THE LEFT REMAINS DEFIANT WHEN IT COMES TO ‘CLIMATE CHANGE’…

Despite the best efforts of those rabid leftists everywhere, including some pretty prominent, and very persistent, voices right here at home, to push the ‘climate change’ agenda down this nation's throat at every possible opportunity, little headway seems to have been made in moving forward in  that endeavor.  You see, the Left just doesn't seem to quite understand the fact that the vast majority of Americans simply don't give a flying fart about this presumed to be looming apocalypse that the leftists see as being caused by what is nothing more than their theoretical concept of ‘manmade climate change’.

And as proof of that assumption on my part I would like to cite a recent Pew Survey that reveals ‘climate change’ is much more of a concern to citizens in 36 of 40 other industrialized nations than it is to those here in these United States.  The survey to which I refer polled 40 industrialized nations and notes that we here in America came in with a score of a 8.78 on an index scale that ranked levels of concern.  It was a score of 12 that reflected those "most concerned."  How dare we here in America refuse to take this threat seriously.  A threat that, if you believe those on the left, is of our own making.

Apparently the U.S. came in tied with the U.K. in terms of its citizens' lack of concern regarding climate change. And, according to this poll, even Russia's concern-level ranked higher.  Brazil ranked the highest with an 11.42.  So, at the end of the day, as the survey put it: "Americans and Chinese, whose economies are responsible for the greatest annual CO2 emissions, are among the least concerned."  Look, CO2 is emitted every time you exhale and every time some cow farts.  And we doubt that any of this will deter the Left, mind you.  After all, they've never been ones to take actual scientific data into account.

So instead of sweating (no pun intended) something like ‘global warming, climate change, climate disruption, or whatever nomenclature the Left chooses to use in describing their greatest fear, it’s 60 percent of Americans who have come to feel that Barry ‘O’ is doing, what most see as being, a pretty shitty job when it comes to protecting them from what they see as being the real danger, that being Radical Moslem terrorists.  It is these same terrorists that most Americans now view as representing a very clear and present danger and they don’t see it being adequately addressed by Barry ‘O’.  

And it’s in listening to what’s been coming out of the mouth of Hitlery Clinton of late that should cause more Americans to call into question her willingness to combat these radical Moslem extremists.  Because she too is far more forceful when describing the threat posed by ‘climate change’ than she is in when talking about the threat from an enemy whose name she, like Barry, can’t even bring herself to speak.  So how is it, exactly, that you can combat an enemy when you refuse to even call that enemy by its rightful name?  It is, I guess, just so much easier to declare war on something whimsical like ‘climate change’. 

And in spite of the fact that she would be unlikely to expend any more energy than Barry has in combating that which poses the greatest known threat to this country, millions of Americans simply cannot wait to cast their vote for Hitlery Clinton.  The Left always enjoys speaking about what’s best for the children, but if we lose this war against these radical Moslems, which many say we are well on our way to doing, what sort of future is it that we will be making possible for those very same children?  How is it that, as responsible parents, we can even consider allowing such a thing?  Are we, like Barry, that narcissistic?

Are we really so selfish as to be perfectly content in allowing the desires of one political party to trump the creating of the best future possible for our children?  Am I the only one who views that as being more than just a bit insane?  Are we really intent upon putting our own “needs” above the “needs” of our children.  Because by voting for Hitlery that’s exactly what we’ll be doing.  Those who want to kill us pose a much greater risk to us than does the fanciful concept of manmade ‘climate change.’  But the Democrat Party doesn’t quite see it that way, so it must be up to us to show them.  

GEORGE SOROS, ONE MAN’S CONTINUING VENDETTA AGAINST OUR REPUBLIC…PART II…

What follows here is a ‘Top 10 List’ of reasons why George Soros is, in fact,  a very dangerous man and is someone who means to do our country as much harm as he possibly can:

1.  Gives billions to left-wing causes:  Soros started the Open Society Institute in 1993 as a way to spread his wealth to progressive causes.  Using Open Society as a conduit, Soros has given more than $7 billion to a who’s who of left-wing groups.  This partial list of recipients of Soros’ money says it all: ACORN, Apollo Alliance, National Council of La Raza, Tides Foundation, Huffington Post, Southern Poverty Law Center, Soujourners, People for the American Way, Planned Parenthood, and the National Organization for Women.

2.  Influence on U.S. elections:  Soros once said that removing President George W. Bush from office in 2004 was the “central focus of my life.”  He put his money where his mouth is, giving $23.58 million to various 527 groups dedicated to defeating Bush.  He got little return on his investment.  His early financial support helped jump-start Barry “Almighty’s” political career.  Soros hosted a 2004 fund-raiser for Barry when he was running for the Illinois Senate and gave the maximum-allowed contribution within hours of Barry’s announcement that he was running for president.

3.  Wants to curtail American sovereignty:  Soros would like nothing better than for America to become subservient to international bodies.  He wants more power for groups such as the World Bank and International Monetary Fund, even while saying the U.S. role in the IMF should be “downsized.”  In 1998, he wrote:  “Insofar as there are collective interests that transcend state boundaries, the sovereignty of states must be subordinated to international law and international institutions.”

4.  Media Matters:  Soros is a financial backer of Media Matters for America, a progressive media watchdog group that hyperventilates over any conservative view that makes it into the mainstream media.  Its founder, David Brock, has openly declared war on Fox News, and has let it be known that the group continues its “guerrilla warfare and sabotage” against the cable news channel, and works to disrupt the commercial interests of owner Rupert Murdoch—an odd mission for a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt educational foundation that is barred from participating in partisan political activity.

5.  MoveOn.org:  Soros has been a major funder of MoveOn.org, another progressive advocacy group and political action committee that raises millions for liberal candidates.  This is the group that had on its website an ad comparing President George W. Bush to Adolf Hitler and ran the infamous “General Betray Us” ad in the New York Times, disparaging the integrity of Gen. David Petraeus.

6.  Center for American Progress:  once headed by John Podesta, White House chief of staff under ‘Slick Willie Clinton, and now headed by someone named Neera Tanden. Ms. Tanden’s primary claim to fame is that she once worked on Michael Dukakis’ presidential campaign. The Center for American Progress has been instrumental in providing progressive talking points and policy positions for Barry Almighty”.  There has also been a revolving door between the White House and the Soros-funded think tank, with Barry staffing his administration with many CAP officials.

