PELOSI ON OBAMACARE, “WE MAY CONSIDER AMENDING IT, BUT ONLY AFTER IT’S IMPLEMENTED”…

Back when this debacle that we today refer to as ‘Obamacare’ was first passed, and I use that term rather loosely, it was Nancy "Botox" Pelosi who told us all that we would first have to pass it in order for us to find out what was actually in it. Now fast forward to this past Thursday, and the words sound eerily familiar as Ms. Botox said that Democrats will not consider making any changes, whatsoever, to Obamacare. She said lawmakers may consider amending the bill, but only after it has been implemented. "None of these suggestions [are] acceptable," Pelosi said in reference to Republican efforts to delay the law’s individual mandate for one year.

"After we open government and a plan is in place, any law that a Congress makes, a Congress can make another law and so bring your ideas forward. But not, with government shut down and before the plan is even in effect, are they going to make changes," she said. Old ‘Stretch’ went on to say, "We’ll see how it works — [we're] open to other suggestions, but not shutting down the government unless you have your way, before the bill is implemented." Pelosi made her idiotic claim that Republicans have some secret motive for their wanting to attack Barry ‘Almighty’s" signature health care law. Yup, it’s always got to be all about Barry.

And just what might that so-called "secret motive? be" Well according to Pelosi, she describes it by saying, "[W]hat they’re trying to get to, you know, is Medicare and the rest of that under the guise of the Affordable Care Act." Pelosi went on, "So be very careful about the facade that they put on this health issue, because what we’re concerned about is where they go next on that subject." So if I understand Pelosi correctly here, the motive of Republicans wanting to get rid of this albatross around all of our neck has nothing to do with the fact that millions of Americans have become part time employees, or are losing their doctors or are seeing their premiums skyrocket.

Folks of Pelosi leftist political persuasion are, more often than not, rather fond of telling the rest of us, and until they are blue in the face, about how this ‘law’ was in fact very properly legislated, and then thoroughly adjudicated and even reaffirmed by the American people by way of the 2012 election. But by they’re doing so, they assume that we must have all been asleep during that entire process. Because after having watched the Democrats use the questionable tactic of reconciliation to ‘pass’ Obamacare, it doesn’t take a genius to recognize the fact that it is far from being a properly ‘passed’ piece of legislation. It was a scam, pure and simple.

And, personally, I would also take exception to the claims that this ‘thing’ has been anywhere near properly adjudicated. How can this be when we have four Supreme Court justices who are far more interested in furthering a political ideology than they are in supporting the Constitution. And in this particular instance, add to those four a ‘conservative’ justice who, whether influenced by the liberal side of the court, the media, or perhaps Barry himself, allowed his judgement to be clouded to the point where he essentially rewrote the law in order to make fit with the court’s decision. That, my friends, is not proper adjudication by anyone’s definition.

In this last election, Obamacare was far from the only issue addressed. First and foremost, I think it fair to say, was the economy and jobs. There was also the issue of America’s energy independence and of course the Benghazi attack, that we are still waiting to hear some answers on. So I just don’t think that it’s fair to say that the American people were focused primarily on Obamacare. So as much as Pelosi and her fellow Democrats would like you to believe, the 2012 election was not some referendum on Obamacare. So there is absolutely no truth to any of the claims being made, it is a house of cards that we need to focus on bringing down.
