The state has the uncanny knack of being able to send to Congress the least capable and most incompetent people it can find. I can only assume that the gene pool must be extremely shallow if this moron, and now newest Senator from the state, was really the best they could find.

IT WOULD SEEM THAT MASSACHUSETTS HAS DONE IT AGAIN...