7.  Environmental extremism:  Former Barry “Almighty” green jobs czar Van Jones and his leftist environmental ideas have been funded by Soros’ money at these groups: the Ella Baker Center, Green For All, the Center for American Progress, and the Apollo Alliance, which was instrumental in getting $110 billion in green initiatives included in Barry’s stimulus package.  Soros also funds the Climate Policy Initiative to address global warming and gave Friends of the Earth money to “integrate a climate equity perspective in the presidential transition.”

8.  America Coming Together:  Soros gave nearly $20 million to this 527 group with the express purpose of defeating President George W. Bush. A massive get-out-the-vote effort, ACT’s door-to-door canvassing teams included numerous felons, its voter registration drives were riddled with fraud, and it handed out incendiary fliers and made misleading taped phone calls to voters.  ACT was fined $775,000 by the Federal Election Commission for violations of various federal campaign finance laws.

9.  Currency manipulation:  A large part of Soros’ multibillion-dollar fortune has come from manipulating currencies.  During the 1997 Asian financial crisis, Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir bin Mohamad accused him of bringing down the nation’s currency through his trading activities, and in Thailand he was called an “economic war criminal.”  Known as “The Man who Broke the Bank of England,” Soros initiated a British financial crisis by dumping 10 billion sterling, forcing the devaluation of the currency and gaining a billion-dollar profit.

10.  Delusions:  Soros has repeatedly said that he sees himself as a messianic figure.  Who but a megalomaniac would make these comments?  “I admit that I have always harbored an exaggerated view of my self-importance—to put it bluntly, I fancied myself as some kind of god” or “I carried some rather potent messianic fantasies with me from childhood, which I felt I had to control, otherwise I might end up in the loony bin.”  If only the loony bin were an option.  As it is, one of the wealthiest men in the world is using his billions to impose a radical agenda on America.

So you see, this is what we Freedom Loving Americans are now up against.  So while those on the left work very hard to paint men like the ‘Koch Brothers’ as being the true villains, we have far more to fear from sinister men like Soros.  But having said that, I am not speaking as any kind of an advocate for the Kochs, instead what I would like to see happen is for far more of the American people to start thinking for themselves and to finally come to the realization that men like Soros have made it so our country is now hanging by a thread.  And that it is going to take us ALL working together to thwart these men. Because he is far from being alone in this leftist quest to destroy our country.

GEORGE SOROS, ONE MAN’S CONTINUING VENDETTA AGAINST OUR REPUBLIC…PART I…

Just in case you might not have noticed, or you’re a scumbag Democrat and don’t particularly care, the United States of America is a lot less free today than it was decades ago, or even seven years ago.  And what those on left are now frantically in search of is what they would consider as being that final stake that they can then drive through the heart of the country they view as being the source of all evil. What’s sought is a globalist victory the purpose of which is to put an end to our sovereignty, our Bill of Rights and our Constitution. Because they cannot co-exist in a collectivist society. Putting an end to our Republic has long been the stated goal of one of those most devoted of leftists, George Soros.

Soros’ social justice vision is virtually identical to that of Karl Marx, except that Soros believes in a small elite and privileged society of which he would, of course, be one of the principal members.  Soros founded a group that calls itself, ‘The Open Society.’  The term “open society” was originally coined back in 1932 by the French philosopher Henri Louis Bergson, to describe societies whose moral codes were founded upon “universal” principles seeking to enhance the welfare of all mankind—as opposed to “closed” societies that placed self-interest above any concern for other nations and cultures.  So you can plainly see how it is that Soros has come to see himself.

Soros doesn’t believe in sovereignty or in absolutes such as God. He believes in all things being relative and morals that can shift according to the common good as defined by the collective.  Soros-funded initiatives aim at voting; open borders; forcing through progressive candidates and legislation’ disarming the US; abolishing the Second Amendment; corrupting Christianity; particularly the Catholic Church; forcing leftist values into the judicial system; universal health care; organizations that force leftist ideals into music, art, and all media; radical environmentalism; drug legalization; global government; radical feminism; euthanasia; and anti-Israel agreements with Palestine.

Soros also has what can only be defined as being a radical anti-gun agenda. He has teamed up with Mayors Against Illegal Guns, the Bloomberg initiative, which was recently outed as an organization whose goal is to confiscate guns. Over 50 mayors have quit because of it.  The Soros organization, the National League of Cities, is actively pushing extreme anti-gun measures.  Measures such as: Registration of all handguns, Banning semi-automatic firearms, Cracking down on gun shows, A thirty-day waiting period on all gun purchases, Ending the manufacture of magazines holding more than 10-rounds, and Turning parks, libraries and other public places into so-called “gun free” zones.

But I think it is very safe to assume that these measures would only be the beginning.  Because, you see, complete confiscation is Soros’ true end goal. The National League of Cities is made up of 49 affiliated state Municipal Leagues, who are ACTIVELY working in state legislatures and city councils nationwide.  And anyone who has taken the time to look into the UN Small Arms Treaty knows confiscation is the goal of the left.  One can only imagine how vulnerable those of us who value what remains of our freedoms would become if Soros, and the left, was able to succeed in that goal.  We can not, WE MUST NOT, allow that to happen at any cost!  There would be no going back!

Soros is a principal philanthropist for the leftist ‘Dark Side’, one who has used his ‘charities’ to inculcate recipients of his largesse with indoctrination. Take the Catholics and other religious groups.  They are an easy mark because they believe in social justice. However, social justice in religion and in politics are not necessarily the same. He funds the Sojourners which makes wealth redistribution into a biblical mandate. There is the Catholics in Alliance for the Common Good which brands individualism and capitalism as evil. Catholics for Choice is pushing for full abortion rights. If Soros can defeat pro-lifers, he can completely corrupt the church and its 100 million followers in the U.S.

Soros also funds organizations like the Progressive States Network which aggressively seeks to pass Progressive legislation in the States; and his Progressive Change Committee which campaigns for the most Progressive candidates. Indeed, the leftists have most of the cities under their control.  Soros also helps fund the Center for American Progress, which has the ear of the president on every issue. Soros has a dream for the world and in order to make it work, he must defeat the Republic and turn the United States into a democracy, which is a euphemism for socialism. His ‘Open Society’ is a social justice, economic justice, environmental justice, pro-abortion, pro-population control, UN-friendly, Marxist society.

John Podesta is the former president and is now the Chair and Counselor for the Center for American Progress (CAP), yet another insidious Soros front group.  Podesta currently serves as the Chairman of the 2016 Hitlery Clinton presidential campaign.  And it was Podesta who has previously served as Chief of Staff to ‘Slick Willie’ Clinton and Counselor to Barry “Almighty.”  And it was Podesta who worked with the Administration at the White House to push through Barry’s decidedly leftist agenda by circumventing Congress.  So courtesy of Podesta, we can see how deeply Soros has managed to get his tentacles into our political system. 

