YES, MR. MATTHEWS, DEMOCRATS ARE PURE ALRIGHT…PURE EVIL!!!

I’ve always thought of Chris Matthews as being a special kind of stupid.  And while I admit that I have tried to watch his show on more than one occasion, just to get the other side’s perspective on some issue, I’ve rarely, if ever, been able to make it past the first 10 minutes.  Because it’s generally by then that Chris has made some idiotic claim against conservatives or some baseless accusation regarding our president, or some other Republican, which tends to leave you wondering why it was that you decided to watch him in the first place, and leaves him looking like a political hack. 

On Thursday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “Hardball,” Matthews chose to comment on Al Franken’s resignation from the Senate by stating that the worst anyone can say about Democrats is that “they’re too pure.”  Matthews said, “I don’t know how you can avoid the education in this. The worst you can say about Democrats is they’re too pure. And that’s a stupid thing to say. But that’s the worst thing you can say about them. These guys set too high a standard for public office. How’s that for an argument? My opponents, the party of my opposition, they set too high a standard.”

His peculiar assessment of the Democrat Party comes despite the recent resignations of Al Franken and John Conyers over sexual harassment allegations.  Not to mention ‘Slick Willy’ Clinton, Anthony Weiner, and the scores of sexual predators in leftist Hollyweird and the biased news media. He said the Republican Party could learn a thing or two from the Democrats whom he views as taking the high ground by sacrificing Franken to make a statement against the continued support of Roy Moore, who has been ‘accused’ of dating teenagers when he was in his 30s back in the 1970s. 

Now perhaps if good old Mr. “Tingle up his leg” Matthews is meaning to say that the Democrats are pure evil, well then, I’d probably be in agreement with him.  Because in looking at all this party stands for, how is it that any sane person can come to any other conclusion?  Democrats hate the police, they’re all in favor of grown men being allowed to use the same restrooms as our wives and daughters, they have no problem whatsoever with murdering babies right up to the time of delivery, and even for a short time after delivery, and they’re for open borders.  How’s that anything but evil? 

Those willing to cut Matthews some slack regarding his claim of Democrat purity, could do so, I suppose, by making the argument that while what he said did sound more than a little outrageous, we have to consider it in the context of the narrative that those like him are now crafting.  You see, the Democrats now have what they see as being a prime opportunity.  First they out a few dead-weight Democrats, starting with Harvey Weinstein. Then they supposedly seize the supposed moral high ground by forcing one of their more expendable politicians, in this case Al Franken, to resign.  

And in their effort to strike while the iron is hot the Democrats are trying to portray themselves as the moral elite.  After all, they say, look at how they handled the evil amongst them.  Never mind that they tolerated it for decades, pay no attention to that. Instead, look at the sacrifices they’ve made the last few weeks.  They deserve your trust and they deserve your vote.  And oh by the way, Trump is a pervert too and the Republicans don't even have the honesty to impeach him. That's what Matthews is really saying, and that’s what they’ll all be saying for the foreseeable future.

I suspect this is their election strategy for the coming 2018 election and quite possibly leading up to the 2020 election as well.  But hey, at least they're not advocating the killing of cops.  I’ll give them a certain amount of credit for that.  But that said, they’ll crank up the cop hate once again, just as soon as their new lame “purity” strategy fails, which it will. The Democrats are the party of evil, the party of lies, the party of racism, the party of intolerance, the anti-America party, the perversion party, and the party of hate.  Yet there are those who claim to be proud Democrats.

Personally, to my way of thinking Matthews is simply lamenting the fact that his beloved Democrats are no longer able to hide behind the double-standard which they have been able to count on to protect them for decades.  Such behavior as that seen from Franken and Conyers has long been viewed as being little more than a resume enhancer for Democrats while it was seen as being the kiss of death for Republicans.  And those in the media could always be counted on to downplay accusations against Democrats while those made against Republicans made the headlines 24/7/365.

And isn't it amazing how the Democrats had virtually no problem whatsoever with sending a man to Congress for 46 years who had left a woman to drown, never bothering to stop at any of the houses he passed, but instead swam to shore and tried to get his cousin to take the blame and when that didn't work he shielded himself with a team of high-priced Boston lawyers; all before they even pulled Mary Jo Kopechne's dead body, out of the water.  This is the true Democrat Party, and anyone who refuses to recognize that fact is truly a twisted individual.

Matthews is the worst kind of bloviating political hack in what has become today a seemingly bottomless barrel of empty-headed leftwing talking heads populating the state-controlled media.  And it’s outside their circle of likeminded friends that their idiotic opinions are worth very little.  And it’s his shrinking viewership of leftwing zombies who willingly suffer through Matthews’ goofball show watching as he dutifully regurgitates his daily script of Democrat Party talking points, while no one else really gives a squat what this self-absorbed leftwing propagandist has to say.
