Apparently Congress would be doing the right thing if it were to impeach Barry "Almighty". So says more than a third of Americans who tool part in a recent poll, The Hill has reported. And it’s in this group that you would most definitely find me. The YouGov and Huffington Post poll found that 49 percent of Americans think Barry has exceeded his constitutional authority with 35 percent saying that he should now be impeached.
Now I’m sure it would came as no surprise to find out that among Republicans, it was 68 percent who said there is ample justification to impeach his dumb ass, while it’s just 8 percent of Democrats who seem to think that impeachment is warranted. It’s also 89 percent of Republicans and 52 percent of Independents who now say that Barry has exceeded his constitutional powers, while it’s only 16 percent of Democrats who would agree.
And it was just last week in a commentary on the Breitbart website that Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin called for Barry's impeachment because of the surge of illegal immigrants on the southern U.S. border. She said Barry "continues to make up his own laws as he goes along." John Boehner is taking a different approach. He has announced that he would rather sue Barry for having repeatedly exceeded his executive powers.
House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte also rejected Palin's call. According to The Hill, Goodlatte said, "We are not working on or drawing up articles of impeachment. The Constitution is very clear as to what constitutes grounds of impeachment for the president of the United States. He has not committed the kind of criminal acts that call for that." I would argue that the IRS scandal alone provides sufficient cause for his impeachment.
For anyone to make the claim that Barry has not yet committed the kind of crimes that would justify impeachment is to simply ignore the facts. We have been provided with more than enough evidence to demand the removal from office of this scandal ridden, blatantly corrupt and least transparent president. And as has been stated by Prof. Jonathan Turley, himself a man of the left, Barry has done things that Richard Nixon could have only dreamt of doing.