The Center for American Progress laid out the blueprint for the use of executive orders, rule making, agencies et al, to circumvent Congress in the organization’s definitive report, “The Power of the President, Recommendations to Advance Progressive Change.”  To quote Mr. Podesta, ‘The ability of President Obama to accomplish important change through these powers should not be underestimated.’  Using obfuscating language, the essay encourages Barry “Almighty” to use the powers they think he has to ignore Congress and the confines of the Constitution. It outlines a plan for an extremely powerful Executive Branch. They advise Barry to use his “constitutional powers:”

•Executive orders

•Rulemaking

•Agency management

•Convening and creating public-private partnerships [crony socialism]

•Commanding the armed forces [sequestration?]

•Diplomacy [lying?]

And it’s on the issue of open borders, which is what amnesty condones, that almost all the groups opposing any restrictions on immigration reform are all funded by Soros. And in the past it has been several of these same groups who have promised to “punish” Republicans who do not support immigration reform with a path to citizenship now. For instance, the groups such as The Fair Immigration Reform Movement (FIRM), America’s Voice, and Center for Community Change are all Soros-funded groups.  We simply cannot allow a shadow culture to continue in our society and something must be done but Soros hopes to make ill use of the opportunity.

The immigration fight has successfully been turned into racism against Hispanics when in fact, forty percent of the people sneaking into the U.S. are from countries other than Mexico, Central and South America. The propaganda has worked and it is why Soros funds untold numbers of far-left groups.  His Migration Policy Institute seeks to create “a North America with gradually disappearing border controls … with permanent migration remaining at moderate levels.”  The issue for Soros isn’t just about helping illegal immigrants, it’s about erasing our borders and our sovereignty. It’s about creating tens of millions of Democrat voters because people from statist nations vote for statists.

The Brennan Center for Justice which is also Soros-funded, aims to restore voting rights to felons immediately following conviction because felons overwhelmingly vote for Democrats. Everyone is falling in line and buying into the idea that it will be part of their rehabilitation. This is in no small part due to the media.  When the Brennan Center for Justice, part of NYU’s Law School, came out against voting law changes, including voter ID as racist and anti-poor, based on a study before the 2012 election, The New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and CBS News failed to note that the study was funded by George Soros. They do make a point of the Koch Brothers funding Libertarian or Conservative causes. The price tag for the study came to over $10 million.

And so it would seem that money is no object to a man like Soros, if in the end his objectives are met.  And when you stop and think about how much good he could do with vast wealth, is seems all the more disgusting that what he seeks to do instead is to make life that much more difficult for so many people.  It simply makes no sense to me.  But then, I’m not some braindead leftist who’s determined to wreak as much havoc as my billions will allow.  I firmly believe that there is a special place in Hell currently being reserved for this pathetic piece of shit.  I only wish that he hurry up and get there.  But then, or so I’m told, the son is waiting in the wings to gladly pick up wherever it is that the father leaves off.  Treason seems to run in the family.  

HOW ABOUT WE DEPORT THE UNITED NATIONS???

Well folks, we the American taxpayers are once again being told to simply bend over and spread ‘em  as we once more will be forced to cover more than one-fifth of the total United Nations’ regular budget next year, as well as more than one-quarter of the much-larger peacekeeping budget, for what is a grand total of approximately $2,957,000,000.  You see, it was just before Christmas that the U.N. General Assembly approved a regular operating budget of $5.4 Billion for the 2016-17 period. (That budget is calculated biannually.)  Of the $2.7 billion earmarked for 2016, the U.S. will account for 22 percent, or $594 Million.  What a deal!

However, the sad truth regarding the full extent of just how badly we are going to really get screwed in providing funding for the U.N. system is that we will likely be forced to provide considerably more than that.  You see, the $2.957 billion figure comprises the U.S. “assessed contributions” to the two main budgets, but the U.S. in addition provides much more in what’s described as “voluntary contributions” to a whole host of U.N. agencies.  And the last time the administration was obliged by law to provide Congress with a full breakdown, the total for fiscal year 2010 was a whopping $7.69 Billion.  Sadly that reporting requirement fell away in 2011.

And I’m sure that it will come as absolutely no surprise to anyone to hear that our incredibly imbecilic U.S. Ambassador to the U.N., Ms. Samantha Power, cheerfully tweeted out her congratulations to the U.S. team involved in all of the committee haggling over the budget – or what she described as being “tough negotiations to secure more fair UN budget to slow growing costs & take steps to streamline UN ops.”  What the Hell is this crazy bitch talking about?  Tough negotiations, when? A fair U.N. budget, what?  Streamlining UN ops, where?  She’s a freaking lunatic!  But then what do expect from someone nominated by the anti-America president, Barry “Almighty”?

The U.S. rate of 22 percent does remain unchanged in the latest approved “scale of assessments”, meanwhile Red China will now be liable for a bigger proportion of the total budget, although it remains very far behind that of the U.S.  You see, Red China’s assessment for the regular budget has jumped from 5.148 percent to what I’m sure it sees as being a staggering amount to 7.921 percent.  That means Red China will now be the third biggest contributor to that budget after the U.S. at 22 percent and Japan at 9.68 percent. And yes, I’m being sarcastic when referencing the amount paid by Red China as being staggering. Because it most certainly is not.

And it’s according to data compiled by the Heritage Foundation that we see the American taxpayers’ share of the U.N. regular budget exceeds that paid by their counterparts in 176 other U.N. member-states, combined; while the U.S. proportion of the peacekeeping budget is bigger than that contributed by 185 other countries, combined.  There are 193 U.N. member-states. When decisions are made on the U.N. budget, the U.S. has the same (one) vote as does every other member, despite the size of its contribution. America’s 22 percent contribution comes with no more weight in the budget process than the 0.001 percent paid by the lowest-assessed nations.

And yet, what is it that all of this money gains for those of us in America?  Actually, when you stop and look at the amount of positive return that we get it’s clearly a pretty shitty investment. Because we get very little in return for the amount that we’re forced to spend.  Personally, I’ve been a longtime opponent to this pathetic cadre of dictators, tyrants and despots.  It serves no useful purpose and frankly I’m not all that sure it ever did. And I would argue that it long ago got to where it simply no longer deserved to remain on U.S. soil.  We should remove ourselves from the organization and provide to the remaining members 60 days to vacate the premises.

