THE NEXT CHAPTER IN THE GASBAG CHRONICLES, FEATURING STENY HOYER...
I've lost track of the number of installments that we've written here in this continuing series and I do apologize for the length of time between chapters/episodes. It has been quite a long time since the last chapter, but that's only because we've really haven't heard all that much worth commenting on from the star of the series, that preminent gasbag, Steny Hoyer. But recently old Steny made another appearance where he proceeded to spew his typical brand of garbage as he joined with another socialist luminary, Bawny Fwank, in an attempt to somehow inject politics into the tragic terrorist bombing in Boston. Their hope, I can only assume, is to try to turn the death of innocents into some sort of twisted political advantage for the Democrats. Pretty sick, don't you think?
I'm sure most are quite familiar with old Steny, one of the morons in Congress who represent a district in the People's Republic of Maryland. It was just yesterday that we heard from this pathetic old boob who made the attempt to somehow link the Boston bombings to the March 1 automatic spending cuts (i.e. "sequester"), telling reporters that "sequestration is a stupid polic." That comes to us according to Talk Radio News. Let's not forget here who it was that dreamt up the whole "sequester" concept, and that would be none other than Barry "Almighty." Steny has tried on any number of occasions to lay the blame for sequester on the Republicans, but even the White House finally admitted that the entire idea came from there.
Anyway, what our stellar old gasbag actually said was, "I think there are multiple reasons for ensuring that we invest in our security both domestic and international security," adding that the attacks are "clearly another place where it demonstrates why having the ability to address security concerns is important." He rambled on, "That we invest in the education of our children, that we invest in growing jobs in America and don’t pursue any irrational policy of cutting the highest priorities and the lowest priorities by essentially the same percentage," he added. Here we have a socialist Democrat talking about the fact that we shouldn't pursue an "irrational policy" of cutting spending. No, by all means, let's focus completely on irrational amounts of spending.
Then he had this to say which, I guess, might have been his rather unique little way of attempting to hedge a bit. He said, "I doubt that [sequestration’s] having any impact presently — and the reason for that, this is a priority item and I’m sure they’re shifting what resources are necessary. Even if they’re shorter resources than they otherwise would’ve had, I’m sure they’re putting all the resources necessary on this effort. Certainly at the federal level — I think the President’s made that pretty clear." Right, Steny, you just right on thinking that what's you do best. Sounds to me though that our old gasbag here might be trying to have it both ways. And what is it, exactly, that Barry has made so clear? So far all I've heard are false promises, just like on Benghazi.
Steny’s idiotic comments come shortly after those made by Bawney Fwank, the same guy who had a gay brothel being run out of his Washington home a few years back, who also decided, on Tuesday, to bring politics into things. I'm not sure how this creep thought it even remotely appropriate to bring tax cuts into the Boston discussion, but, after all, he is a Democrat. The old 'Queen' said, "Again, I never was as a member of Congress one of the cheerleaders for less government, lower taxes. No tax cut would have helped us deal with this or will help us recover. This is very expensive." He babbled on saying, "You have adequately described thousands and thousands of people examining every parcel…providing medical care," he said. What a buffoon!
And on and on he went in typical Fwank fashion, saying, "What I’m asking people is, whether you have private health insurance or not, whether you can afford this or not, maybe the government’s going to have to pay for it. This is an example of why we need, if we’re going to be a civilized society, to put some of our resources into a common pool," he added. "Tax cuts and sequestration: Clearly two subjects on everyone’s mind’s following yesterday’s terrorist attacks." Oh really? So at a time when we have innocent people dead because of another terrorist attack on this president's watch, what everybody's is really thinking about is tax cuts and sequestration? Sorry, but I just don't think so, at least not anyone with a brain!
What I'm thinking about is that this is essentially the fifth time that an attack has been attempted against this country on our soil since Barry was elected. Granted, not all have been successful, but thank God, not Barry, that they weren't. And somehow I don't think, even though we are talking about Massachusetts, those who lost loved ones are thinking about either tax cuts nor sequestration. What their thinking about is what most other Americans are thinking about, who did this and what is our bonehead of a president doing to catch them? Hoyer and Fwank are just a couple of your basic douche bag Democrats who feel the need to apply politics to nearly everything if they think the can score some cheap political points. Just like Barry did in using the deaths that occurred at Sandy Hook Elementary in his attempt to sabotage our Constitution!
