currently view the situation at the southern border, after calling it a “manufactured crisis” for months.  Despite her claim to the contrary, Pelosi along with a rather significant number of other Democrats have gone on record in the recent past in their effort to flat out deny that there is in any way a crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border.  And to claim that there is, is nothing short of racist. 

And it was in a joint statement from Pelosi and Chuckie Schumer back in February that read: “The President’s unlawful declaration over a crisis that does not exist does great violence to our Constitution and makes America less safe, stealing from urgently needed defense funds for the security of our military and our nation.”  The purpose of this pathetic little joint diatribe issued by these two losers, was to simply attack President Trump for having declared a national emergency at the border.

And then it was Steny ‘The Gasbag’ Hoyer who, just this past February had said, “The first, most dramatic thing we found was there is no crisis at the border.”  And it was AFTER this moron had visited the border, near El Paso, that he chose to utter what was really nothing more than an outright lie. It has been for a very long time that whenever one of these Democrats opens their mouth, whatever comes out of it is most assuredly a lie.  And it’s a trend that shows no sign of coming to an end.

On social media, the Democrat Party has seemed to leave itself little or no room for nuance regarding its position on our southern border.  Democrat governors across the U.S. also contended that there was no crisis, and their positions on the issue resulted in less manpower at the U.S.-Mexico border.  Three Democrat governors — Gavin Newsom of California, Tony Evers of Wisconsin, and Michelle Lujan Grisham of New Mexico all pulled their state’s National Guard troops from the border.

And it was that Democrat bonehead Evers who, back in February said, “There is simply not ample evidence to support the president’s contention that there exists a national security crisis at our southwestern border.”  And he then went on to say, “Therefore, there is no justification for the ongoing presence of Wisconsin National Guard personnel at the border.”  I can only assume that they must grow them pretty stupid up there in Wisconsin, especially if this boob can get himself elected.

And it’s as these claims that there is no crisis at the border are being made that literally thousands of illegals have continued to reach the U.S. border every month, pushing immigration facilities past their breaking point.  April marked the second consecutive month where encounters at the southern border topped 100,000 and Border Patrol apprehension numbers have risen every month this year.  Yet Democrats stubbornly refuse to accept the fact that this is anything other than a crisis.

Pelosi said it was necessary for the Republicans and Democrats to reach a consensus on immigration reform. Well no shit, Nancy!  “We have to, I believe, come to comprehensive immigration reform,” she continued. “We have to do it in a way that secures our borders, has a path to citizenship, respects the value of family to us.”  Perhaps such a thing could actually be accomplished if Democrats were truly interested in putting the country before their need to create more Democrat voters.    

Let’s face it, there is absolutely no love of country that can be found anywhere in the Democrat Party, the party in which patriotism is little more than a dirty word.  And sadly, a more disgusting bunch of human beings cannot be found anywhere on the planet.  If a Democrat tells you they love this country, they’re lying to you.  They are a treasonous bunch who have been on, for decades, that which is nothing less than a mission to destroy America.  And yet we just keep on giving them the chance to do so.

The reality here is that this is really nothing more than your classic Leftist behavior. Deny that there's a problem until it's so bad that you must admit it exists because otherwise you look absolutely insane, but then you simply declare that you never denied it and that it's all your opponent's fault. Lies, double-standards, hypocrisy, that's all the Left has. They know their insane ideology will fail but they don't care because, for as long as they are in power, they will enjoy that power to the fullest.

It's time for the American people to recognize the true crisis that exists at our border, and the danger caused by the illegal entry into our country by individuals not looking for amnesty but instead are looking to infiltrate and establish terrorist cells under the cover of the ongoing immigration problems. Look at how many ‘other than Mexicans’ are caught, where they come from and how many of those are from countries who still sponsor and support terrorists intent on harming Americans.

And, on the other hand, Pelosi and her Democrats have made it abundantly clear that they hate God, they hate Christians, they hate our heritage and our traditions. They have made it abundantly clear that they have nothing but contempt for our Bill of Rights, our Constitution and our American way of life.  The have made it abundantly clear that they have organized and orchestrated and coordinated and funded and aided and abetted and encouraged what is nothing less than an invasion.

Clearly, the Democrat Party must be purged from our political system.  Democrats are a menace, they are dangerous and they pose a very serious threat to our ability to survive as a free and sovereign nation.  If we are to have any hope of passing down to our children the same nation that was passed down to us, then we must rid ourselves of those who now seem so determined to prevent us from doing that very thing.  Democrats have continued to makes clear that they are too defective to lead.