ON THE SUBJECT OF…’THE DONALD’…

George Will recently made a rather impassioned plea to ‘conservatives’ in a Washington Post column earlier this week.  His thesis?  That Donald Trump’s nomination could mean no less than the end of the “conservative party.”  What he said was: “Conservatives’ highest priority now must be to prevent Trump from winning the Republican nomination in this, the GOP’s third epochal intraparty struggle in 104 years.”  I find it somewhat hypocritical that Will can use such language when talking about Trump, and not be bothered in the least by GOP members of Congress.

While I suppose one can argue that Will is certainly no crackpot, he has now joined a crowd that has begun to sound a bit like a broken record on the subject of Trump.  Look, anyone who bothers to look at Donald Trump’s record, to say nothing of the policies he espouses today, can see that he’s not a “conservative” in what has become the generally accepted form of the word.  Having said that, he is extraordinarily right-wing on some things – immigration, for instance while at the same time being relatively liberal on others, such as taxation.

But let’s face reality here, the electing of so many ‘Establishment’ Republicans, aka RINOs, is what resulted in our current House of Representatives. I wonder, does Speaker Paul ‘RINO’ Ryan qualify as a conservative in George Will’s estimation?  Apparently so.  Yet this gutless coward just presided over a $1.1 trillion spending bill that reads like a Democrat Party wish list. That’s to say nothing of the last eight years, which have been marred by one Republican surrender after another. Or the last two elections, where ‘Establishment’ Republicans were trounced by Barry.

Let’s face it, at the end of the day, Trump is the ONLY ‘Republican’ willing to do the ugly work of securing our southern border.  Because if we continue to allow illegal immigration to run wild, as it has especially over the course of the last seven years, it won’t matter if we elect the ghost of Ronald Reagan next November; the game is officially up. This is the Democrat Party’s ultimate demographic triumph, and it could forever push the GOP to second-tier status. Without a country where laws matter, what difference does it make who the president might happen to be?

Even Trump’s biggest supporters regularly express reservations about him. No one is going into this exercise in presidential politics with the even slightest belief that he’s as great and as wise as he boasts. No one is fooled by his “there will be so much winning” rhetoric.  Many of his supporters even have serious doubts as to whether he can actually deport 11 million illegal immigrants.  But political bluster wasn’t invented by ‘The Donald’, and you would have to have been born yesterday to buy into any campaign promises without chasing them with a grain of salt.

What Trump brings to the table, however, is a rather refreshing disdain for politics-as-usual.  And as his numbers continue to grow, it could be that his supporters recognize that there’s more wrong with this country than which party is occupying the White House. There is an infection in the system. Is Trump the cure?  We may soon find out. Personally, I am not at this point in our current election season, not a supporter of Donald Trump.  He is not who I will be voting for in the primary in my state.  Having said that, I am extremely glad to see him in the race.  

OBAMA NOT BOTHERED BY THE PLIGHT OF COAL MINERS…

It was during his recent interview on National Public Radio (NPR), before heading off on another vacation, that Barry “Almighty” said opposition to his policies by coal miners and many people in Appalachia is “perfectly legitimate”.  And it struck me as odd that he would say such a thing about those who I’ve always thought were pretty reliable Democrat voters.  I mean aren’t states like Pennsylvania and West Virginia pretty Blue when it comes to where they are on the political spectrum? 

It was during this interview that Barry said, “If you are living in a town that historically has relied on coal and you see coal jobs diminishing, you probably are going to be more susceptible to the argument that I’ve been wiping out the economy in your area.”  And he then went on to say, “If somebody tells you that this is because of Obama’s war on coal, well, you know, that’s an argument you may be sympathetic to. And that’s perfectly legitimate.”

And it’s an argument that would be true.  Coal mines lost a total of 7,500 jobs in the in 2015 alone.  The direct cause?  That would be the federal regulations aimed at preventing ‘global warming’ and the resulting decline in the price of coal. A study in April found the coal industry lost 50,000 jobs from 2008 to 2012 due to regulations and cheap natural gas. The “coal country” of Appalachia has been economically devastated and has very few job options for the now unemployed workers.

The situation for coal miners will likely get very much worse if Barry’s “Almighty’s” Clean Power Plan is implemented. The Energy Information Administration predicts that the plan would more than double the number of coal plants shutting down over the next five years. The shutdown would have a cascading effect, causing coal production to collapse even further, by more than 30 percent over the next decade. And yet, it’s many of these same people who intend to vote for Hitlery.

And the reason for that likely has much to with the fact that Barry responded to such a situation in the way leftists always do when it’s the consequences their job-killing policies that can be pointed to as being responsible for adverse results.  What Barry did was to offer $14.5 million in federal funding for programs to retrain out-of-work coal miners.  Miners that were essentially put out of work after Barry decided to impose regulations that greatly hampered the American coal industry.

Now look, I fully recognize the fact that we have as president a ‘man’ who not only shows preference to blue states, but also goes out of his way to punish red states and, most damaging, dismisses many other states.  Democrats have followed him in lock step, and I find it a bit unusual that that is even the case when it comes to many energy-producing states.  Which causes me some level of confusion, because I’m not sure how one can support a party that’s so determined to kill my profession.

The fact is, we have in this country over 120 years-worth of coal lying in the ground. And it’s because of non-existent ‘climate change’ that, unless a new Republican president reverses at least some the insanity that has been put in place by Barry “Almighty’ that will likely stay there.  Stop and think how many jobs would be created, or how many are not being created, to get this coal out of the ground.  And why?  The answer is politics.  Politics over putting people to work.  

OBAMA, AMERICANS ARE SIMPLY TOO UNINFORMED TO UNDERSTAND HIS BRILLIANCE…

Before leaving Washington on his next multi-Million, taxpayer funded vacation in Hawaii, it was in a year-end interview with National Public Radio (NPR), aka your tax dollars at work, that Barry said that while criticism of his strategy to combat the Islamic State group is legitimate, he said that the problem lies not with the strategy being employed but, instead, with failure to keep the public informed about what exactly Barry and his team are doing to combat the terror group.  According to Barry, the most damage the group can do to the U.S. is to force Americans to change how they live or what they believe in.  Barry said, "I think that there is a legitimate criticism of what I've been doing and our administration has been doing in the sense that we haven't, you know, on a regular basis I think described all the work that we've been doing for more than a year now to defeat ISIL."  

