OBAMA ESTABLISHES FOR A RATHER DUBIOUS DISTINCTION FOR HIMSELF…

According to data released just yesterday by the U.S. Treasury, it would seem that Barry "Almighty", our ‘Dear Beloved Leader’, has accomplished something quite remarkable for himself. Because, you see, when it comes to doing that which Democrats always do best, which is to spend astronomical amounts of other people’s money, Barry, by having presided over five of the six largest annual budget deficits that the U.S. government has ever run, has now, and officially it would seem, has now taken things to a whole new level. In fiscal 2013, which ended Sept. 30, the deficit was $680.276 Billion.

And in looking back over disastrous period of time than covers Barry tenure as president, we see that in fiscal 2012, he was responsible for a deficit of $1.089193 Trillion; in fiscal 2011, the deficit was $1.296791 Trillion; in fiscal 2010, it was $1.294204 Trillion; and, in fiscal 2009, his first year in office, he managed, with the help of his fellow Democrats in Congress, to create a $1.415724 Trillion deficit. In fiscal 2008, which was the last full year that George W. Bush was president, the deficit was bad enough at, ‘only’, $454.798 Billion. Wait a minute, I thought he inherited his massive deficit from Bush.

Even when adjusted for inflation, that $680.276 Billion fiscal deficit for 2013 is only exceeded by one pre-Barry "Almighty" deficit, and that would be the one the U.S. government ran in 1943, during the height of World War II. That year, the deficit was $54,554,000,000--or $738,367,890,000 in inflation-adjusted 2013 dollars. The 2013 deficit of $680.276 Billion exceeded the other annual deficits of the World War II era as well as the annual deficits that the U.S. government ran during World War I, the Vietnam War, or the final years of the Cold War. So Barry has really outdone himself when it comes to spending money we don’t have.

Back in fiscal 1919, which began on July 1, 1918, the U.S. government ran its greatest deficit of the World War I era, at least according to data provided by the Office of Management and Budget. It was $13.363 Billion in 1919 dollars, or $180.863 Billion in 2013 dollars. In 1968, the U.S. ran it greatest annual deficit of the Vietnam War era. Then it was $25.161 Billion in 1968 dollars, or $169.294 billion in 2013 dollars. In 1986, the U.S. ran its largest deficit in the final years of the Cold War. It was $221.227 Billion in 1986 dollars, or $472.628 billion in 2013 dollars. Barry has demonstrated what can be done when you put your mind to it.

As I’m sure you all remember, like it was only yesterday, that Barry "Almighty" was elected on Nov. 4, 2008, a little over a month after the beginning of fiscal 2009. He was inaugurated on Jan. 20, 2009, which was almost four full months into fiscal year 2009. On Feb. 17, 2009, less than a month into his first term, and less than five full months into fiscal 2009, he signed into law what we all knew to be a very bogus "economic stimulus" law, referred to as the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The Congressional Budget Office estimated that idiotic law would increase the deficit by $833 Billion over ten years.

And things have only continued to head downhill since that day, picking up speed rather dramatically as they have gone. And thanks to Barry, we have now accumulated for ourselves a staggering $17 Trillion worth of debt that our kids and grand kids will be forced to repay. And our credit rating was downgraded for the first time in our history. Barry has been purposely set about spending money faster than we could ever hope to print it. And he has chosen to ignore completely the budgetary process as required by our Constitution, as we have, instead, gone from one continuing resolution to the next, each one spending more than the one before it.