BE WARY OF JUDGES WHO PUT POLITICS ABOVE THE CONSTITUTION…

Over the last several years, even going back into the Obummer years, I don’t think it has become much of a stretch to say that America now seems to be under siege by what can be described as being a rather left-leaning judiciary.  And while President Trump has done much in his attempt to rectify that situation, it has been over the course of the last couple of years that we’ve seen a rather disconcerting number of examples where a growing number of political hacks dressed in black robes have seemed to be far more interested in advancing the left’s political agenda than in following our Constitution.  It’s almost as if we are now being held hostage by a cadre of black robed anarchists, many of whom have succeeded in taking the term ‘activist judge’ to what is an entirely all new, and very dangerous level. 

When it comes to the Judicial Branch of our government, there is a role for it to play ensuring the survival of our Republic but there are areas in which it has no business even attempting to get involved in.   One such area over which it has absolutely zero jurisdiction is that of national security.  There is but one individual responsible for the protecting of the nation, and that is the President of the United States.  And it was yet again that we have another rogue judge choosing to insert himself into an area that he has absolutely no business trying to insert himself but, because the area of concern, illegal immigration, is near and dear to the heart of Democrats and President Trump has a different approach, this judge, appointed by Barry, saw fit to declare the president’s actions unconstitutional.

And so by now I’m sure that all have heard about how a U.S. District Judge, Jon S. Tigar, has issued a temporary restraining order after hearing ‘arguments’ in San Francisco.  The request was made by two groups that are essentially nothing more than front groups for the Democrat Party, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and the Center for Constitutional Rights, which quickly sued after President Trump issued the ban this month in response to the massive caravans of migrants headed to the U.S. and that have now officially arrived at the U.S.-Mexico border.  There is nothing in the ruling that stops the hardened border enforcement and/or current expedited review and deportation program.  In essence, keep the illegal aliens out and the judicial ruling is moot, at least until defeated in higher courts. 

Though it will likely frustrate Democrats, as well as their many cohorts in the left-wing ‘fake news’ media along with the many others in the open borders crowd, no court can successfully demand that the President of the United States stop all manner of border enforcement.  This is why it is critical to have a strong Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary focused on stopping illegal entry.  This ruling will obviously be appealed by the Department of Justice (DOJ); and, politically, the Democrats realize, in the big scheme of things, this ‘open-border’ narrative is not good for them.  But, at least for the short term Democrats continue to think that there is some level of political gain to be made, and so we shouldn’t expect their calls for an open border to fade away anytime soon.   

On its face this ruling is ridiculous as it eliminates/undermines the legal process for asylum requests by removing the distinction of illegal or unlawful conduct in the application process.  President Trump issued a proclamation on 9 November that said anyone who crossed the southern border would be ineligible for asylum. The regulations, which will remain in place for three months absent a court order, could potentially make it harder for thousands of people who enter the U.S. to avoid deportation.  In recent years, tens of thousands of immigrants each year have shown up in the Arizona desert or on the north bank of the Rio Grande in Texas, surrendered to immigration agents and requested asylum. President Trump has rightly argued that the recent caravans pose a pretty serious threat to our national security.

Here we have another political hack in a black robe who has come totally off the rails and who has allowed himself to be convinced that he somehow possesses the authority to dictate to the president how he can carry out the duties of his office.  The issue at hand is a National Security crisis and it the president, and the president alone, who has the authority to do whatever it is that he deems necessary in dealing with it in his effort to protect American people and the sovereignty of the nation.   And in carrying out the most important duty, that of Commander in Chief, the president has the moral right to ignore this judge’s order.  These hostile mobs of insurgents declined asylum in Mexico therefore are not ‘entitled’ to asylum and must apply for immigration status in accordance with all U.S. laws, rules and regulations. 

Now I may be wrong in thinking this, but I do not see what enforcement powers this judge can bring to bear, particularly since his ruling infringes on the Constitutional responsibility of the President to defend the nation’s security, starting with its borders. I would say to the judge, the case has no standing; you can rule all you want, but just try to enforce it. I also would come back at the judge with proceedings to impeach, convict, disbar, and then charge with sedition, and prosecute. When other leftist judges see what happens to one of them acting out of bounds, it should deter more than a few of them. Again, the best defense is a good offense, so I would take every one of these overreaching rulings by leftist judges as opportunities to go right at them with every hammer in the tool chest of the Executive Branch.

