NOTHING BRINGS DEMOCRATS OUTTA THE WOODWORK FASTER THAN A TRAGEDY…

I think we can all agree that there is nothing that brings slimy hypocritical Democrats crawling out of the woodwork faster than a good old fashioned tragedy.  Especially one they consider as being easily exploitable in their effort to accomplish something that has long been very near and dear to their hearts.  That being, of course, their continuing effort to bring an end to the Second Amendment.  It’s already been a number of Democrats who have nearly tripped all over themselves in their rush to be the first to get to a microphone, or television camera, to express both their outrage and their supposed frustration over what they describe as being an epidemic of gun violence such as the recent shooting which took place in Parkland, Florida.

All of which brings me to one of the more despicable, unscrupulous and hypocritical members of the Democrat Party, none other than Chris Murphy, one of the senators who represents that bastion of leftwing lunacy, Connecticut.  You see, it was during a speech he gave from there on the Senate floor, and on the very same day as this terrible shooting, that Murphy demonstrated what has become the typical reaction by members of his party as he commented on the school shooting in Florida.  He claimed that Congress’ “inaction” is “responsible for a level of mass atrocity that happens in this country with zero parallel anywhere else.”  He said, “As we speak, there is a horrific scene playing out at a high school in south Florida.”

And it was from there that he went on to say, “Turn on your television right now, you’re going to see scenes of children running for their lives, what looks to be the 19th school shooting in this country, and we have not even hit March. I’m coming to the floor to talk about something else, but let me just note, once again for my colleagues, that this happens nowhere else, other than the United States of America. This epidemic of mass slaughter, this scourge of school shooting after school shooting. It only happens here, not because of coincidence, not because of bad luck, but as a consequence of our inaction.” Yup, old Chris proceeded to pull out all the stops in his effort to make as much hay as possible from the death of children.  Pretty sick!

But still he went on to say, “We are responsible for a level of mass atrocity that happens in this country with zero parallel anywhere else.”  He continued, “As a parent, it scares me to death that this body doesn’t take seriously the safety of my children, and it seems like a lot of parents in south Florida are going to be asking that same question later today. We pray for the families and for the victims. We hope for the best.”  What this guy is truly praying for is that this most recent tragedy can be portrayed as being horrific enough by him and his fellow Democrats, as well as their allies in the state-controlled media, that they will finally be able to make some measurable progress in removing guns from the hands of law abiding citizens.   

But the true insanity in all of this has to do with the fact that we continue to insist upon maintaining our public schools as “gun free’ zones.  How absolutely ludicrous is that?  And it is the very same politicians who preach to us about gun violence and who advocate for ever-stricter gun laws who stand in the way of us being allowed to protect our children.  And why do you suppose that is?  Well only one thing comes to my mind.  They’re simply using our children as bait.  We’re already finding out there were all manner of warning signs out there about this latest shooter, and yet he was still walking around.  What other explanation can there possibly be other than that certain politicians were actually hoping that something like this would happen?

You see, it’s those who strongly favor the creation of stricter gun control laws who are also the ones who remain confident that if they can only manage to get enough of our children killed then maybe it will become all that much easier for them to apply enough pressure to those evil supporters of the Second Amendment in the hope of forcing them to give up on their silly notion of being able to protect themselves and their families.  And it’s this very same leftist cast of characters, who continually go around claiming that it’s we conservatives who are the ones with blood on our hands because of our support of the National Rifle Association (NRA), who are actually the ones most responsible for tragedies such as this shooting in Florida. 

Let’s face it, there’s nothing Democrats won’t do in their quest for power and they really don’t care how many bodies pile up as a direct result of their political agenda.  Actually, the higher the body count goes the better they like it, whether we talking about gun violence, terrorism or anything else that creates an opportunity that can then be exploited to the fullest.  And we all know that their motto is, “Never let a crisis go to waste.”  However, when it comes to their drive for gun control Democrats seem quite willing to never let a dead child go to waste.  And remember the words of Democrat ‘Fast Eddie’ Rendell, when speaking about the Sandy Hook school shooting.  You know, when he said the good thing about Newtown was that it was so horrific. 

And let’s also remember that the Democrat Party is the very same political party whose members very loudly support the Black Lives Matter movement as they advocate for more cops to be assassinated.  What we have here is a very purposeful Marxist attempt to disarm Americans.  When it was made a crime to spank your kids and kids were encouraged to report being yelled at at home, or other such hanging offenses, the left essentially took away those time-tested forms of building good citizens with a sense of respect and discipline.  What we have now, for the most part, is what results from letting a village raise your kids.  Hey, here’s a nutty idea.  Instead of focusing on guns, how about we put Jesus back in our schools.

Look, we all know how Democrats seek to politicize ‘everything.’  They create a climate of hate and then blame others when shit happens.  Remember when Murphy and many of his colleagues spoke on the senate floor and expressed outrage over the number of shooting deaths in Chicago?  Neither do I!  Here we have another cynical and duplicitous ploy from the Left to distract us from their hand in desensitizing our youth to violence, misogyny and general antisocial behavior via Hollyweird, social media, pornography, vulgar lyrics, obscene "art" etc.  Perhaps the Democrats would care to tell us how many mass school shootings we had in the 50's, 60's and 70's.  What’s been the biggest change in our society since then?  Rabid Progressivism!

And just a little something on a totally unrelated issue, the upcoming midterm elections, elections upon which so much will be riding.  I think it fair to say that the forces of darkness as now working very hard to marshal their forces, possessing what is a certain level of confidence in being able to ride a wave of dissatisfaction regarding President Trump.  Now say what you will about him, but I am very confident in saying that, economically speaking, the president very much now has this country headed in the right direction.  And if we should be foolish enough to hand control of Congress back to Schumer and Pelosi, it would prove difficult for the president to keep them from heading us right back into the ditch.  So please keep that in mind.
