OBAMA WASTES $100 MILLION ON…ANOTHER VACATION?

Well it would seem that the Barry "Almighty" clan is once again preparing to depart on what will be yet another, on a long list of many, multi-million dollar vacation trip. Ah yes, it must be nice to have others pay for your frequent, and quite extravagant, excursions to all manner of exotic locations. This most recent hard-earned respite has the first couple headed for the Dark Continent, which according to White House deputy national security adviser Ben Rhodes, is a trip that will gain for Barry, and therefore the U.S., "great bang for the buck." The trip is scheduled to take place later this month. So I guess if I'm understanding this boob, correctly, Barry and family, by choosing to take this little vacation in their homeland, they are choosing to make the necessary sacrifice of vacationing in a spot where Barry can...what, exactly? I’m confused.

Look, I’m sorry, but this is just stupid. Despite the claims being made by this Rhodes character, this 8 day trip is really nothing more than yet another high dollar family holiday for Barry and family that the taxpayers, as always, will have no choice but to cover the cost of, which this time, according to the Washington Post, could be as much as $100 million. According to the Post, "Obama’s trip could cost the federal government $60 million to $100 million based on the costs of similar African trips in recent years, according to one person familiar with the journey who was not authorized to speak for attribution. The Secret Service planning document, which was provided to The Post by a person who is concerned about the amount of resources necessary for the trip, does not specify costs." Who, exactly, does this guy think he is?

But despite the high cost involved here, Rhodes enthusiastically goes out on a limb here defending Barry's upcoming trip to Africa by actually making the claim that the U.S. would cede leadership there if Barry didn't go. Ok, look, I may have been born at night, but it most certainly wasn't last night. I mean, just how gullible does this dope, Rhodes, think we all are? The position of this country would somehow be diminished if Barry wasn’t to vacation in Africa? Really? I'm curious to know in what part of Africa is the United State currently even able to exert any level of influence or leadership that would be made to suffer if Barry were not to take his family on a vacation there? I'm trying to think of someplace, but I keep coming up empty. I think it's safe to say that it’s all just another piss-poor attempt to justify what is a massive waste of taxpayer money.
