OBAMA IS ‘MR. BIPARTISAN’??? REALLY??? WHO KNEW???

Ya know, to hear Barry talk, you’d think that he is ‘Mr. Bipartisan.’ A fella willing to do just about anything if it means getting the people’s business done. But I think we all know, after watching him in action for the last 5+ years, that that’s pretty much bullshit. And so, as a fella who has spent most of his time, of late, on a number of fund-raising jaunts far from Washington, Barry told Americans, or those stupid enough to tune in, during his Saturday radio address, "I'll never stop trying to work with both parties." But the reality is, Barry is nothing more than a rabid leftwing ideologue who has zero interest in working across the aisle.

And oddly enough, it was just the day before he made this idiotic claim of his, that we heard him once again talking about how nice it would be if he could just do things all "on my own." Barry said, "If I had the power to raise the federal minimum wage on my own, or enact fair pay and paid leave for every worker on my own, or make college more affordable on my own, I would have done so already. If I could do all that, I would have gotten everything done in like my first two years." Yup, by golly, he would have done it all by his little lonesome. You see, Barry don’t need no stinking Congress, he’s above all that silly foolishness.

In his Saturday radio address, Barry spewed his typical bullshit, claiming that Congress is doing too little for "working families." He said, "I'll never stop trying to work with both parties to get things moving faster for the middle class. And I could use your help. If you see your Member of Congress around home this month, tell him or her what's on your mind. Ask them why they haven't passed bills to raise the minimum wage or help with student loans or enact fair pay for women." Barry is being more than just a bit disingenuous in making his idiotic claims, because the only folks not passing any legislation these days are his fellow Democrats in the Senate.

And in laying on even more of his rhetorical bullshit, he went on to say, "And when they return from vacation next month, instead of trying to pass partisan bills on party lines, hopefully we can come together with the sense of common purpose that you expect. And in the meantime, I will never stop doing whatever I can, whenever I can, not only to make sure that our economy succeeds, but that people like you succeed." But I am curious about something, I seem to recall hearing Barry talking about, and really not all that long ago, his phone and his pen. Is that how one typically demonstrates a willingness to work with the opposition?

But when Congress returns from vacation in September, it appears that Barry "Almighty" will have already made another big move all on his own, this time on immigration. He's expected to unilaterally expand his DACA program -- Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals -- to the parents of young people who were brought to this country illegally as children. The anticipated second wave of deferred deportations could apply to as many as five or six million illegal immigrants. Barry told reporters on Friday, "'[W]hile they're out on vacation, I'm going to have to make some tough choices to meet the (immigration) challenge, with or without Congress."

Barry does a lot of talking about our do nothing Congress, but if he was truly interested in ensuring that more of the people’s business was actually able to get done, he would be having a little talk with his old buddy ‘Dingy’ Harry’ Reid. Now that would be because the House has now sent over to the Senate for some sort of action, roughly 300 pieces of legislation. And they have yet to make it beyond ‘Dingy Harry’s’ desk. The only way we’re going to have any hope of getting things moving forward again, and possibly stopping Barry in the process, is to make sure that this time next year the Democrats are not in control of the Senate.