Barry says that if people don't know about the thousands of airstrikes that have been launched against IS targets since August 2014, or aren't aware that towns in Iraq once controlled by the group have been retaken, "then they might feel as if there's not enough of a response."  He said, "And so part of our goal here is to make sure that people are informed about all the actions that we're taking."  But as is always the case with this guy is the fact that quantity always, ALWAYS, takes precedence over quality.  What good is accomplished by these thousands of airstrikes when the targets being chosen result in very little impact being made upon the enemy?  Barry has demonstrated time and again that he underestimated the danger to the homeland represented by this enemy, even being unable to put the proper name to that enemy.  He is far more interested in fighting the NRA than he is ISIS.

To that end, Barry proceeded to outline what has been, and, I assume, will continue to be, his ‘strategy’ against ISIS in a nationally televised address from the Oval Office on Dec. 6, days after a radicalized married couple who had pledged allegiance to an IS leader opened fire on the husband's co-workers in San Bernardino, California, killing 14 and heightening people's fears about home-grown extremism.  The Islamic State group also claimed responsibility for a series of attacks that killed 130 people in Paris about two weeks before the California shooting.  But it was during his address that Barry seemed to be far more concerned about gun control in America than Islamic terror attacks.  Barry failed to soothe the public's anxieties about attacks on the U.S. through a series of public appearances with members of his national security team regarding potential threats to the U.S. homeland.

After one of those briefings, which took place at the National Counterterrorism Center, Barry said publicly that officials had no specific, credible information suggesting a potential attack against the U.S.  He urged people to be vigilant during the holidays.  In this same interview Barry also urged keeping the situation in perspective, saying that ISIS "is not an organization that can destroy the United States."  Barry said, "But they can hurt us, and they can hurt our people and our families. And so I understand why people are worried."  Adding, "The most damage they can do, though, is if they start changing how we live and what our values are, and part of my message over the next 14 months or 13 months that I remain in office is to just make sure that we remember who we are and make sure that our resilience, our values, our unity are maintained."  Barry said, "If we do that then ISIL will be defeated."

And it was in this same NPR interview that Barry also said that Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is exploiting economic anxiety among workers, particularly among "blue-collar men" with some of his rhetoric.  Trump has argued for temporarily banning Moslems from entering the United States, and has made comments about those entering the illegally.  With economic stresses and flat wages, Barry said, "there is going to be potential anger, frustration, fear.”  And Barry claimed that Mr. Trump is trying very hard to take advantage of that.  Barry then put forth the rather idiotic premise that the only reason that Trump has been able to gain significant traction in the Republican primary is because the boisterous billionaire has found a way to play off American anxieties, especially among "blue-collar men."  But all Trump is doing to point out how ‘Obamanomics’ has been a complete bust.

Here’s how Barry himself put it: "I do think that when you combine that demographic change with all the economic stresses that people have been going through — because of the financial crisis, because of technology, because of globalization, the fact that wages and incomes have been flat-lining for some time, and that particularly blue-collar men have had a lot of trouble in this new economy, where they are no longer getting the same bargain that they got when they were going to a factory and able to support their families on a single paycheck — you combine those things, and it means that there is going to be potential anger, frustration, fear.”  And he went on to say, "Some of it justified, but just misdirected. I think somebody like Mr. Trump is taking advantage of that. That's what he's exploiting during the course of his campaign."  Trump is exploiting nothing, he’s merely pointing out the facts.

And it’s much of that anger and frustration that has been directed at Barry himself. Pressed on whether he understands why some regular Americans blame him and believe he is changing the country for the worse, Barry once again played the race card saying, "Well, look, if what you are asking me, Steve, is are there certain circumstances around being the first African-American president that might not have confronted a previous president, absolutely.”  Let me be perfectly clear, the reason, the ONLY reason that I remain so adamantly opposed to Barry, and his policies, has absolutely nothing, what-so-freaking-ever, to do with fact that he is black.  My objections to him are based entirely on the fact that he is obviously a very devoted socialist and he came into office on a mission to “fundamentally transform the United States of America.”  And those are his words, not mine!

And then Barry went on to say, "If what you are suggesting is that, you know, somebody questioning whether I was born in the United States or not, how do I think about that, I would say that that's something that is actively promoted and may gain traction because of my unique demographic. I don't think that that's a big stretch. ... The fact of the matter is that in a big country like this, there is always going to be folks who are frustrated, don't like the direction of the country, are concerned about the president.” With a year left to go in presidency I think it’s a little too late to be worried about whether or not he was born in this country.  While I do think there were some legitimate questions that could have, and should have, been asked back in 2008 on any number of topics, our state-controlled media could not have been less interested in looking into Barry’s background.

Barry then went on to say, "Some of them may not like my policies, some of them may just not like how I walk, or my big ears or, you know. So, I mean, no politician, I think, aspires to 100 percent approval ratings. If you are referring to specific strains in the Republican Party that suggest that somehow I'm different, I'm Muslim, I'm disloyal to the country, etc., which unfortunately is pretty far out there and gets some traction in certain pockets of the Republican Party, and that have been articulated by some of their elected officials, what I'd say there is that that's probably pretty specific to me and who I am and my background, and that in some ways I may represent change that worries them.” Barry noted, however, that there are those who object to his policies and may have "perfectly good reasons for it," like when it comes to his continuing war on fossil fuels, for example.

He continued:  "I think if you are talking about the specific virulence of some of the opposition directed towards me, then, you know, that may be explained by the particulars of who I am. On the other hand, I'm not unique to that. I always try to remind people, goodness, if you look at what they said about Jefferson or Lincoln or FDR — finding reasons not to like a president, that's, you know, a well-traveled path here in this country."  That Barry is actually able to, in any way, compare himself to such men pretty clearly demonstrates the size of the ego possessed by a man who has been described by some as being nothing short of sociopathic.  The virulence of the opposition, to which he refers, has much more to with the fact that during his tenure the nation’s debt has doubled, more people are now in poverty and we have the fewest number of Americans working then we’ve had since the late 70s. 

SO, JUST HOW STUPID ARE LIBERALS, REALLY???

OBAMA EXPLAINS HIS OPTIMISM GOING INTO 2016…

Barry “Almighty” used his idiotic weekly address, something I’m quite sure his devoted followers, and many political minions, wait for with great anticipation, to list those things which he believes are the Top 10 things that happened in these United States in 2015.  Those of us who are not big fans of Barry could care less about his weekly bullshit message and would, I’m sure, prefer not to be reminded of Barry’s antics from the last 12 months.   Anyway, it was on Barry’s list that the nationwide legalization of same-sex marriage and what he referred to as the “Christmas Miracles” of the budget deal he made with the Republican Congress and the new law he signed, that came in Number 2 and Number 3 on his list.

