THANKS TO OBAMA, THE WORLD HAS BECOME FAR MORE DANGEROUS…
How is it that anyone, today, with even an ounce of brainpower can look at how Barry conducts himself whenever in the position of having to deal with leaders of other countries, and not see someone who is so in completely over his head. But then I suppose when one’s main job experience comes from years of being a community agitator, what is there about that position that would, in any way, prepare one for dealing actual world leaders?
And wouldn’t you think that even the most diehard supporters of Barry, would recognize the fact that the world is a very dangerous and, at times, unstable place. And over the course of the last 5 years it has only become much more so and on both counts. And if events of the last couple of weeks reveal anything, it’s that a world, without a strong and influential America, is destined to become all the more dangerous and all the more unstable.
Now I fully understand that in this the 21st century, America has no business trying, nor can it afford, to be the world’s policeman. But having said that, it’s extremely important that America remain the strongest kid on the block, because as such, it is able to provide some level of influence over the bullies who remain and who, were it not for America, would be causing trouble. The possessing of potent military force goes a long way in assisting the diplomatic approach.
Unlike the Barry "Almighty" appeasement oriented approach to foreign policy that calls for one to speak rather boldly while at the same time having purposely reduced the size of one’s stick, I prefer the, "Speak softly, and carry a BIG stick", or the "Peace through strength" philosophies, myself. I fail to see the logic, or the wisdom, in allowing a communist country, say a Russia or a Red China, to assume the primary leadership role in the world.
Barry likes to think that his way is more likely to result in America being more respected, but unfortunately, it just the opposite that has taken place. America is no longer respected and the main reason for that is because America is no longer feared. It’s seen as being weak. And it’s because of that fact that the world has become roughly the equivalent of some small town whose sheriff is Barney Fife. Thugs can ride into town and pretty much have their way.
Usually all that’s needed in order to keep the bullies from gaining an upper hand is just the mere presence of someone bigger and who has the potential to become badder. And it is that capability that, under Barry "Almighty", America is very rapidly losing, or that some would say has already lost. Because as weird as this may sound, Barry actually sees the world as being a much safer place with a weaker and less influential America and being just another member nation.
