What is it about those in the Democrat Party that has them so convinced that they, and only they, are the ones who must be in charge and allowed to dictate to the rest of us how it is that we MUST live our lives regardless of the fact that we have our own beliefs on how best to do that. And why is that there are so many Americans who are so willing to go along with the Democrats no matter what the consequences may be for doing so? It has been over that last few decades that everything the Democrats have touched, and I mean every single thing, has turned to shit. And it was the brief four-year reprieve we had from that, that no one seems to want to return to.
And it’s one of the best examples of what it is that
the Democrat Party has now become that we have in the person of one Jamie
Raskin, a Democrat from the People’s Republic of Maryland. Raskin is a real
piece of work. And it was during an appearance this past Thursday on MSDNC’s
“All In” that Raskin made the claim that an “insurrectionist philosophy” had
spread within the Republican Party. And it’s rather odd, don’t you think, that
here we have an advocate for the “protests,” and even riots, that occurred
between 2016 and 2020 who now thinks that the only people who are a problem are
the ones that wanted the Feds to investigate the 2020 election.
And it was in discussing members of the Proud Boys who
were recently found guilty of seditious conspiracy that Raskin said, “There
were definite intermediaries of Roger Stone was clearly one of them, and there
were other people who were operating either in back channels or openly, like
Steve Bannon, to connect the effort of a political coup overthrowing the
election with all of the violence and the turbulence that was brought outside
of the Capital.” So says Mr. Raskin, the raving communist lunatic who seems to
come by his rather hardcore leftist proclivities naturally as he is, oddly
enough, also the son of a raving communist lunatic. Imagine that.
Anyway Raskin continued, “The scary thing to me is
that the insurrectionist philosophy behind this extraordinary event has only
spread within the Republican Party and is now a defining attribute of their
understanding of the Second Amendment. You can hear my colleagues Matt Gates,
Lauren Boebert, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Chip Roy talk about how the purpose of
the Second Amendment is to allow the people to overthrow the government. Which
means, by definition, to attack the police and to overthrow anybody who’s
defending our government.” It was then that Raskin tried to show off his
supposed detailed knowledge of the U.S. Constitution.
Raskin added, “This is despite the fact that there
are half a dozen different places in the Constitution that specifically condemn
insurrection. Article One, Section Eight, Clause 15, for example, says Congress
has the power to call forth the state militias in order to suppress
insurrections. The Republican Guarantee Clause says, we, in Congress, have got
to guarantee to the people of the United States a republican form of government
and put down domestic violence against the states and on and on. It’s even in
the 14th Amendment which says that if you swore an oath to the Constitution,
then you violated by participating in insurrection, you can ever hold federal
or state office again."
Oddly it’s when a position is taken that runs
counter to the radical left agenda of the Democrat Party that it is always
described as being an insurrection of one form or another. There is no
insurrection, at least not on the part of those on the right, not by anyone’s
definition. What there is, is opposition to the radical Democrat extremists,
like Raskin, who want to transform America to socialism. That is why patriotic
American citizens are so angrily opposed to these political elitists and their
bureaucratic lackeys. Abuse of power is not patriotic, nor is using the government
to silence and imprison your political opponents. Real patriots are fighting
back.
Actually, it’s insurrection, rebellion, domestic
terrorism, sedition, and more that is found only on the left. Subversion is
widespread in the Democrat Party, especially their leadership, and it endangers
our Republic. Contrary to Mr. Raskin, it’s Democrats who are storming state
capitals all over the country, using incendiary rhetoric and making threats,
and yet the left calls them heroes and freedom fighters. How ironic? Democrats
are doing mass shootings! Democrats are running these war zone cities!
Democrats refuse to prosecute violent criminals! Democrats are persecuting
Americans for not being Leftists! Democrats are violently storming state
capitals.
Raskin is another of those who simply turns a blind
eye while hordes of leftist scum stormed at least three state legislatures, attempting
to overthrow the proceedings going on inside because they didn’t like what laws
that these elected representatives of the people were discussing. Billions of
dollars in damage has been caused by rioting leftists, while getting police
forces across the nation defunded and changing laws so the serial felons are
released back on our streets with no bail, and in many cases with charges
dropped! THAT’S WHAT A TRUE INSURRECTION IS! Not some people walking through a
government building after the police hold the door open for them.
I would suggest to Mr. Raskin that perhaps he re-read
the Declaration of Independence. It’s VERY clear how the Founders felt about
tyrannical governments and what course should be taken when no peaceful
solution can be found. Second, no good Republican wants to leave the United
States, rather we want it run the way in which it was intended to be run.
Turning it into a socialist state isn’t going to work for us. That’s, Mr.
Raskin, tyranny. Here’s the REAL issue. We don’t want to live under their rules
any more than they want to live under ours. The real difference is we don’t get
a kick out of telling the other side how to live the same way they do.
Has Raskin ever wondered why it might be that those
of us on the other side are so displeased with how he and his ilk are running
things? Apparently, we’re simply supposed to accept the fact that crime is
through the roof, that Democrats insist upon defunding our police and that
certain DAs refuse to enforce the law. And we’re just supposed to live with
high inflation, the dollar losing its value, an open border and six million
illegals running loose around the country. And finally. Joey has us involved in
a European war costing billions. In other words, the Biden Administration
ruined American lives in favor of illegals and implementing European laws.
And so once again, whatever Leftists and Democrats
say that is bad and happening within the Republican party, it always turns out
to be what’s happening within their own constituent-groups. In 2015, activistic
components of the FBI infiltrated the campaign of Donald Trump under the guise
of lying to a federal judge in order to obtain warrants against three campaign
operatives. Continuing the insurrectionist activities with opposition research,
based on lies, done by the Hitlery camp that was used to justify an over two-and-a-half-year
investigation into President Trump, which found nothing. But things didn’t stop
there, not by a long shot.
Because continuing with more insurrectionist
activities was the U.S. House of Representatives that brought charges, impeachment
proceedings, based on an illegal whistleblower, Army Lt. Colonel, who committed
treason. And this is just barely touching the tip of the iceberg of
insurrectionist activities by the Left and the Democrats. Because it has been
nonstop character assassination and all manner of trumped up charges that the
Democrats have continued to use in what has been the continuing vendetta against
President Trump and their ongoing efforts to prevent him from running again in
2024. And yet we’re somehow the insurrectionists?
Let’s put this in perspective. Elected officials of
the Democrat Party have frequently called for violent protests at the drop of a
hat. Civilian members of the Democrat Party frequently answer those calls with
violence that has resulted repeatedly in millions of dollars of real property
damage, looting, beatings and even killings. The entire party is beholden to
millions of dollars from a cabal of corrupt billionaires led by a guy named
Soros. Our *president is in the pay of the Chinese Communist Party, and his
administration is actively involved in the trafficking of illegal immigrant
children for labor and sex work, according to a recent grand jury report.
Finally, suppose ‘MAGA
extremists’ did adopt a ‘insurrectionist philosophy.’ Is it not the right of
every American to vote for those who espouse their preferred political
philosophies? If the American public wants a ‘legal insurrection’ to take place
in government, is it not their right to vote for one? The problem with MAGA
opponents is that they believe it’s OK to prevent the people from voting for a
political philosophy that they support. MAGA’s opponents want to control who
you can vote for, and they will use any means to prevent such candidates from
appearing on ballots. This is not the ‘democracy’ they claim to be defending.
They are, in fact, enemies of democracy.
