A LIST OF THE GOP TRAITORS TO THE REPUBLIC…

Yes my friends, it was, indeed, a sad day for America yesterday when we were made to witness 87 Republicans in the House and 27 more in the Senate as they turned their backs on the American people and gladly joined with Barry "Almighty" on Wednesday evening to enact a continuing resolution that not only funds the government, but also stacks even more debt upon the backs of our children, and allows the moving forward with the implementation of that most insidious piece of legislation, Obamacare. And as was, of course, expected, not a single congressional Democrat voted against the CR.

The vote in the House ended up being 285-144, with the 285 in the majority including 87 turncoat Republicans voting with 198 of their Democrat brethren. Sady my congressman was one those 87, and he has since been made aware of my displeasure. All 144 opponents were, of course, Republicans. It wasn’t any better over on the Senate side, where the final vote came in at 81-18. The 81 senators who voted for the CR included, of course, all 54 Democrats and 27 Republicans. Again, all 18 opponents were Republicans. If only we could manage to maintain the same level as unity as the Democrats are able to.

In the House, the majority of Republicans voted against their own party leadership, whch tells you a lot about the quality of our supposed leadership. House Speaker John Boehner, Majority Leader Eric Cantor, Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy as well as Republican Conference Chairwoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers all joined with House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and 197 other House Democrats to vote for the CR that funded Obamacare. Such a disgraceful act should make it abundantly clear that none of these Republicans are up to the challenge of leading in what is this very critical time.

House Budget Chairman Paul Ryan voted with the majority of House Republicans in opposition to the CR that funds Obamacare, which I must admit came as being a bit of a shock. In the Senate, Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, who garnered a nice little $2 Billion kickback for himself, was a key architect of the CR that funds Obamacare, and he led the 27 Republican turncoats who joined with ‘Dingy Harry’ Reid in then voting for it. And as was to be expected, John ‘The Maverick’ McCain, our pathetic 2008 presidential nominee, also voted for the CR that funds Obamacare.

The 27 Senate Republicans who voted for the CR, and now need to be gotten rid of at our earliest possible convenience, include:

Like a band of modern day Benedict Arnolds, the above mentioned traitors turned their back on the American people. Lacking the necessary courage, they chose, instead, to simply take the easy way out, and just fold. In the words of one Democrat, the Democrats got everything they wanted and the Republicans got a fig leaf. But then, isn’t that how things always turn out. This is what the Democrats call, ‘compromise’. I’m just getting so tired of being ignored while at the same time being forced to watch as the Democrats continue with their wholesale destruction of my country practically unabated.

Enough is enough, it’s time to get serious! Word must now to go out to all of those folks listed above, informing them that their time has now officially run out. They have had their opportunity, and they have failed miserably. So the time has now come for us, we the people, to go in search of some new blood and to focus on getting rid of those who seem to be interested in nothing more than their own political careers. The time has come for conservatives to wrestle control of the Republican Party away from the so-called moderates and to turn it into a true conservative alternative to the socialist Democrat Party.

And ya know, I’ve been hearing more and louder rumblings, of late, about the need for a third party. But even after this debacle, I remain a steadfast opponent to any such idea. I just think that it would be counterproductive, and make thinks entirely too easy for the Democrats. We now have a readymade list of targets, and we need to be very methodical in how we now go about ticking them off, and replacing them with those who will have a much better understanding of why they are being sent to Washington. They are there to ‘serve’ the people, not to come up with new and improved ways to enslave the people.