Barry said that this is the most wonderful time of the year.  And, he said, not just for spreading holiday cheer – but also for making lists.  He says there are wish lists; Santa’s list; and of course, a blizzard of year-in-review lists. So, he said, “I decided to get in on the action.”  So Barry came up with a top ten list, of sorts, of what were those things that he views as being reason to celebrate as 2015 comes to a close.  And I’m sure there are plenty of those who will be only too happy to agree with him.  However, those of us who love our country and think that our government has grown entirely too large, too powerful and way too intrusive are far less than thrilled.  What we see is very little that can be seen as cause for celebration.  

So it was then that what came in at number ten on Barry’s list was the economy. According to Barry it was over the past 12 months that our businesses created 2.5 million new jobs.  He also makes the claim that they’ve added 13.7 million new jobs over a 69-month ‘streak’ of job growth.  And the unemployment rate has fallen to 5 percent – the lowest it’s been in almost eight years.  Now off course what Barry so very conveniently left out is the fact that the last time we had this many Americans not participating in the nation’s workforce it was during the presidency of yet another Socialist and Moslem sympathizer, Jimmy Carter.  Nor did Barry choose to include the fact that since he became president we now have millions more Americans who are now on food stamps or the millions more in poverty.

Number nine on Barry’s list is his claim that more Americans are now able to get health coverage. Barry makes the claims that the rate of uninsured in America has dropped below 10 percent for the first time ever.  In all, he said, 17.6 million people and climbing have now gained coverage as the Affordable Care Act, aka Obamacare, has taken effect. He said, “And don’t forget, you can still sign up through January 31st at HealthCare.gov.”  But again he neglects to mention the millions of Americans who lost their insurance, because of Obamacare, or those who were forced to purchase far more expensive coverage with exorbitant premiums and huge deductibles.  Nor does he bother to mention the millions of Americans who lost their Doctors after being promised dozens of times that such a thing would never happen.

Barry said number eight on is his list was America’s global leadership on ‘climate change’. He said, “Last week, in Paris, nearly 200 countries came together to set the course for a low-carbon future. And it was only possible because America led with clean energy here at home and strong diplomacy around the world.”  So let me see if I have this right.  Barry brags about America assuming global ‘leadership’ on an issue that roughly only 3 percent of Americans actually see as being, even remotely, an important issue.  And yet he adamantly refuses to lead on the far more serious, even deadly, issue of ‘Radical Islamic’ terrorism.  Anyway, it’s much easier to ‘lead’ on an issue that doesn’t exist than on one that actually does exist.

Number seven on Barry’s list was something that he referred to as being, ‘Progress in the Americas.’ He bragged about having “turned the page on an outdated, half-century old policy by re-establishing diplomatic relations with Cuba and reopening embassies in both our countries, allowing us to build greater ties between Americans and Cubans.”  But there were thousands of Cuban-Americans who were very vocal in their opposition.  And he made absolutely no mention of those who remain in Cuban prisons for anything other than what are called ‘offenses against the state”.  These political prisoners seem to be of very little concern to Barry.  Because it is far more important to cozy up to another communist dictator.

Barry calls number six on his yearend list, “Preventing the spread of nuclear weapons.” His basis for saying such a thing is the disastrous nuclear ‘deal’ made with Iran.  According to Barry, “We succeeded in forging a strong deal to stop Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon.  In fact, Iran has already dismantled thousands of centrifuges that enrich uranium.”  This ‘agreement’ made with Iran is nothing if not an absolute farce.  Barry seems to take great pride in the arranging of an agreement that the Iranians were busy breaking the same day that it was signed.  A deal where John Kerry-Heinz, at the direction of Barry, literally gave away the store much in the same manner that Paul Ryan did in the recent spending bill.

And coming in at number five on Barry’s list is how America has stood strong against terrorism.  He said, “Even as we continue to grieve over the attack in San Bernardino, we’re leading a global coalition and hitting ISIL harder than ever.  In Syria and Iraq, ISIL is losing territory, and we’re not going to stop until we destroy this terrorist organization.”  That Barry could make this statement with a straight face is itself something of an accomplishment that deserves to be on his 2015 list.  The sad truth is that Barry is nothing more than a Moslem sympathizer.  During his tenure as president we have gone for the ‘War on Terror’ to an ‘Overseas Contingency Operation’ to what has now become that which is nothing more than a joke!

Next on Barry’s list coming in at number four is TPP.  This is what Barry called the 21st century trade deal that makes sure our businesses can sell goods “Made in America” across the Asia-Pacific.  Barry said, “The Trans-Pacific Partnership is the strongest, most pro-worker, pro-environment trade agreement in our history. And it means that America – not China, not anyone else – will write the rules of the global economy for the century ahead.”  Now if you take the time to talk to anyone who knows anything at all about this disaster and you very quickly come to understand how it has a damaging effect on the sovereignty of our nation, which is one reason that Barry want’s it passed.  And it’s far from a good deal for American workers.

Number three on Barry’s list is what he described as being a pair of Christmas miracles in Washington!  You may recall how it was that earlier this week the Republicans handed to Barry and the Democrats, in the form of a $1.1 Trillion spending bill, absolutely everything they wanted.  Described in very positive terms a being a bipartisan budget that invests in middle-class priorities, keeps our military the strongest in the world, and takes the threat of shutdowns and manufactured crises off the table for 2016.  Also considered as being part of number three on Barry list is a bipartisan education bill he signed into law that he claim will help our students graduate prepared for college and their future careers.

When we get to number two on Barry’s list things get simply dishonest.  Here’s where Barry spoke of Love. He said 2015 was the year that ‘Love’ won.  He said, “No matter who you are, here in America, you’re free to marry the person you love, because the freedom to marry is now the law in all fifty states.”  For the longest time Barry position seemed to depend on which way the political winds were blowing at the time he was asked where he stood on the issue.  He always went out his way to leave sufficient wiggle room in an effort to make it difficult for anyone in the state-controlled media to pin him down.  Not that they would make much of an effort to do so.  But in 2012, an election year, he ‘came out’ in full support of gay marriage.     

And the number one reason why Barry is so optimistic going into 2016 is because of, or so he says, us, the American people.  He says the ‘progress’ that was made is all because of us.  Because of workers rolling up their sleeves and getting the job done, and entrepreneurs starting new businesses.  Because of teachers and health workers and parents—all of us taking care of each other.  Because of our incredible men and women in uniform, serving to protect us all.  Because, he says, when we’re united as Americans, there’s nothing that we cannot do.  What a bunch of bunk. Because it has been during Barry’s presidency that the entrepreneurial spirit has been crushed and he has a deep-seeded loathing for ALL those in uniform, regardless which uniform.     

