I always find it to be more than a little ironic when I hear some hardcore leftwing Democrat doing his, or her, best to warn the American people about how it’s the Republicans who are the guilty party when it comes to which party is trying to take from them their freedoms. And how these Democrats are never asked to substantiate in any meaningful, or logical, way any of their claims regarding this supposed threat posed by the Republicans. I mean, let’s face it, just which party is it that seems to have as its primary goal the total control of the American people? And what better way to do that than to take from them those rights bestowed upon them by God?
Case in point would be J.B. Pritzker, the Democrat
governor of Illinois. This guy reminds me of ‘Fred Flintstone,’ although Fred
was nowhere near the asshole that this guy is. Anyway, it was this past Sunday during
an appearance on ABC’s “This Week,” that this guy Pritzker argued that
Republicans were trying to take away Americans’ freedoms. Pritzker said,
“Independents understand that, as Democrats do, that it’s the Republicans that
are trying to take your freedoms away. It’s the Republicans that are trying to
take away your Social Security and your Medicare. It’s the Republicans that are
basically fighting against the working families of America."
He continued, “This battle hasn’t even been joined
yet. You’ve got a bunch of Republicans, MAGA Republicans, espousing things that
are not good for the American public, that are on the stage now. And not until
they choose a nominee will we truly be in this battle.” And he went on to add,
“And then it’s a choice. It’s a choice, again, between two visions for America.
And Joe Biden has proven that he’s the one standing up for working families.
He’s the one standing up for the rights that people view as fundamental in
their lives, their voting rights, their reproductive rights, human rights.” All
Pritzker is doing is spewing the same tired Democrat talking points.
And he finished up by saying, “And so I really
believe that this hasn’t, you know, seen the day yet where you’ve got a true
contrast between a Republican on one side and a Democrat on the other.” So once
again we’re hearing more political drivel from one of those who actively work
to silence any point of view that differs from their own, while at the same
time accusing the other side of wanting to take from the American people their freedoms.
Freedom depends on point of view, Democrats will allow for freedoms of their
own voters, those who dare to disagree put at risk their ability to enjoy those
rights that we once thought to be guaranteed to us by our Constitution.
And I wonder, do people have such short memories
that they can’t remember how this same guy stole their freedoms from them
during the fake pandemic, and for much longer than most other states? And who’s
attacking the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, locking up their political
opponents, forcing medical and green agenda mandates on the people, lockdowns,
created the worst inflation and highest interest rates in 50 years, and
flooding our country with third world invaders? Democrats, that’s who! This guy
is a real piece of work. To go on national TV and say the nonsense he is saying,
and with a straight, face tells you much about his lack of character.
These Democrats have come to rely on the ignorance
of their supporters. And you’ll notice how Pritzker never once gave an example,
or quoted a single individual, or legislative bill introduced backing his
claims. Nor did the host of this silly program request an example from him.
Never vetted once, just allowed to spew his lies and to go unchallenged.
Today’s ‘journalists’ are a joke, simply members of the other side. All the
leftists have is to project their narratives, opinions, allegations onto others
to divert attention from their own deviancy and perversions. Look at everything
any of them say and it entails something they have already done or are currently
doing.
And so says the governor who was the last one to
remove emergency orders for covid. Hobbling businesses and daily life for over
two years. And now this very same guy wants to ban several dozen types of
firearms from being bought, sold, manufactured, or possessed by the citizens,
but not the state government. He also wants the citizens that own the banned
weapons prior to the ban to now register the items that they own. And for what
purpose might that be? He claims the government needs to know just in case of
an insurrection. But mark my words, it’s only a matter of time, before he will make
an attempt to round them all up, going door to door.
But this guy Pritzker is not alone, there other Democrat
governors that spew the same nonsense. For instance, there Gretchen Whitmer,
governor of Michigan. I’m sure most will remember how she sent her State Police
after a Barber, a Polish immigrant Restaurant owner and boarded up the restaurant.
It was she who decided what you could buy and who you could buy it from. She tried
to deny people the use of their vacation homes up north, imposed “a no
gasoline” powered boats on lakes. She partied at a bar during which time she
had ordered other establishments to be closed. And I’m
sure that I’ve missed a few dozen other her one-sided executive orders.
And then there’s Democrat Gavin Newsom who, by
decree, closed schools and most businesses, forced mask mandates, except for he
and his political allies and friends dining out at expensive restaurants while
his children were attending private schools, maskless and transported to and
from by plain clothes CHP drivers. He closed churches and congregations could
not meet in public to pray. Millions were put out of work and thousands of
small businesses went out of business and never re-opened! And yet he survived
a recall election, which I might add says far more about the stupidity of those
who live in California, than it says about Newsom. But I digress.
Is it not amazing how they continue to say such
ridiculous things in the face of what their own *president is doing to this entire
country? They still believe that if you tell a lie long enough and it will be
believed. Well, that would work if there were not so many who were out there telling
the truth. As Democrats facilitate an invasion of illegal aliens who steal your
money, healthcare, safety, housing, cars, and trafficking in drugs and
children, Democrats declare Republicans are trying to take our freedoms away.
How dumb must you be to believe them? Everyone knows who is destroying our
nation, and we all yearn for someone to hold these criminals to account.
The Democrat Party Platform goes like this: Ban
Incandescent bulbs, ban guns, ban fossil fuel cars, ban natural gas furnaces
and stoves, hand China the EV battery monopoly, send debt to $50 trillion
jeopardizing Social Security and Medicare, ban prayer in schools, replace
American citizen jobs with Illegal immigrants , flood cities and states with
millions more illegal immigrants putting them in school gymnasiums so American
Citizen students are forced into remote learning, banning Dr. Seuss books,
censoring words in classic novels, trigger warnings in video games and movies. The
contrast is crystal clear to me when it comes to who is taking away my freedoms.
These sick and very twisted Democrats have absolutely
no problem with lying to the American people. And without fail, it’s every
single time that Democrats will blame Republicans for doing exactly what they
themselves are guilty of doing!! Hopefully, most Americans are able to see
through their lies!! I have to give the Democrats credit for chutzpah. They
accuse the Republicans of doing what they do routinely, taking away freedoms.
It’s not the Republicans trying to take away our guns, or shutting down free speech
or forcing people to get vaccinated or trying to remove major candidates from
the ballot or telling you what car you can drive and so on.
And don’t you just love how these Democrat politicians
are permitted to speak in such generalities and are never challenged to provide
any specifics to back up their bogus claims. Just how are Republicans trying to
take our freedoms away? It’s the Democrats who want to take away you’re right
to protect yourselves while leaving those that would want to do you harm fully
armed. It’s the Democrats that want to censor your right to free speech. And it
gets much worse when you dig down into the details. Here is Pritzker, grand
complainer about the illegal immigrants causing problems for his state, yet it
was ‘Pedo Joe’ who said the border is open come one, come all.
And wouldn’t you think that
after all this time that the Democrats could come up with something a tad bit
more original, to come up with something new from their, by now, very tired and
very worn play-book? But, for whatever the reason, they just never do, it’s
always the same ole, same ole. According to the Democrats worn-thin gospel, the
Republicans are going to do to the people what they themselves have been doing
to them going back decades, but they hope that if enough of them keep repeating
the mantra that no-one will notice and will continue to buy into their pack of
lies. They haven’t got a single original thought, nor functioning brain cell,
between them.
