MORE LIES FROM OUR LIAR-IN-CHIEF, BHO...

If there is one thing we can honestly say about Barry, it's that he most certainly is consistent. He has always demonstrated willingness to take advantage of any situation that he sees as being another opportunity for him to lie to the American people, especially if he thinks that he can create for himself some manner of political advantage. He is always on the prowl for ways to take credit for all things positive that take place in spite of his policies, or to lay blame for those things that take place that are a direct result of his policies. It's really a remarkable thing to watch. And as we have seen over the course of the last four and a half years, there is absolutely nothing that Barry will not lie about. And he can do so with a smile on his face.

And apparently our corrupt and patently dishonest president was up to his usual tricks are recent as this past weekend. Because while appearing on ABC News’s "This Week" with George "Stephy" Stephanopoulos", the well-know faux journalist and retread from the "BJ" Clinton administration, Barry "Almighty" complained that even though he had 80 to 90 percent of the country in agreement with him on the need for stricter gun control, it was a "faction of the Republican Party" that ultimately prevented him from getting some form of stricter gun-control legislation enacted. And in Barry's making such a claim, he really accomplished nothing more than to add to what has become his already rather impressive list of infamous whoppers.

Barry made his little observation about this supposed supermajority of Americans whom he firmly believes favor "gun control" when "Little Stephy" asked him why it is that the issues he has chosen to focus on at the beginning of his second term seem to have stalled. "You put gun control at the top of the agenda, immigration reform, climate change--all of it's stalled or reversing," said Stephy. Gee, I can't imagine why it is that Barry's blatantly left wing agenda might be stalled. Can you? I mean what we're talking about here is an immigration plan that really does nothing more than to grant outright amnesty to 11 million illegals, in an effect creating millions more Democrat voters, and a policy based on a climate change theory that is far from proven.

But the ever persistent Stephy, always eager to provide to Barry an opportunity to blame others, asked, "How do you answer the argument that beyond the deficit, this has been a lost year, and how do you save it?" Now of course the very fist thing out of Barry's mouth, was to blame obstructionist Republicans. Barry claimed that the Senate-passed immigration bill would win in the House if only Speaker Boehner would bring it up for a vote. Barry said, "If Speaker Boehner put that bill on the floor of the House of Representatives right now, it would pass. It would pass." He added, "So the question then is not whether or not the ideas that we put forward can garner a majority of support, certainly in the country."

And then Barry, in again lying through those pearly whites of his, proceeded onto the topic of gun control saying, "I mean, gun control, we had 80, 90 percent of the country that agreed with it." And as expected he once again simply blamed the Republicans. Barry said, "The problem we have is we have a faction of the Republican Party, in the House of Representatives in particular, that view compromise as a dirty word, and anything that is either remotely associated with me, they feel obliged to oppose," said Barry. "And my argument to them is real simple. That's not why the people sent to here." I beg to differ. Those whom I voted to send to Congress, I did so with the specific intent of having them STOP everything that Barry is trying to do!

And you know, the proof that Barry was lying when he claimed to have 80 or 90 percent of the country behind him, was made quite obvious by a Jan. 23 Gallup poll in which it had asked people about some gun-related issues. Gallup asked, for example: "Would you vote for or against a law that would limit the sale of ammunition magazines to those with 10 rounds or less?" Fifty-four percent said they would, and 43 percent said they would not. But when the respondents to that question were broken out as Democrats, Independents and Republicans, only a majority of the Democrats, 74 percent, said they would. By contrast, only 46 percent of Independents agreed as did only 39 percent of Republicans. Not exactly 80 or 90 percent.

And don’t you just love how this scumbag president of ours throws around the word "compromise" as if it’s something that he and other members of his corrupt, Constitution hating, political party do on a regular basis. However the truth is more than just a bit different. Because Democrats consider themselves as being above having to compromise. And as such, they should never expected to do so. Because in their universe, compromise is seen as being something for suckers or, in this case, Republicans. Republicans must always be made to cave on their principles. And when they refuse to do so, they must then be cast as being nothing more than obstructionists. Hence Barry's idiotic statements made during this imbecilic interview with Stephy.
