PERVERTS OF AMERICA, REJOICE!!!

I think most of us have now come to understand, after watching him for the last 7 + years, that Barry has a penchant for simply ruling by decree.  And as the end of his regime draws ever nearer, I can only assume that matters will likely become much worse.  Hey, anything to ram an agenda through in the final months of one's presidency, right?  And part of that agenda is the propping up of LGBT-activism. After all, the human rights abuse of denying one entry to the bathroom of his or her choice must never be committed in our time.

And so it was that just yesterday our ‘Dear Beloved Leader’, Barack Hussein Obama, took it upon himself to decree that every public school district in America must now allow transgender students to use the bathrooms that match the gender identity that they have chosen for themselves on any particular day.  According to a statement released late yesterday by Education Secretary John King: "No student should ever have to go through the experience of feeling unwelcome at school or on a college campus."  Thank God, I can now die a happy man!

And it was this same statement that also went on to say: "We must ensure that our young people know that whoever they are or wherever they come from, they have the opportunity to get a great education in an environment free from discrimination, harassment and violence."  And then, as to be expected, our depraved Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, felt compelled to add her in two cents saying, "There is no room in our schools for discrimination of any kind, including discrimination against transgender students on the basis of their sex."

And it was letter that was signed by officials of both the Justice and Education Departments and which went out to school districts just today describes what they should do in order to ensure that none of their students are discriminated against.  While it does not actually have the force of law, the heavy hand of government is certainly present. Because it most certainly does contain, in typical Barry fashion, an implicit threat that schools which do not abide by Barry’s interpretation of the law could face lawsuits or a loss of federal aid.

The letter also states, "A school may not require transgender students to use facilities inconsistent with their gender identity or to use individual-user facilities when other students are not required to do so."  And it goes on to say that under federal law, a school must seek to "ensure nondiscrimination on the basis of sex requires schools to provide transgender students equal access to educational programs and activities even in circumstances in which other students, parents, or community members raise objections or concerns."

According to this letter once a child's parent or legal guardian indicates the individual's gender identity "differs from previous representations or records," the child must be treated accordingly without any requirement for a medical diagnosis or birth certificate to be produced.  The letter states schools may, though are not required to, provide other restroom and locker room options for students who seek "additional privacy" for whatever reason.  Included with the letter was a 25-page document that describes "emerging practices" currently in place in many schools around the country. 

So I’m curious how is it that men and women on the left now feel about their progressive agenda.  Because how is it that one can fight for, in the name of "equality" and anti-discrimination, a women's right to privacy and safety as they relate to abortion, as well as against the so-called rape culture on college campus', and for equal pay and every other women's issue, while at the same time supporting LGBT rights, which, if you follow to its logical conclusion, would seem to intersect, and even conflict with, woman's rights to privacy and safety.

Now their daughters too will be forced to share bathrooms and probably locker rooms with any boy/man that claims he feels like a women (that day), contrary to protecting women, which they have allegedly fought for, for decades. The liberal-Democrat agenda is the real war on women, and hidden behind the call for "equality", is the elimination of liberty because you can't have both. Realize that what you support can only be achieved through government control and totalitarianism, but they knew that already, or they wouldn't be leftists, right?

So, good luck protecting your daughters, wives, mothers and sisters from what seems to 

be a growing number of perverts in this country, because this will soon be coming to a mall, restaurant or movie theater near you.  But let’s face it, I don’t suppose we should be surprised by such idiocy coming out of this White House, it’s nothing new.  And besides, it’s not as if Barry’s daughters will be at risk of running into perverts during a visit to the restroom, they’re both nice and safe in private school.  It’s just us regular folks who will now have to worry when our girls are out of our sight.

It’s always disturbing when Barry shows such a complete and willful misunderstanding of an issue and then besmirches and threatens those who don't comply with his willful 'misunderstanding'. He has encouraged a proliferation of racism by doing this, just as he has encouraged an increase in anti-Semitism.  He has caused class envy and hostility toward people who earn more than other people.  And in this case, he is willfully interjecting where he need not to, smearing North Carolina as a 'civil rights' violator, because they dare to try to navigate the transgender nonsense that Barry himself has encouraged.