OUR ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION PROBLEM, CREATED BY DEMOCRATS…

I say self-inflicted because it all started with a creation of Teddy Kennedy’s called The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965.  The passage of which marked a fundamental change in America’s immigration policy because rather than serving the interests of Americans and national unity by setting limits on immigration, the act put “family unification” as the top priority, serving the interests of foreigners first.

And it was at the time that Teddy made the following claims about his little creation:

Teddy said, “First, our cities will not be flooded with a million immigrants annually. Under the proposed bill, the present level of immigration remains substantially the same. 

Secondly, the ethnic mix of this country will not be upset… Contrary to the charges in some quarters, [the bill] will not inundate America with immigrants from any one country or area, or the most populated and deprived nations of Africa and Asia…

In the final analysis, the ethnic pattern of immigration under the proposed measure is not expected to change as sharply as the critics seem to think… The bill will not flood our cities with immigrants. It will not upset the ethnic mix of our society. It will not relax the standards of admission. It will not cause American workers to lose their jobs.”

Thankfully since then old Teddy has moved on to the great beyond where, as I so fervently hope, he will spend all of eternity rotting in Hell.  But, knowing the perverted old drunkard like we all did, how have Teddy’s claims stood up to the passage of time?  Well, I’m afraid not exactly as old Teddy predicted they would, which should come as no surprise since he knew he was lying when he made them. 

Because you see:

Fifty years later, the Census bureau predicts that the foreign-born population is set to increase 85 percent by 2060, where Hispanics will see their number grow by the tens of millions and native-born whites are the only group expected to decline in both absolute numbers and fertility rates.

Fifty years later, the U.S. places no numerical limit on the immediate family members of aliens admitted into the country. Despite holding only five percent of the world’s population, the U.S. is the most popular destination in the world for immigrants, attracting 20 percent of all the world’s migrants.

Fifty years later, the U.S. allows some 11 to 20 million illegal aliens to squat on its territory while allowing over one million more each year to legally enter the country.

Fifty years later, the native-born population of whites, blacks, Hispanics, Asians, Jews and all the rest suffer economic loss while the foreign-born see net job growth.

Fifty years later, Central American governments are propped up by $12.2 billion in remittances taken out of the American economy by foreign workers the U.S. refuses to tax or expel.

Fifty years later, Central American migrants, thousands of whom are indigenous Mayans who can’t write or speak even Spanish, storm the border in endless waves while federal agents fly them to nearly every state in the union without so much as a photo ID — while American citizens are fondled and scanned by the very same TSA agents.

Fifty years later, we had Rep. Luis Gutierrez threatening Americans in Spanish, vowing that they will be made to suffer “electoral punishment” for resisting a path to citizenship for illegal aliens, declaring his one loyalty is the not to the United States but to foreigners breaking immigration laws, and printing “Do Not Deport Me” cards for those same individuals.

Fifty years later, Americans were led by a president, Barry ‘O’, who illegally granted deportation stays for five million illegals that allowed them to get Social Security numbers (and therefore the ability to vote in U.S. elections) along with $35,000 per head in tax benefit freebies forcibly taken from Americans who managed to hold onto their jobs, who joyfully predicted that a “President Rodriguez” will leave the borders wide open for future tsunamis of immigrants.

Fifty years later, American schools punish “racist” students who wear shirts depicting the American flag and taxpayer-funded colleges vote to ban the flag after angry illegal immigrants complain it “triggers” them.

Fifty years later, American marathon runners walk on prosthetic limbs and suffer through countless painful surgeries after Moslem Chechen immigrants Tamerlane and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev were granted asylum so they could plot against the country that bent over backwards to accommodate them.

Add to all that the costs Americans pay in lower wages, strained social safety nets, their children’s blood, their declining quality of life, the chaos of sharing space with an ever-swelling criminal population aided and abetted by the nation’s elite, the berating Americans of every stripe endure when they dare ask their country merely be preserved, that’s the real legacy of Teddy ‘The Boozer’ Kennedy.

If nothing else this provides yet another example of how the Democrat Party and those who insist upon voting for Democrats, have long been the greatest threat this country has ever been made to face.  And we now find our country in a situation for which there may be no real solution.  And because this is yet another mess created primarily by Democrats, Democrats have no interest in finding a solution.

And again, what we see happening is exactly what was intended to happen.  But this is but one more example of the damage that has been done to this country by a political party that has been focused for decades on one thing, the complete destruction of the greatest experiment in human freedom ever created.  And we the people have played a very active role in essentially bringing about our own demise.