So here we have Barry’s list of the those things that convinced him that 2015 was a banner year, and why it is that he is so looking forward to 2016.  But I would argue that there is but one reason why Barry has been able to achieve any level of success during his presidency, at least since 2011.  And it has not been because of the American people, but in spite of them.  It’s been because of the gutless Republicans in Congress.  A great deal of promises were made in 2014, and they worked.  But once again the Republicans have refused to keep their promises.  They’ve done nothing to get rid of Obamacare and they’ve done nothing to reign in Barry’s lawlessness regarding illegal immigration.  They’ve done nothing but allow Barry to succeed. 

PAUL ‘BOEHNER’, OUR ‘NEW AND IMPROVED’ SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE…

Have you ever noticed how it is that whenever something is presented to you as being “new and improved” it is rarely if ever actually new, and is almost never improved.  But what it ALWAYS is, is far more costly than was the original.  So it is too then, apparently, that this very same rule can also now be said to be applicable to our newest “Speaker of the House.”  Because it’s in looking at our ‘new’ Speaker that one is able to recognize that there is nothing new, and definitely nothing improved when it comes in how he conducts business, compared to the man he replaced. 

When he first assumed his new position as Speaker, Paul Ryan actually sounded like he was genuinely concerned about getting this country back on firm footing.  But somewhere between then and now he seems to have morphed into Paul ‘Boehner’.  Nothing proves that better than what he said of the recently passed $1.1 Trillion spending bill, saying that while it isn't everything Republicans wanted, it most certainly advances the party's principles "in the right direction."  And what was amazing was how he was able to make that statement with a straight face.

It was also our ‘new and improved’ Speaker who said, "We scored major policy wins for conservatives — for our country — in this bill."   And he went on to say, "We advanced our principles. Did we advance all of our principles as far as we want to go? No, because we’re in divided government. But we did advance them in the right direction."  He said it was important to get what was possible now, then fight for more later. "And I think we’ve set ourselves up for more success in 2016."  Fight for more later?  Wouldn’t that indicate that he had put up a fight this time?

And we’re told how conservatives, however few there may actually be in the House, didn't particularly like the massive amount of spending in the bill, the failure to halt Syrian refugee resettlement or the continued funding of Planned Parenthood. But as long as ‘Boehner’ had enough RINOs willing to join with Democrats to pass this Obama-nation, so he could ignore them.  So how fucked up is it that we can have a very sizeable Republican majority in Congress, a majority of whom can oppose a piece of legislation, and yet that legislation can still be passed?  How does that work?

Paul ‘Boehner’, in pointing out what he hysterically referred to as being just ‘some’ of the gains made, tried to paint this bill as being a good deal.  For instance, the bill permanently lifts the ban on oil exports.  He said, "That's something we’ve been trying to do for 40 years in this country."  He went on to say, "When America can export its oil, that means we can compete with OPEC. We can put OPEC out of the business of controlling the world’s oil markets."  And, he noted, that it’s something that also hurts Russian President Vlad Putin's ability to sell oil and gas to Europe.

And Paul ‘Boehner’ said, "We can become more independent. We can keep our prices low by having more control over the marketplace and create more jobs right here in America." He added, "It’s fantastic for our foreign policy. It's really good for American jobs. And it's something we're actually getting done that we haven’t been able to do for decades."  And then he went on to say, that this bill will also prevent the Internal Revenue Service from "trying to pull the stunts they pulled in the 2012 election," when it held up tax-exempt application from conservative groups.

Paul ‘Boehner’ went on to say, "The IRS allowed the Obama administration to turn them into a political weapon to infringe upon free speech and to intimidate conservative groups from exercising their free speech rights to participate in political speech."  And he added, "So, we have a rider in here that prohibits the IRS from putting out a regulation on this."  So I’m guessing this was what, an attempt to pacify us, to prevent conservatives from complaining too loudly?  No matter what this boob says, that fact is when you look at this bill it’s clear that conservatives got screwed. 

And what makes it even clearer that conservatives got screwed is the fact that Democrats in Congress are so happy.  I’m quite sure that they viewed the $1.1 Trillion omnibus spending bill they ‘negotiated’, and I use the term loosely, with the new Speaker as being an early Christmas gift as well as a significant victory for both themselves and for the White House.  And, needless to say, there has much celebrating by both the White House and congressional Democrats, after succeeding, and in a very visible way, to once again leave conservatives sucking hind tit.

Adam Jentleson, Minority Leader ‘Dingy Harry’ Reid’s dip-shit of a deputy chief of staff, wasted no time in taking to Twitter to do a little gloating.  He tweeted out, “In addition to nixing more than 150 GOP riders, the final agreement will secure major progressive policy successes.”  And the White house was also quick to release a statement Wednesday noting the lack of ideological policy directives, writing:  The Administration appreciates the bipartisan effort to provide full-year appropriations legislation for FY 2016 largely free of new unrelated ideological riders.

You see, it was those “unrelated ideological riders” which the administration referred to were many of those policies that were favored by conservatives and by the voters.  You know, those things that we thought we were going to get by providing to the Republicans their requested majority in the Senate and the largest majority that either party has had in the House since the 1920s.  So instead of getting any of things that were promised during the 2014 campaign, all we really got was, fucked!  And by the guys on our own team, which makes it all the more infuriating!

Democrats released a report detailing 150 conservative policies that were left out of the bill.  They included: a provision prohibiting funding for sanctuary cities that shelter illegal immigrants, a provision prohibiting tax dollars from going to defend the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrives (DACA) policy in a pending court case; A provision prohibiting funding for climate-focused studies and reports, a provision prohibiting funds to subsidize abortion services in connection with a plan offered under the Obamacare exchanges and a provision restricting the federal government from requiring licenses for Canada gun exports worth less than $500.

So I think we can now safely argue that not only do we have the best Democrat Majority Leader in the Senate we also, obviously have the same in the House. It is going to take a thorough house cleaning to remove all of those Democrats that seem to be embedded within in the Republican Party. And yet they wonder why it is that Donald Trump has such a large following.  But let's face it, the Democrats didn't really strip anything out of the bill. Paul ‘Boehner’ wanted much of the same things that ‘Dingy Harry’ Reid did, gave in faster than a hooker with a $100 bill in her pocket.

