JOHN KERRY-HEINZ, IT’S HIS BELIEF IN GOD THAT’S BEHIND HIS CONCERN OVER ‘CLIMATE CHANGE’…WHO KNEW???

Don’t you just love it when leftwing nutjobs start quoting scripture as a way of justifying their cockamamie point of view? And the most recent example of such behavior was recently provided to us by none other than John Kerry-Heinz. While at a ceremony just this past Wednesday honoring Shaarik Zafar, some guy recently appointed to the position of the State Department's Special Representative to Muslim Communities, whatever the Hell that is, Kerry-Heinz made the rather idiotic claim that "confronting climate change" is "a duty or responsibility laid down in scriptures." And it was then that this imbecile went on to say, "Confronting climate change is, in the long run, one of the greatest challenges that we face, and you can see this duty or responsibility laid down in scriptures, clearly, beginning in Genesis." Really?

So it was then that while promoting the need to "unite religious communities" in order to achieve global peace, Kerry-Heinz, that recognized expert on all things having to do with religion, then pointed to other factors, including climate change, that he said will impact the "fates" of all people throughout the world. And he went on to say, "Our fates are inextricably linked on any number of things that we must confront and deal with in policy concepts today." Kerry-Heinz said, "Our fates are inextricably linked on the environment. For many of us, respect for God’s creation also translates into a duty to protect and sustain His first creation: Earth, the planet. Before God created man, He created Heavens and Earth." And he actually said, "Muslim-majority countries are among the most vulnerable" when it comes to the impact of climate change. So what?

"Our response to this challenge ought to be rooted in a sense of stewardship of Earth," Kerry-Heinz continued. "And for me and for many of us here today, that responsibility comes from God." Give me a break! I can only guess that what Kerry-Heinz was attempt to here, after pretty much all other attempts have failed, was to turn his voodoo environmental fanaticism into something of a more spiritual thing by convincing us that we all have some divine calling from a higher power, or in this case God, demanding that we take action on something that most of us don’t think even really exists. Granted, this form of rabid environmentalism has always been treated as being something akin to a religion by those on the left. At least something as close to a religion as those on the left can bring themselves to practice.

But it’s not really a religion, at least not in the traditional sense anyway. Because, you see, God never really enters into the picture. Thus, I’m assuming, what Kerry-Heinz was attempting to do with his little speech, was to do just that, bring God into the picture. His attempt here is to convince us that by ignoring that which Kerry-Heinz and his many leftist friends claim as being the next great apocalypse, we are essentially ignoring God’s will. But I have a difficult time taking seriously both these claims and the idiots who continue to make them. And I find that these leftist wackos have the nerve to make the claim that I am somehow betraying a God that they themselves don’t even believe in, to be more than a little insulting. They see religion as a crutch for the weak minded, but yet are not above using it to advance their leftist agenda.