Our Constitution is neither a self-actuating nor is it a self-correcting document.  It requires the constant attention and devotion of ALL our citizens. There is a story, often told, that upon exiting the Constitutional Convention, back in 1787, Benjamin Franklin was approached by a group of citizens asking what sort of government the delegates had created.  His answer was: “A republic, if you can keep it.”

Well it took us a bit over 230 years but today our republic is now quite literally hanging by a thread.  And while, I suppose, it would be very easy to lay all of the blame on our politicians, the sad truth of it is that we the people had to elect those politicians.  Politicians who claimed to have the best interests of our country at heart but in fact are interested in nothing more than what remains best for them.

And then once they’re elected too many of us are too blind, too ignorant or simply too uninformed to recognize that they have no interest in us or the country, and never did.  So here we are, on the verge of having squandered something so rare and leaving behind for our children not a legacy of freedom, but of potential servitude to a government not of, by and for the people but of, by and for the political elite.

HOW BEST TO DEAL WITH SANCTUARY CITIES…

Please excuse me if I don’t appear as enlightened as those of you who reside there in the outer regions of leftwing kookdom, but no matter how hard I try I simply do not understand the entire concept of “sanctuary cities’.  I mean, am I to understand that the residents of these fair cities, right down the last person, are in complete and total agreement with their city’s leaders when it comes to harboring these known criminals and for no other reason than because those criminals are in this country illegally?  And that those same leaders refuse to hand them over to federal immigration officials when apprehended?  And can I also assume that since I rarely, if ever, see any protests ‘against’ this unlawful practice, that the residents of these cities have no problem with this practice?  Because I’ll tell ya, if I were to live in any one of these cities I would most definitely make my concerns known and if ignored I would move by family because of my concern for their safety.

So anyway, imagine my surprise when I heard the news that the number sanctuary cities has now increased to nearly 500 and apparently all thanks to a recent push in counties and jurisdictions avowed to shield illegal aliens against President Trump’s immigration policies.  Now what do you suppose it is that would motivate these places to put so many of their own citizens at such great personal risk?  And yet, it’s according to The Washington Times that the ‘Ohio Jobs & Justice Political Action Committee’ (OJJ) keeps a running list and has added over three dozen new cities just this year.  And, apparently, it’s the founder of this little group, someone by the name of Steve Salvi, who has promised, “More will be coming. A lot of communities now, there’s resolutions in the works and citizens groups encouraging city councils to pass them.”  So again I would ask you, are those who live in these cities, and counties, agreeable to all of this?

Now that said, there are cities on OJJ’s list which dispute their inclusion and some will soon be removed because their sanctuary status is about to change.  The Times states two cities in Alaska, Dayton, Ohio, and Miami, Florida, most surprisingly, will soon be removed after confirmation with Homeland Security.  It only took one day after Trump’s threat to withhold federal funding from cities who choose to harbor immigrants for Miami-Dade Mayor Carlos Gimenez to announce his city’s compliance with assisting federal agents with deportations.  According to the report, “U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the agency that handled deportations, says 279 municipalities refused to cooperate on at least one case in fiscal 2016.”  And it goes on to add, “All told, those sanctuaries released more than 2,000 illegal immigrants back onto the streets that ICE agents had been trying to deport.”

Since they represent absolutely nothing of value to America, why are so many of our cities rushing to protect illegals who are not only criminals but thieves who steal the social services paid for by citizen taxpayers.  Might it, perhaps, have something to do with politics?  I’m just guessing, of course.  And I suppose the only hope is that voters in these locales will come to vote their traitorous leaders out of office at the first opportunity as well as publicize the obvious increase in crime and other associated problems from the keeping of illegals in their midst.  But then, as I was pondering earlier, can there be that many voters who go along with this madness?  Personally, from my point of view, being a fiscal realist, the more cities that select themselves to be excluded from federal funds, the closer we get to balancing our budget.  And they must also be committed to allowing an increase in crime rates, since they will shield even criminal illegals.

Now I do, however, find it rather interesting that according to Mexico’s immigration laws, every article of law controls illegal immigration into Mexican territory. If you immigrate to Mexico, Article 32 states you must speak Spanish and must be a professional who is useful to the Mexican society.  There are no bilingual programs in the school and no pressing 2 for English. All business must be conducted in Spanish. Investors are welcome; but must pay higher than minimum wage and your land purchases are restricted. And it’s Article 34 that states foreigners must have the necessary funds to support themselves and their dependents. There are no welfare programs, food stamps, government housing or entitlements.  And Article 87 states foreigners must be “physically and mentally healthy.”  Articles 73, 85, 86, 87 state foreigners must be on a national population registry, cooperating with federal local, and municipal police.