OBVIOUSLY WE CAN’T TRUST OUR LEADERS TO DO WHAT’S RIGHT…JUST SAYIN’…

While I have watched most of each of the Republican presidential debates that have thus far taken place, it was during the most recent debate that something suddenly occurred to me.  As I was watching I thought back to the 2014 midterm elections and remembered how it was that 90 percent of the Republicans then running had essentially done nothing but lie to me.  I was told, no, actually I was promised, that if we were to hand to the Republicans control of the Senate and allowed them to maintain their control of the House, then they would work to do everything within their power to put a stop to all that Barry was trying to do.

Well, we gave them control of the Senate and not only did we allow them to keep control of the House, but in the process, we provided them with their largest majority since the days of World War II.  And since taking power in January of this year what exactly have the Republicans done to rescue America and to prevent Barry from wreaking as much havoc as he possibly could do.  Have they refused to fund his agenda to “fundamentally transform” our country?  Not only have they not refused to fund it, they have provided to Barry more than enough funding to complete the job that he started on day one of his presidency.

So let’s review, shall we?  Have our Republican majorities worked to get rid of Obamacare?  Have they worked to prevent Barry’s lawlessness regarding his attempts to throw open our borders?  That would be No and No!  Have they refused to fund Barry’s EPA that is now so thoroughly out of control?  No again!  So, have they kept any of the promises that they made during the run up to the 2014 election?  No, they have not!  All they have done is to complain about how what they really need is the White house if they are to have any hope of doing anything substantive about the killing of Barry’s agenda to destroy America.  Are they kidding me?    

So I guess I’d like to do is to ask each of our potential 2016 candidates, why is it that any of US should believe anything that any of YOU tell us regarding what YOU intend to do if YOU were to be elected president?  Being able to trust someone is critical.  And once that is lost it is very difficult to restore.  Just ask anyone who has ever been cheated on by a spouse.  And it’s rather unfortunate for those now running for president that they now find themselves being made to pay a price because of those whom we elected to Congress, a little over a year ago, and who so badly squandered the trust that we placed in them.

Personally, I’m not holding out much hope for a Republican victory come the 2016 election.  While much has been talked about regarding the damage that Barry has inflicted upon his own party, even that pales in comparison when placed against the amount if distrust that many in the Republican Party now feel toward their members of Congress.  And even if we were able to elect a Republican president next year, Congress will most assuredly revert back to Democrat control if for no other reason than the never-ending stream of political shenanigans we’ve seen coming from our Republican members of Congress.  

And I find it more than just a little unsettling that so many of our party’s leaders don’t seem to be bothered in the least by this lack of trust that has become so rampant amongst voters when it comes to our Republican members of Congress.  And what seems even more bizarre is the fact that when it comes to some of our Republicans running for president, it seems that more than a few of those positions of party leadership would almost rather have Hitlery Clinton elected than some those from within their own party.  I mean, what’s that tell you about those in our party who claim to be conservatives, and yet are anything but?

I’ve never been a big advocate for the forming of a third party.  Because as far as I’m concerned any pros for doing so have always been pretty seriously outnumbered by the cons.  But I’ve got to tell you, even though it would likely doom my daughter to a pretty dismal existence, going the third party route might just be the best thing I can do for any grandchildren that she might yet give to me.  Because I figure it will take at least that long for the country to eventually, or to hopefully, right itself.  I just don’t know what to do anymore.  I hate to throw in the towel but it would seem that the Republicans insist upon giving me few options.

ANOTHER HOLLYWOOD HYPOCRITE…

I think most of us common folk will all pretty much agree that just because one is an actor, or really any kind of an ‘entertainer’, it doesn’t mean that you are any smarter than anyone else.  Realistically speaking, it’s far more often than not that whenever God has chosen to bestow upon someone some sort of talent, there is a tradeoff, of sorts.  In other words, he takes something in exchange.  And with actors, especially, and musicians as well, what that something usually turns out to be is a rather significant amount of what little intelligence they came into the world possessing. 

To prove my point all one really has to do is to watch any awards show, whether we’re talking the movies or television to see how that’s true.  Watch any of these shows and what you will see is a room which while filled with some of the most talented people that you will find anywhere on the planet, it’s at the same time also filled with some of the most ignorant people anywhere.  And yet these people assume that because they possess some extraordinary God given talent, that that somehow also makes them extraordinarily smart.  I does not!

Which brings me to none other than Leonardo ‘Lenny’ DiCaprio.  Now under normal circumstances I would naturally assume that Hitlery Clinton would be the go to Democrat for a flaming liberal like old Lenny.  But apparently such is not the case, at least not for right now.  He seemed to imply in a recent interview, that there is someone even further to left who has now managed to catch his eye.  It should come as no surprise that Lenny voted for Barry “Almighty” in 2008 and I can only assume he did so again in 2012.  Which makes it incredibly obvious how ignorant he really is!

It was during an interview with ‘The Wired’ that Lenny said, “Look, not to get political, but listening to Bernie Sanders at that first presidential debate was pretty inspiring — to hear what he said about the environment.”  Lenny went on to say,  “Who knows which candidate is going to become our next president, but we need to create a dialogue about it.”  Maybe I’m just not smart enough to understand how it is that folks like Lenny can claim to be so concerned about the environment and yet exhibit behaviors that so obviously prove that they really don’t. 

Lenny went on to say, “I mean, when they asked each of the candidates what the most important issue facing our planet is, Bernie Sanders simply said climate change.”  And he added, “To me that’s inspiring.”  So can I assume that Lenny has given up his penchant for flying around in private jets?  Doubtful!  This boob is nothing more than a limousine liberal who believes that ‘climate change’ is the biggest threat that our country is facing today which has him in agreement with roughly 3 percent of the American population.  So what’s that tell ya, Lenny?

Lenny said, “Look, everyone loves money. I love money — we live in the United States.”  He said, “This is a capitalist country, but ultimately we’ve locked ourselves, through capitalism, into an addiction to oil that’s incredibly hard to reverse.”  He added, “That whole greenwashing movement, buying a hybrid (which of course can’t hurt), recycling, this and that…it’s not going to cut it. This needs to be a massive movement on a global scale.”  He went on to say, “And it needs to happen now.”  And were he not living in America, he’d be selling pencils on the corner.

Ya know, It never ceases to amaze me how it is that these holier-than-thou entertainment types, regardless of their chosen category of expression, always view themselves as being higher on the evolutionary scale than those of us who are expected to do nothing more than to go to their movies which tend to be devoid of any recognizable plot, watch their idiotic television shows filled all manner of juvenile humor, or listen to their music, most of which makes absolutely no sense and equates to little more than noise with a beat.
