"DOCTOR, YOU DON'T NEED NO STINKIN' DOCTOR!" |
"It's going to be one part of a complex part of the health care system," Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, one of the architects of our new government controlled healthcare system, told Fox News's Bill O'Reilly Tuesday night. "So if your kid has a sore throat and you want to find out if it's strep throat, or your kid has what appears to be an ear infection and you want to find out if it's otitis media -- you really don't need to go to the pediatrician. You can go to these clinics." But maybe I WANT my kid to see a pediatrician.
"But there aren't any doctors," O'Reilly challenged. To which this sleazy little creep confidently responded, "Well, you don't need a doctor for every part of your health care." To which I thought to myself, "Who says? Some pencil-necked geek like this piece of dog-squeeze?" So now, I guess, we’ll have some government dweeb who will be the one to decide whether or not I really need to see a doctor. So this is how the greatest healthcare system in the world comes to an end. Unless, of course, we’re able repeal it.
"You don't need a doctor," O'Reilly echoed. "If I want a strep throat diagnosis, I don't want Lenny who just came out of the community college..." Emanuel then said, "Excuse me, but those are nurse practitioners -- it's not Lenny out of a community college." And then he said, "And it is just putting a swab back there and getting a strep throat assessment." Look, I know this clown is ‘supposed’ to be some kind of a doctor, but would you see him if you were really sick? Come on folks, this is insanity. Pure unadulterated insanity!
Emanuel said electronic health records make it possible for the clinic to send the diagnosis to a patient's primary physician. O'Reilly said he's worried about the privacy of electronic medical records. Then this butt-wipe actually said, "We have laws to protect the privacy." Right, we have laws to protect privacy. What planet is this moron from? Let’s be real, these days there is no such thing as privacy, especially in any area where our government is now involved. Nearly everyday you’re hearing about some new breach of ‘security’.
Several times during the interview this idiotic dolt accused O'Reilly of "sowing fear with no grounds." O’Reilly said, "You know me, I'm afraid of everything." Bill went on to say, "Say TMZ offers somebody like $5,000 to get a famous person's medical records. Is that unheard of? Is that unheard of? Come on, is that unheard of? You know it goes on all the time." And O’Reilly is right on this. And to actually believe that something like this wouldn’t happen is naive. Actually, it’s worse than naïve, it’s dangerous.
But Emanuel insisted on downplaying any and all concerns saying, "They will not, they have high security and everyone is well aware of this, and they are taking it seriously. And if they -- if they didn't, they would have already offered that for electronic health records and we would have seen the breach." Emanuel said 80 percent of doctors now use electronic health records -- "and there has not been that kind of breach." And we’re just supposed to believe what this boob tells us, no questions asked? No, I don’t think so.
Our country is now spinning wildly out of control, and this blatant seizure, by the Democrats, of our ability to gain for ourselves access to adequate healthcare is but one piece. Those of us who are truly interested in righting this ship that is now listing dangerously to the left must show up to the polls this November and reject every single Democrat on the ballot. To do anything else would be to do the equivalent of turning our backs on our children, telling them they’ll simply have to fend for themselves!