And then it’s Article 116 which states that foreigners using fake documents face a fine and imprisonment. Immigrants must show birth certificate to show citizenship. Articles 117-121 state foreigners who fail to obey laws will be fined, deported, and felons imprisoned. No one is allowed to enter the country with a criminal record. There is no due process of deportation. There is no 14th Amendment. Law enforcement officers are required to enforce Mexico’s immigration laws at all times. Articles 123-126 make illegal immigration a felony. Articles 127 state any Mexican who marries a foreigner with the sole objective of helping the foreigner is subject to five years in prison.  So here’s a suggestion, how about we simply pattern our immigration laws here in the U.S. after those of Mexico?  After all, if it’s good enough for them, it should be good enough for us, right?  Hell, you’d think even old Jorge Ramos would go along with that, right?

To think that illegals, who in many cases are illiterate in their own language and have very limited skills to earn a living, could actually contribute to America in any meaningful way, as the way the Left continues to assert, you would think that they would be assets back in the country where they came from.  But the fact is they are departing in mass numbers that are essentially being ignored, if not welcomed by their own society, which means that their potential contributions were negligible where their spoken language was understood.  Let’s face it, it takes some level of talent and/or skill to be an asset on foreign soil, but the Left appears to only care about the number of dependents who might also become dependable votes for the Democrat Party.  Hence the rationale for placing our citizens, and those who have come here legally, at risk.  And all under the guise of diversity.  

And so why is it that this is such a Republican versus Democrat issue?  For one reason and only one reason.  All you gotta do is follow the votes. Democrats only care about the votes.  Republicans, while alarmed by the votes, are more concerned about the social costs, both in dollar costs as well as public safety and quality of life costs.  Both sides know that at some point, illegals will get amnesty on some basis.  Both sides know that in the meantime, illegals are already voting in greater and greater numbers.  Motor voter was designed to bring in minority and illegal voters.  DACA makes it easier for dreamers to register and to vote.  No literate individual, on either side of the issue, can deny this with a straight face.  The difference is, Conservatives have the law and the interests of our country on their side. Democrat either don't care or ignore the costs associated with the invasion while hiding behind their false compassion.

Some will claim that the cutting of federal funding is virtually a useless endeavor, that all it will do is to infuriate the Democrat base voters that live in these cities and lead to violence and destruction of private commercial property as is typical of the liberal Democrat protest ‘rally’.  Others purpose a more ‘drastic’ sort of response.  They say we should, instead, select 1 major California city, say San Francisco.  Use U.S. Military troops to first surround the city and then arrest the Mayor, Chief of Police, City Council, and impound their accounts and holdings.  Then charge them with treason for failing to protect the people from threats that are both foreign and domestic.  Then proceed to cut all federal funding, deny State access, broadcast to the city that any illegal or undocumented alien will be treated accordingly if they surrender peacefully, those that do not will be incarcerated in a Federal Prison.  Too severe?  I wonder.

And it would be those same folks who advocate such extreme measures who also make the argument that the entire expense for such an operation should then be charged against the both the offending state and local governments.  Now I’m thinking that something like this would likely only need to occur once, or possibly twice, before the message was received loud and clear by other states and municipalities that insistent upon breaking federal immigration laws.  And I think we would begin to see more and more cities abandoning the practice.  And frankly, if cutting funds were to lead to rioting and destruction, so what. I’m quite sure that the voters in those cities would soon grow tired of it and either choose to get rid of their socialists leaders, or to relocate to somewhere that was less accommodating to those in this country illegally.  And by the way, cutting funding to such cities would also be a great way to fund construction of the wall. 

And while I suppose it’s important to at least consider the potential for collateral damage when it comes to any potential riots, in both the cost in both property as well as in lives lost, we should not let that cloud our judgment nor prevent us from looking at the bigger picture.  And as much as I might be in favor of letting these bastions of leftwing lunacy burn, there would be unintended consequences generated that would affect those communities then made to deal with the influx of those fleeing the cities and everything that they tend to bring with them.  How often do you hear other communities complain about liberals fleeing California bringing their trash with them?  So in order to spare those outlying communities, we would need to very swiftly make examples of those cities who continue to refuse to see the error of their ways.  If there were severe consequences for those cities who choose to ignore federal law I think we would soon see their number drop rather precipitously.
